It was quiet. Staff friendly.
We had to change rooms three times before we found a room without problems. Not very clean and quite outdated unless you like 50s pink bathrooms.
large rooms location spacious setting
the bed this time sagged on both sides, ok in middle. Last time we had a firm mattress. So you don't know what you will get
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Mattress cover on one of the beds was torn and came off a few times. The coffee pot should be in the vanity area outside the toilet room.
bathrooms were disgusting - poop down the side of the toilet cigarette ashes everywhere broken glass inbedded in carpet tile and carpet were not clean coffee pot was disgusting
Breakfast bar was sparse, the rooms were not clean I found someone else's black hair all over the room, the beds were not comfortable at all.
You have a refreshingly quality establishment -a good value for the rate. Mary at the front desk was wonderful and in good spirits at such a late hour. Very good at her job. Professional but charismatic and concerned for our comfort.
I thought it off-putting to be put in a smelly smoking room because I have pets. You collected a pet fee which should accommodate for any additional cleaning the pets may cause. I do not care to smell stale smoke all night from the fabrics and the furnishings/walls. Your machines only do so much to neutralize the odors. The headboards always carry a lingering smell. I will rethink my bookings in future. Fees and room type should be posted in pet policy as well as not to blind side your guests.
Good location - easy access to the interstate.
They only have one ice machine and it wasn't working.
Breakfast Location at highway relatively quiet
all the plastic stuff for breakfast
The 1st room we had was filthy, and it stunk. The t-v didn't work. Staff moved us to another room, and it too was filthy. There was a build up of dirt on the tops of the curtains, (which didn't close all the way), and the (white) ceiling fan above the little table was black with dirt. The two chairs by the little table were super stained, along with the carpet in the room. Almost looked like blood stains. There was black mold around the top of the tub, and a very thick layer of dirt between the wall and the nightstand. The only things that was "plugged in" were the t-v and a small fridge. The shade on one of the lamps was falling off, and previous folks had left a needle and thread, and a radio shack sticker on the other lamp shade. We were in room 263, but our telephone in that room said 163 on it, and the room keys said room 163. The mattress pads were disintegrating. The place was disgusting and we were very dissatisfied. We did not receive a discount or a refund, even after I gave a written review to the front desk.
room was extremely hot and not able to be controlled individually. Had to get a fan and put in the window, leaving us vulnerable.
The bed was clean and comfortable.
The shower had no curtain. The coffee maker was dirty and had an old filter in it all dried out. Air conditioning was out. Dog kibble was seen under the dresser. TV did not have working remote. Remote only changed channels.
Easy to access Currently repainting some rooms Breakfast OK
Long way from town
The rooms were very dirty, with ants crawling around with potato chip pieces. The windows and mirrors were dirty and the floors were stained and gross. We asked for a refund which they quickly accommodated us with no questions asked.
It was comfortable and clean.
The breakfast was stale.
coffee maker wasn't cleaned from prior user. shower curtain rod was dirty. property signage was confusing due to recent change in ownership; big road sign says travelodge, small entry signs say country inns. checkin took way too long. room wifi instruction says passcode needed; front desk says not needed. overall property condition is rundown.
It was close to the hospital and pet friendly.
The sign says Travelodge not the hotel's name. Was dirty and toilet was 4 colors was run down
The free breakfast and the location
The old but clean decor etc
The cleaning staff were all nice and curtious.
This hotel is ghetto as all get out. We found that the only patrons were tweakers and illegals. Our room was dirty and we had to call the front desk to have someone vacuum the room. We also found blood stains on one of the mattress box springs. The shower would burn the heck out of you if anyone in the building was flushing a toilet. To top our two night stay there was a party in the banquet hall that was blasting Mexican music at midnight on a Sunday night. When we called the front desk about the noise keeping us up they told us they "couldn't do anything" about it. Even if you're on a budget this place is not worth the consideration. I would advise anyone staying in Grand Junction to pay the extra $15 and check in to the Ramada down the street; where we have stayed before and were comfortable.
Staff responded immediately to my concerns Staff was polite and helpful
Air Conditioning not working on first night Water dripping in tub both nights Running feet overhead both nights until late Loud Music on Saturday Night until 1pm
Absolutely nothing! Staff is rude. Continental breakfast is disgusting. No manger is ever present.
Husband's car was damaged by unmarked barbs and manger said they would take care of it. Almost 30 days later he refuses to return our calls
Nice court yard to relax in. Can't comment on breakfast we had to leave before it was open
Little dated but was clean enough for our standards.
Non-smoking room reaked. Walls and doors paper thin. Noise. Rowdy people. I left and didn't stay the night.
The maid was extremely friendly and helpful where the front desk staff was not. Nice quiet location. Good pricing for what you receive.
The night auditor lady at check-in was okay. The lady the next morning was rude and snotty to both my husband and myself. The breakfast was nothing special but adequate except they had no napkins or paper towels. My son spilled his cereal and we had a hard time cleaning it up.
Breakfast was better than expected.
VERY dirty. Toilet broken, soiled inside. Carpet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Bed lumpy and hard
