Convienencevof parking directly outside of room It was old, bed was like a hammock, bathroom had fittings hanging off the wall. Towels were old and grubby looking Breakfast never saw it as it never started till very late if it did at all

1. Incorrect booking. 2. No ashtray in smoking room. 3. No hot water! 4. Light next to bed didn't work. 5. Incomplete "complimentary" breakfast. 6. Difficult to flush toilet. 7. Towels were hard, thin, and scratchy. 8. The door between adjourning rooms was not secure. 9. Cable kept going out. We were very disappointed and would NEVER stay there again!!!!!

Not a darn thing!!! Where do I begin : the Lobby and rooms smelled. My bed had a huge crater in the middle. My pillows were flatter than a cracker. Rust colored water came out of the faucets. The toilet wiggled. No security lock on the door it was broken. Place looked run down. We were just staying overnight or else we would have left.

The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. Everything as spotless, and the staff helpfl and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very lean and the coffee very weak.

location electrical outlets didn't work, towels were paper thin, stained and had that burnt smell, mold around shower head, pretty disgusting
