This is the worst place I have ever stayed. It was incredibly dirty and very very loud. Could not sleep.
Location Most staff very friendly
Very small rooms Expensive for quality of property
The position and the possibility to park
The guy at the reception (the younger one) tried to send us away saying he didn't have the room we had already booked making stupid excuses in a slightly arrogant way. The room was ugly and noisy. The toilet was broken. And all for 336 euro per 2 nights. Recommended!
Staff Not helpful, Had to go back to office twice to get a working key
I really like the location. The room is clean.
The breakfast is terrible.
Shower worked well. Ideal for access to waterfront.
Parking could be tricky (some double parking). Breakfast very limited. Wifi patchy.
Nothing the place is a total disgrace & needs shutting down, no other words to discribe it...
Location was great, good food and drinks not too far if only sf didnt shut down at midnight...
the location thats it .
very dirty place ,noisy ,breakfast omg coffee and a muffin in foyer not breaky .
Front desk extremely helpful. Location great. Quiet. Got to check in early.
Room a little small but we only used it at night so no problem.
Location - 6 blocks from Ghirardelli Square, Fisherman's Wharf Decent neighborhood - good breakfast restaurant, family grocery nearby
Loud at night, not clean, unresponsive staff
Helpful staff. Free parking
No screen on window next to door. Interior air quality poor but didn't feel safe opening window. Had to run loud fan all night. Thin old sheets and towels. Dreary throughout. Inedible "breakfast" of orangish flavored water and gummy sweetbread stuff.
The room was in need of a touch up but everything worked. The hotel is on a bus route which makes it easy to head downtown. It is a small walk to the edge of the whaf area. The staff only did the minimum to check you in or out and you had to wait while they talked on the phone, what seem to be a personal call. Breakfast was just small muffins and tastless croissant not even taken out of the packaging.
Excellent location for the price range.
Facilities so poor that it's not really worth the money. No breakfast even though they claim there is. Only window to the terrace where people hang out smoking. Tv and wifi worked poorly.
The place is close to many local attractions. 10 min walk to Fishermans Wharf. Quiet neighbourhood. Good price for the city. Decent Wi-Fi
First we enter the room it was hard smell of chlorine. It was because of sheets as we found out later. We left the door open and blanket off the bed and soon it was ok. Breakfast is a joke as it was mantioned before.
BREAKFAST DID NOT EXIST. PARKING WAS VERY DIFFICULT. IT WAS TOO NOISY AT NIGHT. WE BOOKED FOR THREE NIGHTS AND LEFT AFTER TWO NIGHTS DUE TO LACK OF SLEEP AND HAVING PAID $771.09. WE WOULD PREFER A REFUND FOR ONE NIGHT. AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS TO THE MANAGER HE MADE NO EFFORT TO HELP.
WLAN mostly instable Breakfast only coffee to go Yard in front of a highly frequented cross section...
For $250 a night I expected a lot more than this place. Definitely would not call it America's Best. Parking was minimal and had to park blocking others and wait for a call the next morning to move the car. Not updated and kept my flip flops on inside.
The hotel and room was in terrible condition, filthy!!! They claim to have renovated the rooms, but just slapped paint over dirty walls. Toilet would not flush, termite and dry rot wood trim in bathroom, seedy location that billed itself as "Fisherman's Warf" but a mile away. I took one look at the room and immediately left!
Even though on a busy street, it is a more residential neighborhood and quiet/safe at night. Bus stop right across the street with the Stockton 30 that takes you right to Union Square. Able to walk to Fisherman's Wharf - 5 or 6 blocks. We would stay here again because of location and price.
Continental Breakfast was nothing but a croissant (no butter or jams) and coffee with artificial creamer. Wi-Fi was very weak - had to stand outside near the office as it wouldn't connect in our room.
Poor parking and breakfast facilities
