    Only real positives were the sheets were clean and the location was close to sights.

    Our room had big dirty Spiderwebs in the corners that had obviously been there a long time. Bathroom grout in bath was cracked and discolored. Bath door and light switch were filthy and needed to be scrubbed and painted. Whole room could stand to be painted. The cars had to be parked two deep and then you had to leave your keys at the front desk so they could shuffle cars as needed. The only thing this place has going for it is it's location and that is the only reason they can ask the rate they are. Would NOT stay here again. Yuck.

    Clean sheets and middle blanket. Free parking and easy ten min walk to fishermans wharf.

    The first room we were assigned was not cleaned and the second had a towel with hair all over it. The pillows were terribly old and uncomfortable.

    Location of the Inn We wanted a quiet room and they were able to accommodate us. The location of the Inn was perfect. The Free parking was a plus.

    The person at registration was unbelievably rude. The staff was non english speaking & difficulty to communicate with. Getting fresh towels was a chore & they ran out of face cloths. Overall a very unpleasant experience and we will not stay there again unless there is a change in management & staffing.

    the staff was very nice and the rooms were clean. the location is good. 10 minutes by foot to Fishermans Wharf.

    Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf 10 minutes. Room small but tidy and clean.

    Wifi not strong and had difficulty connecting in evening. Quite warm room.

    In trying to find something on a shelf, was poked by a used syringe needle. Now am worried that there will be health issues associated with the room not being totally cleaned.

    The room is clean. It's in a very good location. The people at the front seat are very polite and helpful.

    Bad internet. Free breakfast is juice and minicupcakes. The place look dirty. It is expensive for what you get of course it is San Francisco.

    specious and good clean room, fridge, microwave in the room.

    Staff not friendly, useless wifi, loud traffic, breakfast provided, but it was ridiculous.

    The location is the best thing that this hotel offers, along with free parking.

    Staff are not that friendly and breakfast is a croissant tea or coffee which there is no room (need to take to room) reception can become crowded at breakfast with more than 3 people. The room was very small. It looked clean but did not feel that way. Expensive for what you pay. Not value for money.

    Close to fishermans wharf

    Room was tiny, Parking is really tight. The cost for amenities is crazy. The staff was like a bump on a log.

    The location was good enough as a base for a couple of days in San Francisco.

    The staff was curt. At breakfast (if you want to call drab coffee and plastic croissants that) they gave you an unwelcome feeling and almost stared you out of the building. Parking was free, but a logistical nightmare where up to three vehicles could double park. If you did so, staff needed you to leave keys. I felt lucky not having to. The motel staircases were located in dark corners and had scaffolding and other building material strewn around: we had the feeling we had to pass through a dumpster. Room keeping made the bed, but the room wasn't cleaned at all. This motel was our worst experience in a five week, 25+ accommodations visited, road trip.

    Perfect Location to travel San Francisco. It is very close to Fisherman's Wharf, and I think it is not easy to stay near the location with that price. Staff was really nice and answered my question whenever I asked them

    My impression on this inn was it looks very old fashioned. Especially, the design of colorful blanket is very weird and does not look. If it is just a white colored blanket, it would be much better. I could see some dust in hair-drier, and it didn't look clean. Free Wi-Fi was accessible, but very slow.

    Nothing. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

    Wifi was terrible - could not load any webpage in less than half an hour. Breakfast was a plain croissant and an orange cordial (not juice). Upon arrival we found a dirty old rag on the floor of our room. Walls were also very thin - lots of traffic noise so didn't sleep well. Parking was also terrible - spaces had been made very narrow to try to accommodate the maximum number of vehicles but we could barely fit our small SUV in. Extremely overpriced hotel - would never stay here again.

    Nothing

    The dirtiest place in SF and the owner is very creepy and kept coming up to our room and calling and trying to charge us for weird things like parking. And wanted us to leave our car keys in their office until morning. Never going back, I would rather sleep on the street.

    The location Parking availability WiFi Fridge/ Microwave Check in~ check out process (simple and fast)

    We expected a full breakfast. But only had a small croissant and coffee and orange juice. Suggestion: cut fruit, croissant with choice of ham and cheese for one to add, bagels with cream cheese, donuts, muffins, oatmeal packets, small cereal boxes, toast with jam. I understand their may be a budget, but I feel that even with a budget you can set out a few of these items everyday. Buy in bulk. Costco,smart and final, Sam's club etc. I appreciate the breakfast. But in honesty it felt awkward and uncomfortable for us as well as for the staff behind desk when going down to pick up" breakfast" when all it was was a small croissant. I'm sure if you focus a little more on breakfast, more customers will return.

    Location

    Beeing ripped off for that much money. Breakfast they served was a joke. The coffee tasted horrible. The icemaker was rusty and not safe to use. Somebody should send the health department. Towels were dirty, wifi disconnected all the time, no outlets. The whole experience at this hotel was bad. Dont stay there.
