The excellent service provided by the managers and all the help they provided an inexperienced traveler.

I've heard a lot of negative comments on the Indian lady in the reception office. However, I myself think she is just a sweet person. She was willing to help and simply had a nice attitude towards guests. The room was more than I expected for this price! Big room with microwave oven, bathtub, free internet and so on.

The only thing was there was some noise from some machine the whole evening. Not very loud but a bit disturbing. Can be a problem for people who don't fall asleep easily.

The towels are very thin, need to get new towels.

Comfortable place to stay while sightseeing. Served breakfast and that's a plus.

getting a call at 8:15 in the morning from a housemaid is not appreciated. Having beenen up until 2am from a family gathering the night before, i wanted to sleep in a bit- but a "wake up" call to find out if we're out of the room is not a good way to treat your guest. On top of that call, the housemaid lingered around in front of the room and started sweeping the ground and made too much noise.

The Indian lady at the desk was the most paranoid, unfriendly person we have ever run into. We stayed there once before & she was the same way. The Inn service had the same bad attitude. Now we know we will neverstay there again. The reason we stayed was because we have family that work & live there. They often use the hotel for business people coming into RC however they have experienced the lady's rath twice & will never use it again. The Howes'

A bit pricey for the services provided. Breakfast should end later on the weekend.

It's a quiet, well-maintained hotel at a keen price, with Internet (although I used my own). It is within walking distance of Broadway (with restaurants etc), and close to the Caltrain station. There's an outdoor pool, which looked in good shape, although I had no time to use it.

Der Internetauftritt gaukelt ein Hotel vor, es handelt sich aber nur um ein Motel.

Fine re værelser. Famtastisk beliggenhed lige ved Caltrain og indkøbscenter . Dejlig pool.

Vi var uheldige med støj fra unge mennesker fra 4 til 6 morgen. Det forstyrrede vores nattesøvn. Der bør være styr på støjen fra gæster om natten.

Bra rum, städat och bekvämnt. Nära till tågstationen. Mellan 30-40 minuter in till San Francisco centrum.

Frukosten var ingen höjdare. Som tur var fanns det en Starbucks nära hotellet.

Buena relacion precio/comodidad, aceptable ubicacion.

Ligeramente distante de SFO, pero aceptable.

Gute Lage zum Bahnhof des Caltrain. Ruhige Lage ohne Straßenlärm

Es könnte ein richtiger Frühstücksraum vorhanden sein

Staff and convenient to amenities like Whole Foods, theater and restaurants. Managers are lovely and helpful.

あまりに良かったので、二度目の宿泊でした。前回とはうって変わり、スタッフはフレンドリーではなく(と言- っても、対応に問題はありません。)、Wi-Fiは一度も通じずに終わりました。もう泊まらないと思います。

部屋に入った時に確認を怠った自分悪いのですが、バスルームのお湯が出ませんでした。

今まで泊まったモーテルの中で、ずば抜けて良かったです。部屋も広くて清潔、コーヒーメーカーなども新しく- 、冷暖房も使えて大満足。Wi-Fiも問題なく使えました。スタッフもフレンドリーで、申し分ありません。朝食は食べませんでしたが、他の- モーテル同様の簡素なもので、コーヒーや紅茶、ジュースや牛乳などの飲み物と、シリアル、ドーナツ、果物な- どがありました。

部屋に入った時、独特の匂いはしましたが、すぐに慣れました。ベッドも臭いとは感じませんでした。

Dame am Empfang (Inderin?) sehr unfreundlich. Unsere bereits angegebenen, bekannten pers. Daten wurden mit mehreren Ausweisen / Führerschein detailliert und skeptisch kontrolliert. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer direkt am Parkplatz und zur Straße, sehr laut. Unser Wunsch, uns doch bitte ein anderes Zimmer am Pool zum Innenhof zu geben, wurde nicht erfüllt. Bereits um 4.20 Uhr standen die ersten Handwerker, die dort auch übernachteten auf. Um 5 Uhr wurden mehrere riesige LKW direkt vor unsrem Zimmer auf dem Parkplatz gestartet. Frühstück in einem winzigen Raum, Auswahl sehr bescheiden (Toast, Müsli, süße Teilchen, Äpfel, Bananen)
