The bed was comfortable, and the in-room fridge worked.
It's never good when they take the full fee on your credit card up front; you know there's no turning back. Bathroom light fluorescent globe was on its way out. Needed 12-15 attempts to turn it on each time. Hot water only every other day. Kitchen that was unusable - they should have just sealed it off and pretended it wasn't there; though given the extra fridge and microwave in the bedroom, I guess mentally they already had. The doors didn't close properly, so road noise comes straight in. Luckily there is a CVS up the street that sells ear plugs - and they're doing a brisk trade....
everything,the worst motel ever!
room was recently remodeled. coffee and other items available for guests.
new caulk on bath tub shows much mold as well as base of tub. starting at 5:45 a.m., traffic noise from cars entering busy route 101. It appears to be a family business. The young woman checking me in was very friendly. When checking out, the older woman did not return my greeting. A very frowning face.
Someone living in the rooms above us. Walking around all night long for some reason.
By the road, good beed, ok motel, huge room and a kitchen.
Not very clean, not very cozy.
Noise above us in the room upstairs. Sounded like someone was remodeling during the middle of the night. Lots of banging and other noises. We asked the front desk around midnight to ask them to be quiet and the noise continued all through the night and next morning. Worst nights sleep in a hotel ever!
Nice soft big bed. Walked on the boardwalk to The Mexican Canina.... very nice food.
don't get a room above the office unless you like the smell curry cooking al night. No facilities for making a hot drink. No local restauarant.
Good wifi - clean and comfy beds
busy highway - dirty towel in room so only had one towel to use for 2 of us - had to walk outside to go to the office - just didn't feel safe for two ladies
The beds were clean and soft.
The guy at the front desk wasn't very friendly. The room keys barely worked, the room was hot and the A/C wouldn't work. ........until morning when the room was cold and the heat wouldn't work. There were ants in the tub and the hair dryer was broken.
Upon checking in I was given an upstairs room. I have issues with stairs so I asked for a downstairs room, which was no problem. I went to the room and the door was open to show the room was not ready. I saw the maid working in another room a few doors down, but she was talking on her cell phone while trying to work, so I went back to the office to get another room. I was given an upstairs room this time. I walked up the stairs, put the room key in, went to open door but the door lock was on. Someone was occupying room!!! The front desk person did not even know she had given me a key to a room that was already occupied. :( I had paid for a king size bed and now she wanted to know if I wanted a room with two queen beds :( I told her no, so she found me a king room. The room was a joke for the price I was paying. The only nice thing about the room was that the bed was king and comfy. The carpets were so old in the room I was afraid to walk around barefoot and it was incomplete from being renovated. The bathroom had nice tile, but the tub/shower area was not updated. There was a kitchen, but it looked like it was off limits. There was old food left in fridge. I'm happy there was microwave and mini fridge in room. No coffee pot. I was really disappointed I paid so much for this room. Pictures on Internet portrayed something different.
Very convenient location just outside Sausalito. Rooms weary quiet despite proximity to the main road.
Location and price.
Awful, TV didn't work and the heat was not working. Personnel did not help.
The bed was comfortable and the motel was close to the freeway.
The tv had 2 remotes and we couldn't figure out what remote went to the tv or the dish box.We only got one channel and it was in chinese. The shower wouldn't change over to the tub setting for a bath.So we had to have the repair man fix it.
location bed comfortable bathroom clean
dilapidated room and common areas non-working toilet ants
There were ants in the shower. The housekeeper came and sprayed the bathroom but didn't clean up the ant mess. Never again...
Comfort of bed.
Door would not lock unless slammed ,and was found open twice after being cleaned.management not interested. No plug in sink. Cockroach found in room. Towels very thin and worn.Had to keep curtains closed to location close to road and no nets.Curtains hanging off rail.WiFi intermittent.Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Poor vaue for money.
Confused & rude staff. Room smelled like mold. 7 light fixtures in room-only 1 worked. None of electrical outlets would hold a plug. Shower had no shower head, just a pipe coming out of the wall. I had to leave the windows open all night because of the smell. I bailed out at3:30am because I couldn't stand it any longer. Not enuff space to describe it all.
Clean room, comfortable bed
Staff was non-existent when we arrived and when we rang the front desk bell, the person in the next room yelled that they were all booked up. We then had to yell to that person that we had a reservation. Very unbusinesslike.
The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Good link to San Francisco.
We enjoyed our stay.
We used a motorcycle into the city on a daily basis. Ths was a 25min trip with tolls. If you going to be accessing the city on a daily basis I would recommend a car if you are going to stay here.
I liked the fact that it was so close to outdoor activities, shopping and dining. Also thought the price to be reasonable.
Did not like that the rooms are not air conditioned.
Nothing; however, with some pleading, I was allowed to return at 12:30 P.M. to shower prior to stating out for the airport and a flight home. I was in the area for a 14 mile, popular trail run.
Worn room; no air conditioning; street traffic noise. Very poor value for the money. &Quot;Breakfast" was a coffee machine and a counter with some small muffins and boxes of non nutritious cereals in the small lobby space. No chairs, no tables. False advertisiemen1t
