The room was comfortable. Parkind and location convenient
Exterior of the building was shabby
We're going to visit Muir Woods the next morning and after that San Fancisco. The proximity of the hotel made easy travel between both!
I could not connect to WiFi.
Bed was comfortable with multipal pillows and sheets
Bathroom ceiling showed exposed Sheetrock, exposed smoke detector. Room felt like unfinished construction.
Good parking space.
The bed was terrible, no top matress, could feel the springs. Does not match the price and reveiuw of the hotel.
clean, large, comfortable rooms. Bill was amazing at helping us abd giving us save rate as we had previously that week.love that there are doors on both sides of place.
Vending machines didn't have much choices, plus soda one didn't take dollars.has weird padded locked rooms inside if each room.creepy
Great value for the money, very spacious. King Bed.
A little hard to navigate in and out at rush hour.
Flashing lights in the room
Missing coffe maker Coffe Laundry bag Extra pillows Extra blankets
It's tired and in need of basic maintenance. It may be relatively low cost for the area but it is over priced for what it is.
difficult to find poor bathroom facilities in general premise was shoddy
Bed linens and pillows were good quality. Location is right near freeway on ramp, very convenient for heading onto 101 South. Bathtub, works well. Easy free parking.
Bathroom light flickers very rapidly. No ac. Dim lights. Very poor wifi. Small towels, skint tp.
The size of the room which was huge and the bed was very comfortable.
The location but "it is what it is".
Location is good. Bathrooms were clean.
Staff was surly. NO AC (room was an oven. Room felt unsafe, even though hotel is located in an otherwise VERY nice area (locks ready to fall off doors, saw a prostitute enter property while I was grabbing a bag out of my car...). Very noisy traffic impedes sleeping in early AM. Clientele was a mix of seedy men, bewildered tourists, and people like me who couldn't get a room at the Holiday Inn Express (where I usually stay) across the street. (HI is awesome and vastly preferable- but it always sells out and rates are double that of Americas Best Value). Stay at Holiday Inn Express or Travelodge Mill Valley if you'r a solo female traveler or young family. Trust me.
The bed was comfortable, and the in-room fridge worked.
It's never good when they take the full fee on your credit card up front; you know there's no turning back. Bathroom light fluorescent globe was on its way out. Needed 12-15 attempts to turn it on each time. Hot water only every other day. Kitchen that was unusable - they should have just sealed it off and pretended it wasn't there; though given the extra fridge and microwave in the bedroom, I guess mentally they already had. The doors didn't close properly, so road noise comes straight in. Luckily there is a CVS up the street that sells ear plugs - and they're doing a brisk trade....
Room decor was nice we checked out a day early with no advance notice and they refunded our money.
the toilet water would not stop running, the ancient wall heater made noise while on, the lights in the bathroom turned on sometimes, the advertised kitchen was non functional and the door was locked so we had no access, our room was not ready at check in and we left for two hours and it still was not cleaned. Over all it was not worth the money. It was like a pig with lipstick!
everything,the worst motel ever!
room was recently remodeled. coffee and other items available for guests.
new caulk on bath tub shows much mold as well as base of tub. starting at 5:45 a.m., traffic noise from cars entering busy route 101. It appears to be a family business. The young woman checking me in was very friendly. When checking out, the older woman did not return my greeting. A very frowning face.
Someone living in the rooms above us. Walking around all night long for some reason.
By the road, good beed, ok motel, huge room and a kitchen.
Not very clean, not very cozy.
Noise above us in the room upstairs. Sounded like someone was remodeling during the middle of the night. Lots of banging and other noises. We asked the front desk around midnight to ask them to be quiet and the noise continued all through the night and next morning. Worst nights sleep in a hotel ever!
Nice soft big bed. Walked on the boardwalk to The Mexican Canina.... very nice food.
don't get a room above the office unless you like the smell curry cooking al night. No facilities for making a hot drink. No local restauarant.
Good wifi - clean and comfy beds
busy highway - dirty towel in room so only had one towel to use for 2 of us - had to walk outside to go to the office - just didn't feel safe for two ladies
The beds were clean and soft.
The guy at the front desk wasn't very friendly. The room keys barely worked, the room was hot and the A/C wouldn't work. ........until morning when the room was cold and the heat wouldn't work. There were ants in the tub and the hair dryer was broken.
Upon checking in I was given an upstairs room. I have issues with stairs so I asked for a downstairs room, which was no problem. I went to the room and the door was open to show the room was not ready. I saw the maid working in another room a few doors down, but she was talking on her cell phone while trying to work, so I went back to the office to get another room. I was given an upstairs room this time. I walked up the stairs, put the room key in, went to open door but the door lock was on. Someone was occupying room!!! The front desk person did not even know she had given me a key to a room that was already occupied. :( I had paid for a king size bed and now she wanted to know if I wanted a room with two queen beds :( I told her no, so she found me a king room. The room was a joke for the price I was paying. The only nice thing about the room was that the bed was king and comfy. The carpets were so old in the room I was afraid to walk around barefoot and it was incomplete from being renovated. The bathroom had nice tile, but the tub/shower area was not updated. There was a kitchen, but it looked like it was off limits. There was old food left in fridge. I'm happy there was microwave and mini fridge in room. No coffee pot. I was really disappointed I paid so much for this room. Pictures on Internet portrayed something different.
Very convenient location just outside Sausalito. Rooms weary quiet despite proximity to the main road.
