The staff lied when called to be sure my friend would have no problem
checking in, because I was paying for the room for him and he would not
have the credit card, he got there they had his name where he was from
and all made him pay cash for the room. The man I talked to said his
name was Billy, I ask do I need to speak with your manager he said no, I
will make note it will be fine. Well my friend road his motor cycle from
Harrison Arkansas, to be in Arlington for a funeral service, he is a 65
year old disabled vet. So money was an issue that is why I paid for his
room, that was a long ride, he had very little money, and would have
stayed one more night paying himself, after the funeral. But because of
the cold heart'd unreasonable staff he road on a motor cycle 700
miles. Right after the funeral. When he arrived I called the man I think
named Sam, said he would not give the money back and put it on my card.
I ask to speak to his manager, of course he was not there, Told him to
please call his manager and have him call me he said he would but would
be next day. I insisted that I wanted to speak to the manage even if
next day, Three days now no call. I ask this Sam person to transfer me
to my friends room he said phones don't work, I said then please
have someone go to his room and ask him to call me from your phone, he
no we don't let customers use out phone. All I can say is the worst
low rate motel ever...I Know who ever reads this will most likely not
care either.....but I wrote it anyway.
