Everyone was very nice.Room was clean.

room was really small. 3 adults & their luggages : a real problem ! the breakfast was poor and the access to the buffet was difficult (room too small)

The room is very small (smallest one during our trip in the US). The hotel is close to a main road, so it's noisy during night.

I liked that we were very close to the beach.

There was no hotel pool. The rooms were extremely tiny and not very clean. The bathroom vent didn't work which left our whole room full of more moisture than we could get rid of. The whole room smelled moldy. The complimentary breakfast was a dissapointment. For the price, I expected at least a bit more from the hotel.

Close to Pacific Beach area, great for sightseeing. Easy access to highways, quite convenient. Very friendly staff.

Front desk staffs was so friendly and willing to help at anytime! Over all we were very enjoy the stay. Really recommending this hotel to other guests!

The room was little small, it was kind of push everything together ! But was still ok as we were only stay one night over!

Checking in was so easy and welcoming. Everything was clean and nice. The price was terrific. I was having surgery at Scripps Hospital and it was so convenient to get to.

All went very well, we checked out and the gentleman that checked us out was courteous. However, we realized we left a pillow there and went back to get it and the same gentleman was extremely rude. Other than that, it was a very nice experience.

We were only there 2 days waiting for cruise ship but enjoyed the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. It took us a while to work out the bus system but once we did it was good. Could I suggest that when giving directions to foreigners that you tell us which way is North. Coming from down under it is not always evident. Thanks

clean, quick and efficient, had a coffee maker, breakfast and an in-room fridge for a budget price

very small room (although fine for one night and for the budget friendly price), sink was old and rusty (I didn't even want to touch it). Foil sample pkts of shampoo.

front desk staff could be a bit more guest friendly, not that they were inpolite or anything similar, they were just very uninterested in showing anything than basic job they have to do as front desk keeper.

Small but clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was courteous and let me know my options for rooms, receipts, etc upfront. Parking was right outside my door.
