How close it was to everything really in walking distance or less than a 5 minute drive.

The only thing i really didn't like was not room enough to use the restroom with the sink right there at you, and how then the floors are that you hear every single thing the people above you was doing.

Room was comfortable once it cooled off.

No vent in bathroom. Outlet in bathroom in awkward location by the window. Room was very hot during entry and fridge was warm as well took several hours to cool off. You need to leave the rooms cooled so when guess arrived they don't have to pour down in sweat for a few hours. Should at least have coffee or tea for guest.

Worst experience ever and I travel a lot. Rooms were dirty, had to go buy pillows and blankets, staff was creep and rude and was charged for 2 nights that i did not stay and was assured i would get a refund that i never got and now have to dispute via credit card company and attorney.

loved the location, the staff was delightful, we were asked each day if there was anything they coud do to make our stay better. The room was no frills but an excellent value. No ironing board, Iron or hair dryer, but that was not an issue for us. We will definatly be back.

the outside was very nice. the rooms were clean and it had basic needs.

there were no lamps only overhead light. The TV wasn't very clear. The girl working the front desk was quite rude, but the owner was very good to deal with.

I love the staff! The stay was Awesome, it was great to feel at home just because of the staff and front office guys, the pool was clean, rooms were neat, ladies always asked us if we needed anything. Thanks guys! From jenn and jason.

Location, location, location and price for location. It was a great 3 day stay for a little r & R.

Frig was barely cold, barely kept food safe. Who ever heard of paying 25 cents for maybe 2 cups of ice, no really. Unfortunately no restaurants or pubs with in walking distance. We had an oversized van, parking lot was very tight and when we parked van we didn't want to leave and come back to hope we had a spot. Luckily we had enough food with us to nuke and stay in.

It was à clean facility. Beautiful view of the beach.

How I was charged an additional $10 per child with us.

We were in Daytona Beach, fl visiting family in the area. We loved & raved to everyone how wonderful our stay was. The location, staff & the ocean views are outstanding. We sat in your lovely garden area overlooking the ocean. It's just wonderful & we will definitely stay there again. Fresh, clean & well kept in all respects. Great price too!

A small coffee pot in the room would be nice. My mom is 87 yrs old & i'm disabled. Legally blind & walking with a cane. We booked on line but called the office many times to confirm the reservation. Why they would put us on the 2nd flr is ridiculous.They were rude when we questioned it & they said we were late to check in & no other rooms were available. So to go down many stairs for coffee is to hard. We also had to pay some college kids to help us bring our suitcase up & down the steps. Also, there was no ice, but the office was nice enough to help us as we had to keep diabetic insulin medicine cold.

Easy acess from parking lot to room. Nice pool /patio area on oceanfront. Good location for food and shopping.

I thought it was a heated pool?? We were on the ground floor and the guests above us were very noisy.

Not a darn thing.

Old stinky hotel, not clean, no electrical outlets in bath (whats up with that) way over priced even for bike week, not enough parking, very poor tv reception, room door needs maintenance, the worst pillows on a bed I have ever seen ( and I travel a lot both domestic and international) the best thing I could recommend is a bulldozer.

The Management and Staff were very friendly. They walked the grounds several times a day to check on things and were very helpful with finding us a place to park a truck and trailer.

I have no complaints and will stay there again next year.

Ocean Front Beach: proximity to events: comfortable bed

Asked for Non-Smoking got a smoking room. They sprayed deodorant to address our concern. Air conditioner loud and not cooling. Limited parking and not specific to room. Lack of cleaning services.

Rooms where clean. Staff was nice. Pool area was nice.

This place is not oceanfront. The room we had did not have a window. Was cramped and felt like you was in a basement.Had no dresser to unpack so we had to live out of our suite case for a week. Had no table to eat at.

Room was duty,no very clean i will never stay there again

very friendly staff-especially the mgr who walked the property and was real nice. great view of the ocean and right on the beach. Nice pool and sitting area. Quiet and private feeling. We had a wonderful time.

No phones in rooms and staff couldnt direct us to a phone in the area that we could call home, we had to check nearby hotels that we could call from, no restaurants in or near this hotel which was a disadvantage cause we couldnt walk, staff werent great in the hotel, after checkin they were happy enough not to see you again till checkout werent really glued into the local area and couldnt really give us much info ie. Restaurants and stuff!!!

The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. The hotel was located right on the beach, so the view was nice.

The outer door did not shut tightly. There were no lights in the parking lot when we checked out at 6am, so we had to leave the room door open for light.

Nice location on the ocean, we were spoiled by the staff and other guests very friendly, met a fellow who was returning for a visit, loved the place and location. Can't say enough about the hotel we will return and bring more friends.

I did not like the fact they called this a ocean front Inn/ they should have called this a ocean side Inn, because there is nothing on the front... secondly; The rooms are stone age, no carpet. the air conditioner sounded like a truck every time it came on to heat the room.... the bedding was yellow from the breach used to clean them and the whole room smelled of breach... the owners seemed upset from start to finish... bad all the way... never again will we rent anything before seeing inside first....................
