Free shuttle to/from airport

The suite was clean and the staff very friendly. The continental breakfast was nice, and the staff made the waffles for me. The airport shuttle was on time for pick up & drop off. Thanks, planning to stay again on my way out this Friday. Very good job.

The pull out bed is dirty. The sheets have not been washed for a long time. The sofa is old and the cushion is dirty and beaten down. The sheets on the regular bed seem dirty and do not smell clean. The room stinks and have to turn on the portable fan with the window opened in order to stay in.

The price was approximately 50% off compared to other hotels in the airport area.

Everything else was terrible; it reminded me a run down hotel of the Soviet Era in a medium size town in the former Soviet Union. It appears that the owner(s) decided to use it as a "cash cow" for as long as possible and then sell it to someone who would totally renovate the place. A suite had a kitchen with a range and a large size refrigerator, but not a single plate, cup, spoon or anything to make this kitchen usable?

The staff were friendly and so accommodating. The shuttle was efficient and always available when needed.

Part of building needs updating. Also coffee for room and some glasses/cups would be nice.

Dirty and run down. The room had an bad smell. The furniture was really old and in bad shape.

we booked rooms with kitchen facilities as we eat veg food.The kitchenett was there but not a single utensil was in the room. The staff said that they charge extra 15 dollars. Breakfast was meagre.

The motel room was advertised as having a 'full-kitchen' - except you have topay an extra$15 for pots/plates/cutlery etc and even then there wasn't a sharp knife! If a bathroom is advertised you expect towels, if a kitchen is advertised you expect crockery! Noisy, one night a domestic raged for over an hour. Suspect this is another motel with budget 'apartments' rather than strictly a motel. Advertised a courtesy shuttle, shuttle is only train and airport.

location in relation to airport, and the price of the room.

some of your furniture in room was in very bad shape, note the couch if you tried to sit on it you sunk to the floor. all support in it was gone including the cushions.

I liked that it was affordable and close to the airport.

Too much perfumed used! The front desk clerk had sprayed Frebreeze just before I walked in and it almost killed me. I got some fresh air on my way to the room but there was a heavily perfumed air "freshener" used to mask odors and I had to sleep with my window open.

I do not like the location. Spenard is not the best location in town.

24 hour shuttle

The room was too hot when we arrived. We never could figure out how to turn the lights on in the bedroom. There were only 2 pillows.

How spacious and clean. Great view friendly staff. Great lo ation.

No elevators. Stayed on the third floor.

-fully equipped kitchen did not include a coffee maker or any pots/pans/plates/dinnerware/dish cloths/ dish soap, etc. -kitchen appliances were definitely not new -furniture was somewhat banged up, living room sofa was a futon covered with what appeared to be a faded fitted bed sheet

Staff was rude, room was filthy, fire codes were not followed. Smoke detectors were covered with plastic bags, trash and old food under the beds, beer cases on the balcony. Fighting in the hallways at 1:30 am.
