I liked that it was affordable and close to the airport.

Too much perfumed used! The front desk clerk had sprayed Frebreeze just before I walked in and it almost killed me. I got some fresh air on my way to the room but there was a heavily perfumed air "freshener" used to mask odors and I had to sleep with my window open.

I like the friendleness of the staff, the breakfast, and the value.

I do not like the location. Spenard is not the best location in town.

24 hour shuttle

The room was too hot when we arrived. We never could figure out how to turn the lights on in the bedroom. There were only 2 pillows.

How spacious and clean. Great view friendly staff. Great lo ation.

No elevators. Stayed on the third floor.

-fully equipped kitchen did not include a coffee maker or any pots/pans/plates/dinnerware/dish cloths/ dish soap, etc. -kitchen appliances were definitely not new -furniture was somewhat banged up, living room sofa was a futon covered with what appeared to be a faded fitted bed sheet

Staff was rude, room was filthy, fire codes were not followed. Smoke detectors were covered with plastic bags, trash and old food under the beds, beer cases on the balcony. Fighting in the hallways at 1:30 am.

The bed was super comfy, room was clean, staff was very supportive for my situation.

I did not like putting a $150 hold on my card for my room. The morning staff/cafeteria lady was a bit rude about starting breakfast. I arrive @ 620 am to get coffee, was not ready/nor would she let me have a muffin to take to my room. She complained about not having enough supplies to stock the area. Nedd to have coffee pots in room.

The cheap budget 2 nights for $110

I didnt even get to stay because they wanted a deposit of 250 dollers in which I did not have. The lady at the desk was very rude about it and her body expressions said it all!

Room waS spacious

The clerk called after 10 pm telling I had to bring my license to the front desk because they forgot to ask...its 21 below zero, I am in bed, and they wake me up telling I have to do what? Crazy!

Great quick shuttle service

Room door was very hard to close and lock. WiFi not working. Had to walk to nearby McDonalds to use their WiFi Shower did not drain properly.

The price.

It wasn't very clean. You couldn't turn down the heat enough. So, it was too hot to sleep, unless you had the windows open. But, people came and went all night so that kept you awake. It was also a outside entrance to each room which doesn't make sense in a city with cold winters.

The price was good and the room was mostly clean. At least the bed was clean and pretty comfortable.

Finding a person laying in the doorway of a room. You definitely get what you pay for. Quite a few drunk people hanging around in the halls. The rooms were not cleaned in all the areas. We have stayed in the hotel before and our stay was much better the first time. That is why I decided to book the hotel room again. I do not plan to book this hotel again. It is not a place for children.

The room was spacious

The sheets were dirty on the bed, there was hair in the sheets. The internet did not work for my laptop. The breakfast lady was a little strong with my husband concerning him cooking his own breakfast.

The staff were wonderful,very friendly,polite and helpful our entire stay.The size of our room was amazing and the kitchen was large with new full size appliances.The hotel was well maintained and very clean.I will reccomend this hotel to everyone and we will stay here again in the future.

The breakfast was good. The room was very roomy.

No tea bags available in room, asked for some but never came. Not everyone is a coffee drinker.

The only likable thing about this hotel was the staff and location to the airport.

The room did not have sufficient lighting. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Food was still in the refrigerator from previous guest. Sofa needs to be replaced.

Dreary decor lacked landscaping

Very convenient for airport. There is a bus into town. Good value for a 2 room suite.

OK for a default choice.

Building, furnishings, carpet were all very old and used.

Good location near airport. Excellent shuttle service. I wrote a review for the first of our two nights at this Inn a few days ago.
