The room smelled so bad, we were a second one, which was as gross as the first. I would have never taken my shoes off much less slept in the bed.
Front desk horrible, room was filthy, cable didn't work, bed dirty and uncomfortable, restroom dirty. Over all the most disgusting room I ever stay at in the world.
nothing, didn't stay there after all not safe( bad health environment.)
I booked a room earlier that day and after a great night a food and fun I get ready to check in and they say they had no reservation from me and Booking.com therefore, I had no room for that night. Thanks a lot Hobby Airport Inn!!! You stay classy!!
There wasn't a single thing i liked.
Everything, rooms was not clean, toliet was stopped up, tub was stopped up, no microwave, t.v.not working properly. They did not try to compensate me, they said I could not get my money back. Just a rip off!!!!
No towels, bathtub was broken fiberglass in toe. Husband refused to take shower due to staff had no towel to give the hairdryer was broken staff did not have another to give. Breakfast area gross. Rooms were a horror. I'm so mad. I put a complaint to booking.com
It was nasty
I didn't even stay ther 5 minutes. It was dirty and nasty. Would never recommend this to anyone...
Everything. This is a filthy place. The carpets are moldy & filthy. The room reeked of old cugerretted.
Well me and my wife didnt have the money to pay for thst day coming. Well we spoke to the front desk. Believe it or not but they allowed us to still stay in the room until we git the money together. Todd and Erika
This was the worst hotel I have ever been to, and I have seen my share of roach coach hotels. First off, the room smelled rank. Next, the toilet was clogged and we had to wait five hours for a toilet plunger! The maintenance staff didn't even offer to plunge it for us. Lastly the day of our checkout, I called the manager to ask for a late checkout because I was tied up in court. Even after telling the manager of our ghastly bathroom inconvenience, he wouldn't even extend checkout for us. In a nutshell, I'd rather sleep in my car at a koa campground!
They never clean the room,
The facilite to arribe the places I plan to go
Room was in much need of repair. Breakfast area was filthy
Closeness to airport
People were helpful
There was drug dealing and people w a walking around til 3 am did not feel safe at all
The price and location
Checked 7 rooms before finding one that didn't smell horrible. Elevator broken. No place close to eat. Breakfast was so bad we went back to the airport to eat.
Free shuttle to close location. Night manageress was helpful & patient.
Run down, dirty, not a good option. Room made me itchy could not sleep.
filthy carpet, poor wifi reception, sketchy neighborhood, did not clean the room until I had to ask them to. I was staying for 6 days, and they cleaned the room on the 5th day. They only clean weekly stays on Wednesday. I came in on Tuesday. All in all this was a poor experience. They lock the hotel lobby after dark, and you have to speak to the attendant through a window. Free breakfast was terrible. They had no fruit available. They had a couple of cereals in a container. Cheap juice substitute. a few slices of white bread in the bread box. The best thing was the waffle maker. I don't drink coffee, so I didn't check the coffee.
no bed bugs fridge and microwave, tv location close to hwy 45
The breakfast was a real joke...I had to ask for tp there was none in the room..ice machine located by the front desk, would have melted by the time you got back to your room...pool was out of service...got the run around when it would be open....never cleaned the room....got clean towels for 2 days...on Sunday never got any towels....king bed had the cheesiest, and flattest 3 small pillows!!! Next to a bordello !!!! Never again will I stay here...There are no refunds if I had seen the room first would have gone to a well known chain...not the quality for the price!
The staff was pleasant when not talking to their family on the phone....helpfull in getting toilet paper that was not in room.
To close to road, heard traffic all night.Breakfast could be somewhat better.
Not as bad as some places i stayed at.Conveinant to airport, and not to bad going downtown. No drug dealers, prostitutes hitting on you,and no roaces that i saw.
Room 120 had the following problems. TV not working, Restroom, missing towel bar, toilet paper holder broken, shower head leaks / broken. missing air vent. Three of the power outlet had no power. Room smells.
The bed was nice and we had a good night sleep.
Our first night we were given a room that was supposed to be off line. No TV, clock , smelled terrible. No appology was made at the desk. We were told our room for Mon night would be much better. NOT MUCH!!! As we were checking in two different families were so unsatisfied they were not going to stay
Website pictures were deceiving, nothing like the actual thing. Front desk clerk told us of the trouble we would have opening the door. With the door closed, you could here all the cars passing by, partly because the room we were in was right in front of the street but also because there was a big open gap on the corner of the lower part of the door. Bathroom door did not close unless you picked up the toilet seat. There was no remote control to the tv. Couldn't call front desk because the phone didn't work. We were given a remote control without the cover for the batteries, it was all taped up. Didn't work, had to go back & get another, that one didn't work either. We were told she would send someone to look for one in one of the vacant rooms, no one ever showed up. Had to get up on a chair to change the channels and raise the volume so we could hear the tv with the loud noise of the outside traffic. Was awoken at 3:50 a.m. by two people arguing right in front of our door but couldn't call front desk due to no fone. There was no coffee, only a coffeepot with onecup. There was no WIFI only a computer with WiFi in the lobbybut it had a sign "Do not use computer". No iron and the ironing board was so low it was back breaking. Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast included actually didn't have very much of a selection, no fruit, no spray for the waffle iron. Never got an apology nor were we offered another room. Will never go back there again. Thought we were getting a good deal but I guess you get what you pay for.
Water pressure was very good.
There was no remote for the TV, I had to climb up on a chair to reach the buttons to turn it on, off and change channels. There were packs of coffee but no coffee pot, the carpeting was very dirty, the shower curtain was moldy. The bathroom door couldn't be closed because the toilet was in the way.
I didn't like the business at late hours of the night. To many doors opening and closing all night long.
The staff was very good.
