The facilite to arribe the places I plan to go
They never clean the room,
Closeness to airport
Room was in much need of repair. Breakfast area was filthy
People were helpful
There was drug dealing and people w a walking around til 3 am did not feel safe at all
The price and location
Free shuttle to close location. Night manageress was helpful & patient.
Checked 7 rooms before finding one that didn't smell horrible. Elevator broken. No place close to eat. Breakfast was so bad we went back to the airport to eat.
Run down, dirty, not a good option. Room made me itchy could not sleep.
no bed bugs fridge and microwave, tv location close to hwy 45
filthy carpet, poor wifi reception, sketchy neighborhood, did not clean the room until I had to ask them to. I was staying for 6 days, and they cleaned the room on the 5th day. They only clean weekly stays on Wednesday. I came in on Tuesday. All in all this was a poor experience. They lock the hotel lobby after dark, and you have to speak to the attendant through a window. Free breakfast was terrible. They had no fruit available. They had a couple of cereals in a container. Cheap juice substitute. a few slices of white bread in the bread box. The best thing was the waffle maker. I don't drink coffee, so I didn't check the coffee.
The staff was pleasant when not talking to their family on the phone....helpfull in getting toilet paper that was not in room.
The breakfast was a real joke...I had to ask for tp there was none in the room..ice machine located by the front desk, would have melted by the time you got back to your room...pool was out of service...got the run around when it would be open....never cleaned the room....got clean towels for 2 days...on Sunday never got any towels....king bed had the cheesiest, and flattest 3 small pillows!!! Next to a bordello !!!! Never again will I stay here...There are no refunds if I had seen the room first would have gone to a well known chain...not the quality for the price!
Not as bad as some places i stayed at.Conveinant to airport, and not to bad going downtown. No drug dealers, prostitutes hitting on you,and no roaces that i saw.
To close to road, heard traffic all night.Breakfast could be somewhat better.
The bed was nice and we had a good night sleep.
Room 120 had the following problems. TV not working, Restroom, missing towel bar, toilet paper holder broken, shower head leaks / broken. missing air vent. Three of the power outlet had no power. Room smells.
Our first night we were given a room that was supposed to be off line. No TV, clock , smelled terrible. No appology was made at the desk. We were told our room for Mon night would be much better. NOT MUCH!!! As we were checking in two different families were so unsatisfied they were not going to stay
Water pressure was very good.
Website pictures were deceiving, nothing like the actual thing. Front desk clerk told us of the trouble we would have opening the door. With the door closed, you could here all the cars passing by, partly because the room we were in was right in front of the street but also because there was a big open gap on the corner of the lower part of the door. Bathroom door did not close unless you picked up the toilet seat. There was no remote control to the tv. Couldn't call front desk because the phone didn't work. We were given a remote control without the cover for the batteries, it was all taped up. Didn't work, had to go back & get another, that one didn't work either. We were told she would send someone to look for one in one of the vacant rooms, no one ever showed up. Had to get up on a chair to change the channels and raise the volume so we could hear the tv with the loud noise of the outside traffic. Was awoken at 3:50 a.m. by two people arguing right in front of our door but couldn't call front desk due to no fone. There was no coffee, only a coffeepot with onecup. There was no WIFI only a computer with WiFi in the lobbybut it had a sign "Do not use computer". No iron and the ironing board was so low it was back breaking. Pool was closed for maintenance. Breakfast included actually didn't have very much of a selection, no fruit, no spray for the waffle iron. Never got an apology nor were we offered another room. Will never go back there again. Thought we were getting a good deal but I guess you get what you pay for.
There was no remote for the TV, I had to climb up on a chair to reach the buttons to turn it on, off and change channels. There were packs of coffee but no coffee pot, the carpeting was very dirty, the shower curtain was moldy. The bathroom door couldn't be closed because the toilet was in the way.
The staff was very good.
I didn't like the business at late hours of the night. To many doors opening and closing all night long.
I did not like it at all
The entire stay was poorly
Closeness to the Airport. At first we were surprised to find it to be the closest to the airport for the price. Now we know why.
The Handle Knob to our door was partly broken and we had a hard time getting into the room. When I called to report it, no one came up to inspect it. The hallway was very very dirty and stained. The room did not have a chair. The bath tub was dirty. The computer in the lobby did not work properly when I tried to get our boarding passes. The clerk made a copy of my identification card (why ??) of all the hotels we stayed at during this trip, this was the first to make a copy of ID...I will call and report this because I am concerned about Fraud practices. One pillow for each bed.
Dirtiest most run down motel I have ever stayed at. No working deadbolt on foot, no drinking cups, coffee but no coffee maker, no ironing board. Cockroaches on ceiling.
No shower curtain, spot's on floor like someone was killed there, no wifi, party's in parking lot. Front door had a 3/4 gap in it. Had to checkout .
I am grateful that I didn't pay more than 70.00 some odd dollars for what I got a place to sleep.
Terrible parking. Swimming pool was green on labor day weekend. Dead bolt didn't work in not the best of neighborhoods. Flat screen TV was propped up on the stand if you moved it or opened a chest drawer it would fall. Staff could not print me a receipt at check out. Staff did not dress (shirt tail out or shirt not buttoned, pant hanging low) or act (very distracted or uninterested staff, personal phone call on office phone while guests are at the counter for check in) very unprofessional.
Everything was horrible. Nasty, not clean, smells bad in the room. You couldn't read the hotel sigh which made it hard to find the dumpy place anyways
Appliances worked Bathroom facilities worked A/C worked Lights worked
Bug bites on my legs after 1st night Breakfast buffet was a joke Cable turned off/on every 5 seconds Carpets were stained and dirty Room always smelled of Funk Room service only gave towels. Towels didn't smell clean
Price.. staff.. location
Price was good. Pool was clean. Staff was nice but not overly friendly.
I sent the general manager an email with 32 pictures of things wrong with our room. I did not complain while there and asked for nothing in return for my comments although I was expecting an apology. He never even responded. The mattress had vomit on it and the floor. There was fecal matter in places on the bathroom wall that maybe a child had dine. Boogers on the wall. There was coffee and cream but no coffee pot. The only chair in the room was broken. The plugs were messed up. No phone in the room. No remote for the tv which was the only way to use it. The shower was pulling away from the wall. Some of the guest looked as if they lived there and some were scary looking. Our neighbor was out one morning smoking with a t-shirt and his bikini underwear. Like I said, I took pictures of everything and the general manager never even bothered to write back. Some even stole some tie downs for my wheelchair from the room which I did report and was told housekeeping probably thought it belonged to maintenance.
Really nothing except the front desk people were nice and picked me up from airport and took me back the next morning.
Felt very unsafe. Room was not clean, furniture was old and falling apart, sheets were really old. I was very uncomfortable
