place was good,
wifi was very disapointing..
Very dirty, vents had 6 months of dust hanging off them, ac smelled the room up like rotten fish, bedding was full of holes and ripped in half
I like the chapel and the Christian environment. The cafeteria was nice.
When I first checked in the front desk did not acknowledge me. Once he did, he couldn't find a non smoking room available as I had requested. We did end up getting a non smoking room, but it smelled like smoke and the joint door to another room was broken! Also, the breakfast selection was very mediocre.
Shower head full of crud buildup, poor drainage in shower and sink, toilet bowl underneath rim was black and moldy, looks as if it has never been cleaned on the inside, bed sheets was full of females hair, old style tv, ironing board broken, no iron in room
location and price
poor lighting and security
Staff were very helpful, room was clean and spacious. East to get to places, stockyards, shopping, etc..
Breakfast was pretty plain, but definately better than no breakfast
Great location just needs to be updated but overall great value
Outdated tv and facilities
Cleanliness, AC broke. Was there in June. Breakfast was almost non-existent.
Very skimpy and bare bones lodging.
I will not stay at one of these properties again. The room was very dirty - filthy. The room had dust on the the walls and dust webs in the corners and hanging from the ceiling. There was dirt on the lamp shades. The carpet was stained and needed to be swept badly. You could actually see trash sitting on the carpet. Baseboards needed cleaning and the chair and ottoman were heavily stained. I asked for extra towels and the person at the front desk said I could not have any extras. I wanted to use the extra towels to cover the furniture so I could sit on it. I looked at 3 different rooms and they looked the same. The ironing board was even soiled. I did not even use it. The smoke smell was so strong in my non smoking room my clothes smelled like smoke when I returned home. I would have moved to another hotel but the weekend that I was in Ft. Worth had many activities and the hotels were booked. I have stayed in many hotels and have never stayed in a hotel that was literally dirty. The experience was horrible and I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am an easy going person and I have never given a review as bad as this one. Please send someone out to take a look at that property because it may have been older but there was no excuse for it not being clean. I had friends who booked two rooms there as well and their experience was exactly the same. I am giving this hotel a 1.
Staff at check in poor customer service attitude the same for the person on duty in the am Saturday. Wi fi did not work. What you promote as a free breakfast is a joke, small cup of coffee, tiny bowel for cereal and limited selection, then toast or bagel. I made a mistake of booking on line without inspecting the facility first. I would not stay there again or at any of your locations.
