Nice room Comfortable bed
Water leak in bathroom above tub, dipping of water constantly all night, not enough plugs for electronics or the appliances that they have themselves, no body mirror to see self, curtains didn't close properly causing me to think someone was looking through my room
The price was good.
There was too much smoke, even though they put a non smoke sign in the front door.
The view of the city was wonderful from the 6th floor, the price was very affordable, and the employees friendly and helpful.
The pillows were flat, there were ants in the room upon arrival. The elevators were slow- the whole hotel looks as bit run down, but not really dirty. The bathroom door was installed upside down. Not really an issue until we went to try and hang up our towels and realized we couldn't!
There wasn't enough towels and we experience some bed bugs so we asked to move to another room.. The room was much better than the first room I guess that was one of the renovated rooms it had a flat screen tv it was nice
It was close to where I needed to go
We had to be switched to another room because we saw bed bugs n the other room they gave us had only one bed when we had two beds at first.. And not enough towels
Staff, cleanliness, location
Need a better system and items for breakfast for those who don't eat sweets
the free breakfast had nothing to offer, not even real OJ. No muffins, or anything you would expect from contentinal breakfast. The room seemed dirty, and the AC didn't work properly.
If you're looking for something cheap and don't care about much more, it is definitely that. Very low cost. Nice pool.
Rather run down, doesn't offer very good breakfast, and bad location.
It was close to the casino and downtown new Orleans
The pool was dirty and the balcony doors wouldn't open
we got a room with a beautiful view, staff was very nice and helpful
pool was dirty, far from the city centre
Easy to get to the highway from hotel
Hotel was in bad condition and I didn't feel comfortable... I will pay more money the next time I visit New Orleans.
The price was reasonable
Got bit by bed bugs
My nieces and nephews liked the pool even tho there was beetles in it
~The room AC didn't work, had to move rooms. Moved to new room and mini fridge didn't work. ~We found a spider crawling on the wall. I asked if there was a Infestation and was told no but was on the elevator with a pest control man. ~Phone's didn't work in either room. ~The iron bed rails were to long for the bed so my son, niece and nephew fell over it hurting there legs. I had to wrap it with a towel. ~It was five in a room so we asked for four more towel and was only given one because they said they didn't have any more clean ones.
Need new furniture
The staff was nice and listened to out concerns about the first room we were in.
Once all the rooms are remodeled they will be nice. The so called breakfast area was dirty and disgusting. They need a wheelchair ramp for the front entrance. The first room we were in didn't have blow dryer, paint and caulking chipping in bathroom, tub faucet dropped and didn't work properly . The bathroom sink was chipping. Thank goodness the room didn't smell.
C.M. at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. Traveling by bus 64 direct to downtown was very convenient. The staff was friendly and nice.
The bus schedule was not available at the hotel.
Location was super convenient.
The elevator was super sketchy.
First of all the staff was friendly checking us in. There was a cord in our room that had been cut and was put together with electric and plugged in. Cable was broken and had to move it to get tv. Non smoking not. The whole hotel smelled of smoke. Not a clean hotel. Once off the elevator there were broken ac's, and junk piled in the hall way as you came off the elevator. Seems like this should have been torn down and rebuilt. I would not stay in this hotel again.
We asked to be moved from a room at the back with a balcony door that couldn't be opened - this was done & we had a room on the 6th floor looking out at New Orleans & a balcony we could get out to; handy bus 64 stop to NO opposite; friendly staff
A very very tired motel desperately in need of a revamp; awful wooden fence around the pool; very very small bath towels; bit of a bunfight at breakfast - in a very small area
The service of the employees is what bothered me. They were very rude
I like the careness, kindness and concern of the Manager
The taxi driver told me not to leave the hotel because the area wasn't safe. Not central at all. Staff very rude.
