i like everything include shuttle

Very nice, clean room, with all amenties including a well layed out breakfast for hotel quests.

There was not much sound-proofing between the floors and rooms. Could hear other guest above our room and next to our room walking & moving around in the evening.

Room was large and comfortable. Clean. Like the shampoo & lotion push boxes in the shower. Tv, internet complimentary.

Only that no one could tell me how to get into Manhattan on foot & public transportation.

I stayed for couple of nights with family. The staff was good, very friendly. Breakfast was good and Airport shuttle was also very quick.

Great Value for the on-line rate.

1) Courtesy shuttle even even every hour to the Bus-station would have been very helpful. 2) The wi-fi internet connection was not very stable/dependable in the room.

The room was spacious, clean, eco-friendly, and of tremendously high value for the location. The free shuttle ride was a bit on the longish side, but the small extra distance reflects the value received. The receptionist was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Free Wi-fi was my deciding factor.

The wait for the shuttle to take one from the Newark Airport was overly long. It is also annoying that one must travel from one terminal to the only place where the hotel shuttles depart and drop you off. This pickup and dropoff spot is the same regardless of the hotel, so the property cannot be blamed; however, there were three times as many hotel vans per property arriving and setting down than the van from ABV. Worth the extra trouble, in hindsight.

Location The courtesy shuttle drivers were not very personable We were on the third floor and they had extension cords running in the halls to the ceiling right above our room. Not very appealing

The shuttle service made me wait at Newark Airport for more than one hour.

My payment was processed promptly.

I had to complain 3 times in my 2 night stay about noisy neighbours upstairs. We did not have proper sleep for those 2 nights. There is no sound protection in the hotel.

Really nice room actually. Also liked the dispensers for shampoo/etc. in the shower.

No real cream for the coffee. Noise level in the middle of the night.

When the do not disturb sign is on th e door, the maid should not ome in and clean the room.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and big. The bed was really comfortable. Good location to and from the airport. Good value if you just need a place to stay over night.

The lobby was not inviting, the neighborhood didn't seem that great.

I didn't like the hotel at all.

I booked this through your site. It gave good run-down on the facility available, such as fridge, breakfast, free shuttle service from the airport etc. Also showed couple of good photos of the room. Upon arriving at the airport, as instructed I reached terminal P4, and phoned for the shuttle. An hour later, phoned again, no sign. Another hour and phoned again, and the desk at the hotel says that I do not have a booking. After explaining to them and giving them the booking reference they finally send me the shuttle. Upon arrival, what a location. In a dangerous , industrial type area, with a constant police sirens. At a desk, and as I do not have a credit card but will settle the account with cash, I had your following clarification at the time of booking "the hotel does not require a pre-authorisation form to hold this reservation with my father's credit card, as long as you will be paying cash for the resrvation". After much debate at the desk, they finally gave me a room. Entering my room. What a dump!!!. Don't these people have regular inspections done. The furniture was dusty. They carpets never vacuumed. Dirty beddings. Your site stated, breakfast included. What a breakfast!!. Almost everything from the vending machine and stale. Not even fit for animal consumption. Finally, the site said, room fridge, but it forgot to mention that charges will be incurred. $9.00 per day. So do you think I should recommend this to anyone?

Reasonable price and near airport. Room was spacious.

Smoking outside bedrooms in hallway. Some clientele appeared to be in & out of hotel(young couples) as though it was a house of disrepute. The area appeared to be to be a dangerous area to older people.

Excellent breakfast - probably the best I've ever had in an American Inn that was included in the room rate.

The furnishings were a bit 'tired' looking.

Shuttle was terribly late due to technical problem and driver wasn't quite courteous. Also, cleanliness still needs to be worked upon.

This Hotel is one of the worst hotel in the town . They should change the name from Americas Bet to worst . All staff is arrogant , there is Bed bugs in this hotel . and it's not safe . Lot of bad things happens during night time , not good for family. Please think 1000000 times while booking this hotel instated pay 10 , 20$ more and get into a good brand hotel
