Dirty, too close to street, poor bathroom facilities. Only one outlet to plug in a charger cord, over the toilet! The sounds from above people walking kept us awake. A Very inadequate breakfast. This should not be AAA rated.
The desk people were nice.
No area for the dog outside.
The room was very clean.
Pool was out of season.
Best of all was the ease of check in, friendly staff. The lady was most excellent.
Limited number of access to the Wi-Fi. The tiled flooring in the bathroom was cold to walk on, so we used a towel as a mat. Had some issue with ants all over some food we had brought.
We requested a quiet room which we got. It was comfortable and the bathroom was good size.
Catch for security chain on door was broken, floor lamp didn't work, breakfast was minimal - only 2 types of dry cereal, some breads, coffee. No waffles, eggs, orange juice.
Staff was friendly, place was clean, located near historic downtown.
I didn't like styrofoam cups and dishes in the room as well as in the breakfast room.
Good value for a quick overnight.
Food crumbs around bed. Peeling paint in bathroom. Bed was hard as a rock & pillows were junk.
Location , convienant for exploring the town Facility older but very clean & attention given to external appearance
Parking was tight. Other patrons car close enough that we thought that they might hit car when leaving.
Clerks were very helpful.
With all rooms booked, parking wasn't taht great for full sized vehicles. The toilet flush handle was difficult to reach because of the counter going over the back of the toilet
Great value overall
The first room we were put in...I washed my face and the water would not turn off. The second room had two beds after we had requested a king sized bed. The third and final room was upstairs and the television didn't work until my husband checked a mess of wires in a power strip and found two plugs, unplugged.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The right price, in the downtown area, friendly staff and clean.
Not many choices for breakfast. If you're on a special diet (gluten free/dairy free), there's nothing but orange juice.
Comfortable and clean room with plenty of clean towels. Staff friendly. Right downtown.
Walking distance to good restaurants
Room is at a super 8 standard but price is higher. Only a fair value if you prefer downtown
Near river walk Many local dining choices Quiet downtown away from freeway
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable,
The staff was helpful. Our neighbor next door had a therapy dog that bark the entire time the owners were out in town. Desk staff offered to move us.
Sleep interrupted by two people talking in the early hours of the morning. We had to talk to them twice to stop. This had absolutely nothing to do with the hotel which was excellent. We would definitely stay there again....
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Steps to the Main Street and several restaurants.
The breakfast was minimal.
Every single optional extra was in the room.
There was one stained towel, otherwise everything was satisfying
Super comfortable king-size bed
Giant dumpster outside my room. Parking spaces too close together. Complimentary breakfast not very good.
The price was fair.
Decent place for the money
Just one thing. There were a lot of bugs in my room. Not worrisome bugs like cockroaches or ants, but little grasshopper type things, spiders (on the ceiling) and a couple of little black beetles. Once I had escorted the 2nd grasshoppery thing and one beetle out of the room to the outside, I gave up and just embraced the company. The next morning I noticed the maids cleaning the rooms with the doors open. Pendleton has a lot of fields, so my guess is these harmless little critters wandered in then. I'm not very squidgey about that kind of thing, but if you are, it might be disconcerting,
I loved my stay here. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, the grounds were beautiful and my room was bright and comfortable. I can't comment on the complementary breakfast as I slept so well on the fabulous king size bed, I slept right through breakfast! Wi-fi was problem free, the television worked great with an amazing selection of channels and the mini-fridge was nice and cold upon arrival.Total price for my one night stay was $64, and I still can't believe I got so much for that. I will definitely be back!
A little better breakfast would be great.
a great location in walking distance of food and a brewery
The parking spaces were a little too tight and the Continental breakfast was not as good as others we stayed at.
The setting, and comfort level were very good.
