I liked the friendly-upbeat, efficient manner in which I was accommodated. When I requested a change of bed size from what I had booked, I was given prompt service. I liked the separation of bath/shower/toilet from the area to freshen up/make coffee etc. It would be nice if the bathroom light were not wired to the bathroom fan. However, for the price it is a minor point. We did not have good luck making good coffee!

location for our pupose in town the bed was very uncomfortable the televison remote control did not work could have used a couple more towels/washcloths to start with so a special request wasn't necessary

They went out of their way to find me a double room, when I thought a double was two beds and it was actually only 1. On most sites a double room is scarily what it says, a room with 2 double beds. I believe they need to update as this was confusing. I book rooms 5 times a year and have had this issue.
