Located just under 1 mile from Bryce Canyon National Park, this Utah hotel features convenient amenities and comfortable accommodations just minutes from Scenic Byway 12 and the Escalante national...

Exactly what the name suggests. Good no frills accommodation at a good price. Convenient for Bryce Canyon.
A good location for visiting Bryce Canyon then heading up route 12 to Capital Reef.
Paper-thin sheets. Used tissues on the floor by the bed indicating poor house-keeping. The town lacked places to eat, the restaurant next door seemed expensive for a basic menu, the pizza place wasn't bad but a long wait for a take-out.
Staff are very accommodating. We enjoyed being close to Bryce and get a great value for our rooms with a fine breakfast next door. Dinner there was good too!
Breakfast-the ability to sit, be waited on and choose from a limited menu. However, the doors do not open until 7AM!
Hallways were not very clean. Stairwells not lit at all! No fridge in the room. Asked for a wake up call. They don't do it! Finally brought me a very dirty alarm clock. Not able to check in before 4 PM so they can check all rooms for readiness. Where was my clock???
Clean quiet and comfortable bed.
No WiFi. Called to inform there was no WiFi. &Quot; Yes we know".
The hotel is okay. It's fairly close to Bryce, it was clean enough, and it had good laundry facilities (best of the hotels we stayed at during our visit to Utah National Parks)
The breakfast option was at the local (and only) 'restaurant' which got really busy with all the bus tour groups going through it. You had the option of choosing 5 items (and basics like coffee and jelly were included in those items). I don't think this was great. The location/ 'town' really doesn't have anything there.
The wifi was so slow it didn't really work. Our room was not cleaned the entire 4 night stay and was poorly serviced. The bed was more or less made each day. Staff was polite but not friendly or helpful. You will not check in prior to the 4:00 set check in time.
The restaurant for breakfast was very good with excellent hostess and waitresses.
Someone people in a room just down from us had a horrible fight at 12:15 in the morning that woke both myself and my husband. They slammed the door repeatedly and continued shouting for almost 20 minutes. When you try to save a few dollars this is the kind of clientele you attract. The internet connection also did not work well consistently.
Our room was comfortable with a table and sofa, as well as a fridge and microwave. The laundromat was handy and the breakfast at the restaurant was very satisfactory. Food service was prompt. It was well located, about 20 minutes from the park entry.
Our room was next to the stairs, so it was a bit noisy. Be careful with the kind of bed you reserve. I thought I had selected a king, but by the time we arrived, there were only queens available.
not expensive normal standard Motel very close to Bryce Canyon, perfect place to stop for a night Breakfast included in Restaurant next door! -> compared to other Motels a very luxurious deal!
it was just what we expected
Nice breakfast at next-door restaurant. Quiet location. Good for a night's stop near Bryce Canyon N.P.
Noisy A/C. Rather dreary room.
Very quiet. Ideal for visiting Bryce Canyon
Breakfast at the restaurant down the street was disappointing
Located in the little town of Tropic its a great location for Bryce NP and the surrounding country. People are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a shower and bed for the night this is it.
WiFi and comms were limited, but this is probably due to the "small town" IT provider service and not the hotel.
Breakfast, located close to Bryce Canyon, convenient grocery
Room was adequate, clean and reasonably comfortable. Easy to find - on main road. Close to basic shops and a good restaurant. Good breakfast included at restaurant. Laundry facilities (though a lot of machines were not working, and the floor was wet)
Quite far from the park entrance. No fridge or microwave. AC was not very effective and was loud, so disturbed sleep.
The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the second floor out door tables.
Room and hallways had a bad smell. Our window had a broken lock, but it was fixed promptly by the hotel.
Friendly staff. Laundromat available. Breakfast at Clark's Restaurant next door was included. You could pick 4 items from a special menu.
Little sway to the mattress.
Close to Bryce Canyon.
Not much to do around the area. Checkin is at 4pm, and they will not give you the room if you arrive 10 minutes before.
was on our travel route. price was reasonable. works for a one night sleep.
hotel is older, and dated. room lacked refridg.
The Staff were great
It was not cleaned properally. Smelt of smoke, which is very disturbing ! Also not good value for the price we had to pay. Like making own bed,& having to go to reception for clean towels etc.
We had a Nice Time at abvi and Would recommend it to Visitors of the Bryce Canyon !!!
Good breakfast in restaurant next door. Location was good for Bryce Canyon.
Average WiFi too slow
Unfriendly staff, smelly room, broken shower, dust everywhere! Didn't sleep at all, bed looked clean, but it felt as there were bed bugs or something. Don't stay here!!! We had to, because everything was already fully booked (6 months before our trip) and we saw the bad reviews. Thought that everything couldn't be that bad....but it was even worse!!
It was close enough to the Bryce Canyon
No fridge in room bed so squeaky every time I moved sleep quality poor staff did not seem to be happy just doing a poor job breakfast was ok at clarks but dinner was very ordinary and they had the hide to include this tip of 8 dollars approx in the bill even thoukgh service was poor by comparison to whAr we have been used to in other places we have stayed this trip in vncouver anchorage and various places from chicago to the Bryce Canyon
