Near the medical center
Chair upholstery worn down to the padding, bathroom door hanging and squeaking, lavatory faucet plugged, rusty water from the shower, elect. outlet exposed, (no cover), air conditioner had only one speed, and the air directional vanes were gone or broken.
Cold AC Shuttle driver
Half of the lights didn't work TV reception terrible Remote control didn't work Mold around light switches Sink drain was very slow Front counter person was rude Iron was stained Musty smelling room
Clam and secured place
The location was surrounded by stores & restaurants.
One the first day there I found two bed bugs. I got up the next morning& there were two more bed bugs under the comforter. I took a picture of the four bed bugs. I will not stay at this hotel again. I was not satisfied.
Quiet and relaxing. Away from the city's hustle and bustle.
A little far down town if your interested in major attractions (but still close to transport and activities).
convenient to the highway, restaurants, and hospitals.
hotel is in need of a major renovation, the rooms were not clean, people sitting outside on the parking lot drinking beer
As usual it was great. I like consistency and always know I will have no or few surprises as to problems.
They have a lot of trouble with their TV reception. They advertise a variety of channels. However, you only get 5. 2 local, 2 HBO, and ESPN. I have reported this is the past and it doesn't seem to be addressed.
Restroom too small
Overall, the room was clean. I like that the location of the place is very close to the bus stop and you can easily get anywhere you want. I also liked the fact that the Starbucks is right next to the hotel as well as CVS and Walgreens. They have a nice pool.
The hotel room was furnished with very old furniture. There was a bad smell in the room and I just couldn't stand the smell of it. The internet was horrible. I actually couldn't get on it. I waited for 20 minutes for the page to load, but it was unsuccessful, so I gave up using the internet in the room. The doors are not easily opened and closed. You really have to push hard to open and close the doors.
I like nothing!!!!!
Rooms were musty, bed had a screw in it which hurt my knee. When I walked into bathroom it smelled of urine and the floor was wet! Then the bathtub was full of someone else's dirt and grit!!!! Tried to get another room it smelled also!!!! We left and went down to Palace Inn which was clean, nice bathroom, &flat screen TV.
Pool was dirty. Breakfast had bagel with mold (staff was alerted and replaced others). Cockroach found on room.
Poor Wi-Fi to do business Poor TV service in room
Shuttle to medical center Shuttle driver in morning very friendly and helpful Very, very clean Bed comfortable Quiet
Room smelled extremely musty, had to leave the door open to slightly improve the odor. Furniture and bathroom, vanity very dated but very clean.
Quiet, old facility but very comfortable. Our room looked out on Pool but no one was there. Too cool for Pool which is not heated.. Bed was great. AC was quiet, Perfect location for us.
It is our home away from home. The staff treats us like family.
My room smelled just like dog and dog urine
Location. They have a real nice pool, it's the nicest thing there, but we were there in March for the Rodeo and didn't have a chance to enjoy it.
Room was dingy and smelled mildew. Needs updating, phone didn't work, WIFI didn't work. They lobby and breakfast area was stuffy and hot. Wouldn't dare eat breakfast there! Staff was not friendly, we tried joking around with them but they didn't seem like they were in the mood to be friendly. Would definitely not stay here again.
I liked that it was close to the Houston Methodist training center.
The door was difficult to open due to previous break in damage, there were what looked to be bloodstains in the carpet and a dead cockroach in the bathroom. The bathtub looked like it had fungus inside. And the walls were so thin I could hear every noise outside my door the entire night.
Since my diagnosis it has become our home away from home. When they see my reservation, and it says "non-smoking" because that's the only choice given by Booking.com. The staff changes it and even puts us in the same room.
Convenient ground transportation. Pharmacy nearby
Poor wifi signal
The place overall was clean and convenient.
The maintenance guy gave is the creeps. He kept staring at us and made our second night very uneasy. I kept waking up making sure the chain lock was secure. Every time we walked out from the room he was there. The bad part about was: he was doing maintenance the next room to ours. When we first saw him we made eye contact a greeted him. He did not greet us only grinned in an uneasy feeling and would not stop gawking.
Asked for towels and got them promptly.
Dirty/stained carpet tiles in bathroom all coming off bathtub in poor condition just yucky
Location, proximity to Reliant Stadium and restaurants
WiFi didn't work. The hotel is in serious need of renovation
Rooms are rundown with mold around bathtub. Bad smell in room
