Value, parking, privacy , and clean...good place to stay

Loud a/c and shower to small and I'm a normal size guy..

The front desk staff were very kind and responsive to our needs. We were in town for business an this was a great fit for both budget and location. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was a great benefit.

Having to pay to use the ice machine was inconvientient.

Ample space. Comfortable chair, desk, and lamp for reading or writing. Fridge of generous size. Microwave and Wi-fi, if I'd chosen to use them. Everything--TV, A/C, plumbing, etc.--worked perfectly. Parking at the door.

No bedside lamp.

It was clean and has a pool with outdoor sitting area. Price for a night was cheap.

The mattress was still wrapped in plastic so any body part touching the bed sweated. The mattress was rock hard. The bathroom light cannot be turned on without the very loud fan being turned on. The AC did not have just a low ON setting. turning on and off throughout the night woke us up. I had the worst sleep of my whole trip. Good thing It was only one night. We changed it from 3 and that was a good thing.

The rooms were spacious and very comfortable

Convenient,just a block away from light rail station and this takes you to the airport. Staff is very unobtrusive and helpful. Decor not up to scratch, but who is planning to stay indoors? Bathroom just standard. Kitchenette small,dysfunctional. Television a bit old.

Difficult to access WiFi. Area around pool sparse desert like. A.C. somewhat noisy.

Freight trains klaxons sounding the whole night.

The front desk person Andrew was a sweetheart, the room clean and well appointed. Nothing wasteful and those ironed sheets. The location could be better but then the rates would be higher.

The construction but that was of no fault of the hotel.

Clean,comfortable, simple accommodations with very friendly, warm and helpful staff. It is a great place to stay when on a budget and not wanting a lot of "frills".

sparse accodations

Great greeting upon arrival and friendly chit chat with desk clerk. We got in late and so the desk clerk allowed us to park in the "office only" spot which was just downstairs from our room. Clean and larger than expected accomodations...we woke with sunlight streaming in from the south facing window (the windows on the back side of the bldging and the blinds could have been shut if we didnt want to be waken).

was a little concerned when we drove in, but were quickly relieved once in room. the staff go above and beyond for all requests. absolutly no complaints. would recommend to any one looking for a dimond in the rough bargain.

The staff were very friendly and the grounds were kept up nicely. Also, the rooms appeared to be recently updated and nicely decorated.

Very dirty floors and/or carpet! Our feet were black from walking on the floor so we had to wear shoes in our room. Looking at the door, we discovered there was a gap so dirt may have blown in from the outside or they never washed their carpet/floors.

Very friendly upon checkin. Room was better than I expected for the price. Looks like it was recently remodeled. Would definitely stay again if need arises.

The staff was very friendly and accamadating even before I arrived. I called the day before to make a special request regarding my stay, and the manager was very friendly over the phone. When I arrived, my room was ready and for the price, was really very nice. Even free Wi-fi. If I ever am in Mesa, Arizona again, I will stay there for certain.

Very inexpensive, served our purpose. We went to Spring Training, so we just wanted a low price room to stay with a fridge and microwave, and this worked. The room and grounds were very clean, though not new or upscale. Flat screen TV had good selection of stations.

My wife thought it was a little noisy, street noise that is, but we had no trouble sleeping. We did not hear any noise from other guests. Charged 25 cents for ice from the ice machine. I would stay here again, my wife, probably not, but more by location to the stadiums we had to drive to.

it was nice, had two rooms to allow for privacy and had a refrigerator, stove and oven-very good value!

the cleanliness left a little to be desired, but for the price it was very good

الخدمه والمعامله سيئة جداً غرفة الاستقبال دائماً مغلق فمثلا اذا اردت شي من موظف الاستقبال هناك جرس لكي يخرج لك ٨٠٪ لا يرد عليك لان هناك زجاج عاكس في بعض الاحيان لا يفتح الا اذا كنت نزيل جديد خدمة التنظيف سيئة جداً غبار في كل مكان فقط تبدل المراتب وتغسل الحمام
