This is an older, outdated hotel. Do not expect more than a bed and a hot shower.
Best Price in town. No frills but free wifi and cable TV. Good place to sleep.

The worst part was the shower. No water pressure - very little hot water.
I enjoyed visiting my son for Mom's weekend and we were late booking a room. Will plan ahead better next time!

It is a bit rundown. The rooms are long overdue for a remodel. The 1972 panneling needs to go. There was a small refridgerator on a table with a microwave oven sitting on top plugged into an orange extension cord that went accross the bottom of the wall to the outlet .
It was clean.

Staff was a little difficult to understand, not sure if they understood English. Had problems with changes, refund and new charges. (took long time to resolve) Found some rubbish in room, including condom wrapper.
Location was good. Nice size room. Had microwave and frig. We got connecting rooms, convenient with kids. Laundromat close by.

No dislikes - Basic accommodations
Everything in the room was the way it should be. I was looking for a clean room with a good bed in order to get a good night's sleep before a very early departure for my activity on Saturday. The hot shower actually had water pressure, the A/C worked well and controlled the temperature to a narrow band (unlike my last 2 stays in 2 different rooms in another motel midway between Pullman and Moscow where both times, the A/C was broken). No breakfast at America Travel Inn (coffee however), but for the price savings over the other motel I used to stay at with breakfast, I could have fed a whole family. Small refrigerator, microwave, iron and flatscreen TV with basic cable. I'll stay at America Travel Inn again.

I didn't have any problems.
I liked the bed and the ease of getting checked in and out.

Parking spaces were small.
Good value and right next to the Old European restaurant which was great for breakfast.

Room heater was loud Bed wasn't very comfortable
Room looked and smelled clean Plenty of hot water and pressure in shower Pillows on bed were nice

It was quiet, clean, and well-priced.

While we were leaving the staff accused us of smoking in the rooms. Our non smoking room also had cigarette burns throughout the room. also cleanliness was a bit lacking.
It was right next to an old European restaurant.

The heating unit was very noisy and disturbing during the night.

The TV had a very poor quality picture. The remote control did not work well.
The location was very convenient.

The whole room is older and needs an update. This I'm totally fine with I didn't expect glamorous and it's just a room. But it was so dirty! The deep cleaning is missing. Essentials like the phone, remote, and ice box are dirty with brown in all corners, something that is so simple to wipe down. Again still something I can handle but I do require a clean bed. The bed was not clean. I removed the comforter from the start...we all know they never get washed. The sheets appeared clean but the blanket had a large spot caked with food. I'm talking like 4x5inches of crusty food that could be scraped off, not a stain. As if that wasn't enough when we called to complain we were told no problem we will replace it tomorrow. We had to argue for a new set of blankets and sheets and never once received an apology. She at one point tried to move us into a "non-smoking" room which clearly was not but continued to lie that it was. We know what endless cigarettes smell like. Then it was back to the old dirty room, we finally received new linen but she left the dirty blankets on the floor in our room. Again no apology or offer to refund us any money for our trouble. The other small things were the cable went in and out and the wifi was slower than using my cell without it. Small things in comparison to the bed. I would not recommend staying here and we will not again.
The location was the only good thing about this place. We came for wsu graduation and it was very convenient. Also the Old European next door had amazing breakfast with awesome customer service!

Not a bad motel, but they let some hunter with a pcak of hunting dogs stay in the room directly overhead. Really? They came in after midnight both nights and left at 4:30 am or so. The sounds of dogs scrambling on the floor and up and down the stairs made sleep impossible. NEVER put dogs on the upper floor!!!!

The beds are dirty and uncomfortable
October 21, 2014
no coffee maker, the room was badly in need of upgrading: grout/paint in bathroom very messy and old. door locks seemed flimsy, and there was a bottlecap on the floor from a previous guest, so how well was it "cleaned"? Stain on one pillow...other two looked clean I guess. Just overall grungy looking. I paid half as much for a MUCH nicer hotel room in Reno last weekend, so this was really a let-down.
there was a microwave and small fridge, and the wifi worked pretty well, but....

Worst hotel we stayed at while travelling, but most expensive.
