Americana Inn  

This location is one of the best. Only a few blocks from time square and most things to do in NYC. The beds were extremely comfortable and sharing the bathrooms was not a problem. They have about 5 bathrooms on each floor. The hotel was very clean. The staff was helpfull with information and directions. I would stay there again if I get to return to NYC.

The staff. They were wonderful.

The room was tiny. Compared to other Hotels we've stayed in before (same area), the room was a great disappointment. The windows are not isolated and it was just as loud as we were sleeping outside on the street! Horrible!!! We won't book this hotel again.

I like how they arranged the rooms, though it's small, I still enjoyed and felt comfortable with my stay. The staff are very friendly and they're very helpful especially when I didn't have any place to leave my stuff. I'd like to go back and stay here again.

The room I got was much bigger than expected, especially after having read some ome reviews. The room was freshly pained and very clean and the high ceilings does not make it feel small at all. Bathroom was also very clean. The washbasin in room was wonderful.

There was no hairdryer nor an iron.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was very close walking distance to central park for race day. A very nice stay for the price!

Everything was fairly clean. Even the shared toilets were clean. It is not a toilet to share while you are having a shower for example. there are a lot of toilets per floor so you will always have at least one to use at any time. There were no queues at all to use them.

The room was rather small. The elevator makes you stop on the lobby (which is on the second floor). This is not practical at all since you have to press again Low Level and wait longer (is reaaaaally slow).

Great location and clemente room. Although I had to share the bathroom, it was always clean and available. Definitely going back next time.

Cheap, in the middle of New York.

Not clean unfortunately (under the bed, in relatively tough places of the room).

Because the location of the hotel close to every major place.

The best thing about it was the wonderful location! It was also clean and had everything we needed at a very reasonable price.

The location is near all the shops in the fashion district and is easy to locate.

There are no potters to help with luggage. And there was not enough storage room for my suitcases.

Clean, decor fairly new.

Rooms do not have en-suite bathroom, though there are plenty of bathrooms on each floor. Room is very basic: no bedside light switch, for instance, and no chair. No sound-deadening in corridors; all sounds echo around the whole floor.
