Our first room had no heat, the phone did not work in either room, the odor in the lobby was very unpleasant, the bathroom was moldy, the room was unclean.
The whole inside of the room
There was rats on the stairs. And it looked like a camera in the ceiling in the bathroom
How run diwn it was and the people staying there were workers who stand and partied outside my door all night. This motel should not even warrant one star
The location was nice
walking by the nicer hotels because i was on a budget. Shame on me.
nothing! This was worst hotel ever! Ruin the whole weekend! Pictures on web site made the place look nice!
Dirty hotel, rusted refrig, bad beds, sheets and no mattress pad! Feel springs in bed! Dust everywhere, old TV, bad reception! Hair in shower and bugs! Breakfast only weak coffee an OJ, and a muffin! Paid 152.50 a night, not worth 29.50 a night!
we enjoyed every bit of our stay in the hospitality of the employees
I cannot think of anything I didn't like because everything worked out perfect
Location...and receptionist....she was nice.
Dirty and rusty on the walls floor nasty...!!
clean linens a/c & heat worked well
towels like sand paper, breakfast horrible, walls in room dirty and stained, door didn't close, seal or deadbolt, refrigerator frozen over overall very POOR MAINTENANCE
The room was in poor disarray. Holes in the bedspread and blood on the shower curtain. It was very out dated for the price we paid for the room.
Used condom on floor next to night stand, mattresses felt like they were well past their prime. Floor was dirty. It was not vaccumed. The privacy door latch was broken, so if anyone broke in they would be able to get inside the room. The bathroom had used soap the maid neglected to pick up. This hotel is of last resort. When there is absolutely nothing else. Even then. I think a park bench would be better.
I liked the fairly close to the Cruise ships. and that the male manager/owner??? let us park in front of hotel for a week.
female staff was rude and too busy , using computer/internet... I am sure talking to her FB / Twitter... friends. and her attitude was that we interrupted her time..... For the price,, the room was dirty. and the washer was outside and the lobby was dirty... and it said we would have a breakfast.. there was NO coffee or juice when we went around front. and the breakfast was a joke.. all there was ,, was 3inch cinnamon rolls. wrapped in package. was not worth the effort. COULD Not get on the internet even when I went to the office to log on. Even with the evening desk clerk watching me. He stated he could get it on his phone. and the computer in the Lobby did not work.
The hotel room was very dirty. You could see months of dust and dirt in the corners of the room. The carpets had tears in it and the curtains were screwed and tacked to the wall without a rod so they could not be opened. When we got to the room we called down to the front desk to tel them the toilet would not flush. They send a maintence guy up who said he told management that it was broken and then proceeded to show me how to fix it so I wouldn't have to keep calling when it came back apart. I would never stay there again and would rate it less than 1 star.
Cost but even then, I'm not sure we actually got what we paid for
Lobby was closed at 8:30 despite sign saying it was open until 10:00; we could not hear what the clerk was saying through the window and juggling the things we needed to fill out was a pain. Fridge did not work and replacement had a broken door. Towels were scarce and flimsy and no bath mat one day. Breakfast was so skimpy as to not be worth mentioning. Regular coffee only, no decaf or tea; tiny pastries and muffins.
The price was good, and the staff (one man) was nice. Plenty of parking space (that was a plus). A tab bit noisy but it didn't seem to bother us much. The A/C was amazing.
The $5.00 key charge (maybe it's just me), no vending machines. You have to buy your drink from the clerk ($1.00 for a can of Coke). The room overall needs upgrading and more cleaning. The Wi-Fi sucked, couldn't get on the internet none.
I would not recomend this motel to anyone. The rooms had a foul smell, they were very dirty, the towels were dirty, the appliances were rusty and there were roaches in the room. Will not ever stay there again.
Good price, clean room
Refrigerator didn't work
First room had broken wall mirror, toilet seat. Second room had broken marble vanity. Neighbors cooking in rooms with electric skillet. Work clothes hanging out to dry on walkway railing. $5 key deposit. $20 late checkout, which they requested in cash(off of the books?)
Staff was friendly.. Room was large.
Needs an update. Bedspreads were stained and had holes. R efridgerator did not work. Ice dispenser was filthy.
Staff was fairly nice
Rooms were dirty, rooms smelled bad, mini fridg did not work, stains on furniture
The only thing that we liked was that it was close to the seawall.
When we first opened up the door, the room smelled like mildew from the air conditioner. The walls were filthy, and the carpet was ripped. The toilet leaked water all over the bathroom floor, the tv barely worked and the reception was bad. All for the reasonable price of $103.00.
This looks like a very old motel run by an Indian couple. The facility is very bad, and the main reason we choose this place was that they said they had breakfast buffet in the description, but that was totally a lie. I wouldn't even call it continental. It was too bad to eat. Don't ever go there if you can.
This place is in need of a major facelift and gutting. There is rust and outdated amenities and facilities. The breakfast isn't appetizing and we were in a disbelief. Anyway just don't stay here. They should demolish this building and rebuild it.
location and price
no internet worn exterior and interior "breakfast buffet"
