A free 24-hour shuttle to Salt Lake City International Airport, just a 5-minute drive away, is featured at this hotel. Free Wi-Fi is included. A made-to-order breakfast is provided for up to 2 guests....
Score from 584 reviews Good
It was very cleen and close to everything.
For the most part, the staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating.
There was no lock on the door other than they key entry lock, I did not feel as secure. The walls have dirty, dark patches. Clearly even wiping the light switches is not part of the cleaning routine on even a monthly basis. Top sheets are not provided for the beds! The heater blew stinky air and made annoying noise.
Old dirty and no towels except bath towels...never again.
Best value hotel I've ever stayed at. Nice rooms, very clean. Great wifi and the continental breakfast was actually really good. Nothing fancy of course but for those of us on a budget it's a great option.
Price per night was good especially since I had to be here for multiple nights.
The room did not look as nice and new as the pictures shown. The breakfast was free but i would recommend just going elsewhere to eat. Bathroom was NOTHING like the picture, Furniture was worn/busted, mattress was the cheapest you could get, outdated tv, the (artwork) had additional "streek art" added by a previous resident. Notice I said resident and not guest because it seemed to be that the neighbors all knew each other as if they've been living there for some time. During the day it was quiet, but as soon as the sun started to set it started to get noisy. Either people yelling or just plain being loud outside running back and forth between rooms constantly knocking on the doors to be let back in. Came back to the room one evening to see the cops had shown up to a room and had a guy in handcuffs, then a few days later woke up to find 3 cop cars down in the parking lot for some reason. I didn't even fee safe leaving my truck parked out there for the fear someone would try to break in. Would not bring my family or child here. If you read any of these comments and they say how great this place is then most likely it's the staff just trying to raise the score to look good. Won't be coming back here again, I'd rather pay more next time for somewhere nicer/more secure.
The location is good if you want to be close to downtown salt lake but not pay the high prices of downtown hotels.
I was only there one evening, cutting my stay short by 2 nights because it seemed like there were guests who were more like permanent residents smoking on the balcony and letting their kids run amuck. The room was shabby and dirty...even found a hair in the tub!
If we did not dropped something under the bed, probably we will never find out about the used condoms lurking beneath and that was a total turn off!
Awful spray smell, stainy carpet, breakfast area a mess with very sticky floor, during night time very noisy from right, left, above and outside.
Close to downtown by car. Family friendly kids under 18 are free. Non smoking rooms are much cleaner and nicer .
Not enough towels for number of people. Pool was disgustingly green with thick algae growing on top. Front desk/customer service almost non-existing, either they don't answer the phone or hang up on you. With more attentive staff it could be a great place. Too many weekly renters, scary for children.
Price, location close to downtown and to freeway, clean, friendly staff
Area around motel is kind of seedy, we had no problems but it looks like a poor part of town. Breakfast lacks variety and foods with protein, only carbs.
Even the cab drivers encouraged us to get to a different hotel. Gang activity and lots of drug use going on around the place. Cops make regular passes through the parking lot looking for things going on. Not at all safe.
Very comfortable bed for the value of the room
The room wasn't in the greatest shape...a lil wear in areas...but clean
Nice tv and great shower
A little dirty and thin walls
Too loud, refrigerator iced everything, really wasn't happy from previous reviews stating it was better.
The cleaning staff and front desk staff were nice. The room was in need of repair, missing towel bar, no bedside lamps, not all overhead light worked. The place had bad marks on the wall.
It is a filthy, dangerous place, filled with the dregs of society. You should be ashamed to be associated with this dump! It was a threatening atmosphere, where the stairwells reeked of urine. The beds didn't even have bedspreads on them. Drug addicts and criminals lurked outside our doors, making us virtual prisoners in our rooms. I want my money back! You owe me a complete refund, and you should never ever recommend that pig sty to anyone. To think i put my elderly mother in such a compromising position. I demand a refund!!.
The rooms are dirty, the furniture is falling apart, the AC rumbles all night long and the pool was green
Location, kitchen, staff.
Noisy, smell in the room, furniture.
I checked out one day early.
Called front desk three times no one to take calls. The last time my wife walk down to the office the man was there just BSING with another man. On the way back to the room a older man asked if she would like a coke. I have two dogs that I paid $80 for their week stay. The first night I was out walking my dogs a man ask if I had payed for my dogs to be there.I told him my room number and said check it yourself. At that same time there was three boy walking around the parked cars and he walked right by them without saying a thing. The walls in the the room was dirty and the wall in the shower was falling off. When I booked a room with king bed and got two queens also I walk with a cane and was put on the second floors. The food in the morning had no choice. My name is David
be cheap and at the same time very good. A Very good inn
When we first got there we had ordered three room two were ready one was not. So after a little bit he changed the room for us. This was great.
The shower made a high pitch scream and you woke up really fast.
Everything was cleaned with pine sol ! It was very overwhelming and gave me a headache right away
When they have us a cleaner, better room. The staff was very friendly
The first room they gave us was filthy: dirty ruffles on the beds, smelled like severe cigarette smoke, old toilet with dirty shower curtain and dirty carpet. Breakfast was a joke!! I complained and was given another room the next morning
The WiFi is free, its log-on and pin are given without a request being necessary..., but then it works so slowly and poorly that I eventually gave up. Whatever other features of this low-budget are good, the WiFi is so poor that I will never return. P.S.: Also, the free breakfast is minimal, very little choice.
Close to the city center
Microwave not working, hard dryer neither...
