The clerk on duty was very personable and was helpful on information of area amenities. As is usually the case with higher class establishments I did not feel I was interrupting her day by being there and asking for information. This is not normally a chain we would stay in but needed something in the area that was pet friendly and it met our needs. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Am rethinking poking for Red Roof for an upcoming trip in another area.
Should have continental breakfast
Beds weren't made properly, dirty bathroom, and roaches!!!
Great location just off a major route and interstate. Friendly staff.
The door would not seal to our room. You could see daylight all around it. House keeping check card was dirty.
The staffs were very helpful
We opted for a non-smoking room, but still we had some cigarette smell in our room.
The staff were friendly & courteous. After staying in 11 hotels over the last two weeks, this was a big deal to us! The room was clean & comfortable, wifi was very efficient. The location was excellent & you have the option of room service meals. 10/10 for this hotel.
No complaints at all!
When coming back from.dinner a police officer appeared to be breaking down the door of room above mine and a message constantly came across the tv saying the bill hasn't been paid and front desk attendant said that it happens constantly. Air conditioning was not properly working and hotel seemed very unsafe
On the web site it stated free breakfast, microwave and refrigerator. None was available. Clerk stated that I should have gone to the specific Bloomington web site.
Clean, quick to fix a problem. very quiet.
No water pressure, restroom did not flush correctly.
The carpeting was filthy, daylight came around the entry door. I didn't feel safe.
I wish they had a microwave in the room. Also a fridge & a clock.
Bed was Not the most comfortable
Very outdated and worn property in bad part of town.
Room was dirty, blood splatter on the wall, toilet did not work.
The price was right for the evening. Location was good. We were able to check in early.
Parking lot was not plowed. The heater kept going on and off every three minutes. Very outdated carpet and comforter.
staff was able to give directions from the inn to the airport.
It was near all major transportation and businesses
The bathrooms were small. The commodes were designed for children to sit on comfortably. There was no inside lock in the bathroom door. As a family we wanted two adjoining rooms without having to step outside to get to the other.
It was convienent for visiting my son at the local university.
Bathroom facilities were very small and old...worn out.
The staff was courteous and helpful
The carpet in the room was very dirty, the mattress was not very comfortable. About 2am the room next to ours suddenly came alive with the sound of loud laughter and what sounded like furniture being moved around to put it mildly. I waited for about 30 minutes and when the noise did not calm down I called the front desk. The attendant called the police and I think there were 4 who showed up a short time later. They stood outside the door and laughed with the people inside and left a short time later with the sign-off "have a good night". This did not stop the noise which went on for another 1 1/2 hours or so. I cannot say for certain but I am pretty sure that the police showed up again with the same results. When we checked out the next morning there was a different person at the desk and when I told him about what happened during the night he very graciously refunded part of our money even tho I kept assuring him I did not expect him to do so. He said it was the custom of the police to check twice after a complaint had been made but that this rarely resulted in a disturbance of the piece charge against the occupants. I told the attendant that he should probably check the room(s) out to make sure nothing was damaged since it sounded like a cyclone was taking place. I realize that the attendant on duty most likely could do nothing more than notify the police which she did so I don't feel it was her fault that the noise continued.
