I liked the location and the price.
It was loud and not the pillow case had makeup on it..
clerk when checking in
Location was alright. Close to I-40
Complimentary breakfast wasn't available when we stayed. There were only 2 bath towels furnished. Bathtub was horrible!! It squeaked so bad that I thought we would fall through the floor into the room below. Coffee maker in room was broken!! Just to name a few things.

I didn't like anything
prostitutes in the parking lot scary noises for my kids afraid to walk on the dirty floor
Hard beds. Like, really hard. No trash can. Was labelled as a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke.
Price very good and cleanlyness was above average
Entrance to hotel was hard to locate.
Close to where we needed to be
When we arrived the office was closed because the owner had to run an errand, I don't believe there's any other office staff Pillows were paper thin Air conditioners run off a sensor, if nobody is in the room it shuts off and take 5 minutes once you reenter the room to turn on. It's NM, summer, IT IS HOT!!!!! Continental breakfast consisted of a gallon of milk, a couple bins with cereal and a box of honey buns Towels were barely larger than an average hand towel Blowdryer had one setting, on .... if it was plugged it in was on, the off setting didn't work and it wouldn't stay in it's holder on the wall The pool and spa were both out of commission even though they have it advertised on their signage
Clean room and nice television programs. Easy to get to the airport via a rental car from this location. Found a nice restaurant for my late night snack nearby. Staff guy at the desk was helpful when I first called because I couldn't find the Inn.
Website should give more details on how to find the Best Value Inn when you first are driving into the city. Had to park and call the desk to ask them how to find it, but he was helpful and I wasn't that far away.
Nothing, the place was horrible.
About everything, we had to leave after a couple of hours because of how bad it was.
Nice and pleasant stay, facility as promised.
Wish they could provide more breakfast. Pillows can be changed to be better
Convenience of Location Accommodating Staff This is 1 of 3 America's Best Value Inns I stayed at on my trip from TN to CA. The motel is just about the first thing you see as you're coming off the exit. It was convenient to IHOP and other restaurants as well as Sam's Club (for gas) and several Churches of Christ (My visit was Sat night/Sun morning). When I addressed my Wi-Fi concerns, the manager offered to move me to another room, but I declined due to the parking situation.
Poor Wi-Fi Parking & Neighborhood "Balcony" Reservation & Check In Single serve coffeemaker Outlet didn't work "Breakfast" This was the worst of the 3 America's Best Value Inns I stayed at. My reservation was for a room with a balcony and a view, but their "balcony" is the 2nd floor walkway used to access the rooms. My reservation was ignored and I was given a 1st floor room, which I actually preferred because I wanted to keep my vehicle in close view. The neighborhood looked suspicious at best. The only parking spots available were marked handicapped, but the manager gave me the ok to use one of those spots as I was given a handicapped accessible room. There are two Wi-Fi access points; one was so weak I couldn't connect to it, the other wouldn't stay connected three feet past the entry into my room. I thought the microwave wasn't working at first, but found that the outlet was dead and moved it across the room. The coffeemaker was single serve, but at least there was a coffeemaker. Breakfast was cereal and bread, nothing I could have on a low-carb regimen; what a joke.
price was good, the room was decent and clean.
room smelled like aftershave or cologne or something, maybe it was air freshener. their were "residents" living there and the neighborhood wasn't that great.
Staff was nice.
Not a nice neighborhood. Toilet didn't work in the morning. Kind of shabby.
Price, plenty of television channels, quiet! (kind of surprising, stayed on a Friday night), good water pressure in the shower, bed was decently comfortable
Agreed. You get what you pay for. If I was traveling alone and wanted an inexpensive motel with no frills, this place would be fine. However, my wife and daughter were with me and although we weren't expecting much, we did look forward to using the swimming pool but it was closed for maintenance. Motel advertises complementary breakfast, but don't be fooled here. Again, with such a cheap rate I didn't expect much, but they only had 2 kinds of cereal and Honeybuns with Tang offered as a juice option. Place is OK for a night and for a single person, otherwise pay a little more and stay somewhere else.
Interior of the room was clean and presentable. Easy to find location right off of the I-40. Despite being close to the freeway, it was a relatively quiet neighborhood and definitely not noisy. The price was terrific.
The entrance door was filthy. The bathroom was lacking in towels upon arrival which was the error of room service-- which was quickly corrected. The bathroom was also lacking in counter space which is the fault of the architect. I have never seen a place lacking in space for toiletries. The king size bed had a queen size mattress pad. The breakfast barely qualifies as one-- unless you like prepackaged honey buns and Tang.
the room was spacious and cozy
wi-fi not working at all pool was closed the receptionist wasn't very cooperative breakfast was very small, 2 types of cereal and a juice
Very little to like about this place...
Room was not very clean, beds were hard and with well worn non fitted sheets, old bedspreads... Two light bulbs were out and one light switch broken... TV was old and not flat screen. A lot of noise from groups hanging out beyond the parking lot... Office staff was not very personable or professional. Continental breakfast was a joke...barely edible junk food. I would not recommend this motel to anyone, except as an alternative to being homeless for a night...!
Comfortable, clean and good location.
Breakfast is poor.
location, price were good
the bed was uncomfortable, short on toiletries, ran out on breakfast when we got there.
breakfast was poor, room could be cleaner, wifi was poor, television reception was horrible, pillows were horrible
The room was big, and we could park right outside. It was cheap, and we got a small extra discount because the pool was closed - (but we have definitely stayed in MUCH better for cheaper.)
The towels were dirty. Spiders in room. Dusty. Stains on bed cover and chair. Breakfast was terrible - stale cereal, cold coffee and one old pastry... Chipped polystyrene cups for coffee in room. Toilet flush didn't work properly. Pool was closed.
Pool was dirty n was too cold for indoor pool...bathrooms are dirty n rooms
Staff were helpful and efficient. We needed extra towels and pillows, which were supplied immediately.
Took a while to access the room due to an issue with keys. Wifi was very inconsistent. Location about 10 miles from Central Av, not ideal if getting a taxi.
