Shower. Lots of water,
It was old and not kept up and in a bad location. Breakfast was a banana and cereal and a honey bun. Clerk was in a cage.
Nothing, everything bad. Three stars?! That's a joke. Not even one.
close to freeway
The walls, shower curtain, door handles have never been washed, all of them are covered in filth! Snot residue all over pictures and walls! Toilet had pee on the seat!!!!! Do not stay at this hotel!!! In addition I did not feel safe there with my young daughter. There were people who normally live in their car staying there and using one room to shower and do drugs for the night!
Tape leaking, tub squeaky, one set of bathtowels for 2 guests.door latch broken. Room smelled like someone had just smoked yet we requested non smoke.called desk and told that's non smoking room. Breakfast not as advertised. PPathetic.
Location was convenient but hard to get into.
Low price. Friendly staff Easy check-in Close to the highway Has a pool
Sign/bldg was a little hard to find behind another building. Tight quarters Could use a little updating but not too bad
Liked that the room was very clean and smelt fresh.
That pool and sauna wasn't working.
Near I 40
Not what expected. Beds uncomfortable, pillows like rocks, had to ask for towels, no coffee for the pot, bad part of town, lots of night noise, arguing, load cars and motorcycles driving around,
Price; good A/C
Not a good value for the money; very small room; old TV; not a very good breakfast; not very clean
I did like the idea of a pool, inside too, which from what I could see looked fine. But for some reason the pool was closed, that was disappointing.
The noise, cars on the street, cars on the highway. Cars in the parking areas. People who had no respect and talked loud passing by our room late at night. Every time water was being used, the pipes made very loud noises. Finally, the language barrier at the front desk. Though the people who worked there tried real hard to bridge that certain barrier. Their accents were nearly too hard to understand. I will not be doing back, at all. Ms. Judi tracy golden valley. Az
the location was fine, decent area and close to amenities. Parking seemed limited but we never seemed to have an issue finding a spot.
"breakfast" was empty boxes of honey rolls all three mornings and the same uncovered bowls of cereal that sat out all day, by the time I went in for coffee at 6:30am the employees that were sitting in the lobby informed me it was gone, as they had finished it off. They also informed us that to have a coffee pot in the room would cost me $10.00 a day. when I asked about the pool being under construction ( saw it was full of water but had a sign saying it was closed for repairs ) I was told that they have had it closed so long that the staff did not remember it being open, and that it is in fact the spa that needs repairs but is easier to keep the whole area closed.
I liked the location and the price.
It was loud and not the pillow case had makeup on it..
My confirmation email stated the total would be $38.47 My credit card was actually charged $40.62
clerk when checking in
Location was alright. Close to I-40
Complimentary breakfast wasn't available when we stayed. There were only 2 bath towels furnished. Bathtub was horrible!! It squeaked so bad that I thought we would fall through the floor into the room below. Coffee maker in room was broken!! Just to name a few things.

I didn't like anything
prostitutes in the parking lot scary noises for my kids afraid to walk on the dirty floor
Hard beds. Like, really hard. No trash can. Was labelled as a non-smoking room, but smelled of smoke.
Price very good and cleanlyness was above average
Entrance to hotel was hard to locate.
Close to where we needed to be
When we arrived the office was closed because the owner had to run an errand, I don't believe there's any other office staff Pillows were paper thin Air conditioners run off a sensor, if nobody is in the room it shuts off and take 5 minutes once you reenter the room to turn on. It's NM, summer, IT IS HOT!!!!! Continental breakfast consisted of a gallon of milk, a couple bins with cereal and a box of honey buns Towels were barely larger than an average hand towel Blowdryer had one setting, on .... if it was plugged it in was on, the off setting didn't work and it wouldn't stay in it's holder on the wall The pool and spa were both out of commission even though they have it advertised on their signage
Clean room and nice television programs. Easy to get to the airport via a rental car from this location. Found a nice restaurant for my late night snack nearby. Staff guy at the desk was helpful when I first called because I couldn't find the Inn.
Website should give more details on how to find the Best Value Inn when you first are driving into the city. Had to park and call the desk to ask them how to find it, but he was helpful and I wasn't that far away.
Nothing, the place was horrible.
About everything, we had to leave after a couple of hours because of how bad it was.
Nice and pleasant stay, facility as promised.
Wish they could provide more breakfast. Pillows can be changed to be better
