Staff was pleasant, very nice people. Bed was very comfortable, heat was great.

Arrived in the evening-went to take a shower and water never got more than luke warm-never even used the cold water. Not pleasant. Hair drying in bath went out after less than 1 minute of use. Tried it again later and it lasted about 15 seconds.

Everything....knock that mold infested place down asap!

Bed was broken, and could not sleep well. No microwave or refrigerator for customers. Room was ok, not very spacious.

The Price

The location was convenient for our trip, Aug. 16, 2012, being near the Interstate, but all else needs to be updated, carpets, pictures, windows - one can hear all traffic and train traffic all hours of the night. Since there is major road construction going on all around the hotel, maybe some renovating will take place also and make it a non smoking Hotel, since no one seem to abide by the signs posted :( The restaurant in the hotel is quiet nice, with very accommodating staff, even at the hour we pulled in, serving up very comforting food.

The price was decent and I was able to bring my dogs.

The staff was not that friendly. Especially the lady at the desk the morning we checked out. Also there were guests laying all over the couches in the lobby. Everyday something was broken. Either an elevator or an ice machine. The shower did not fully turn to shower and was slow emptying out through the tub. But my main complaint was the morning lady who was there when we checked out. She was not one bit friendly. The other staff were fair but this woman barely acknowledged you when I was standing there.

The staff were friendly and helpful with directions and dinner suggestions.

The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke so badly and it was a hallway that had non-smoking rooms. Our room didn't smell too terrible of smoke, but it was very musty smelling. The shower barely worked, most of the water still came out of the faucet instead of the shower head. We paid much less in other areas for better facilities. It was near train tracks that were very loud.

the price is reasonable, rooms were clean, allow pets, closely located to highway, eateries and shopping.

the restaurant in the hotel is very limited, they do no have many of the items offered on the menue when requested and only allow you to purchase the breakfast buffet on Sundays not from the menu. The buffet was also very limited and had few food choices and were not very warm. I would suggest going elsewhere to eat especially if with kids, could get pricey.
