Quiet yet still close to places to eat
A little pricey but overall okay
family suite was an ample space; air conditioning worked well; tv worked well; pool was small, but nice; hot water was plentiful; a little jaunt walking to the park, but if you were a good walker, you didn't have to pay for parking at the park; microwave and fridge were very handy, but could use updating.
wi-fi was hard to connect to if you could connect at all; rooms needed MAJOR updating--furniture in rooms was very beat up; very bare-bones in furnishings and not much storage in bathroom or separate bedroom; upholstered chairs were filthy; "continental breakfast" was hardly breakfast--muffin and apple--that's all; some overhead lights didn't work at all; two of the three beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
Everything plan to come back
It was perfect
Flat screen TV and good cable. Hard wood floors. Good air conditioning. Nice new microwave and fridge. Great water pressure. Coffee, hair dryer. Nice, knowledgable front desk staff. RIGHT IN FRONT OF the ART bus stop for Disneyland! And they can put bus tickets on your room(super convenient, no all motel/hotels offer this). Pool was clean. 15-20 min walk to Disneyland. We drank at Trader Sam's enchanted tiki bar and then walked home late at night no problem. No trouble parking in late AUG. Overall we would stay here again.
No alarm clock in the room. Bed was FIRM . I like that buy my wife did not sleep well. WiFi was in and out but I think that was an ISP issue not the hotel.
There were lice in the blankets that our children caught. The plumbing was unbelievably poor. It was a filthy room from the moment we stepped in. Wifi did not work either.
About a 15 minute walk to Disneyland but art bus has a stop right in front of the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean, quiet, good wifi, microwave, and room frig. We walked to the park in the morning but took the bus back at night. Will be a place we will consider staying again.
Had king size room: spacious, price was good being so near Disneyland, bed big enough for 2 people, easy check in/out, room was okay all around.
The bathroom light to low (missing 1 light bulb), they opened up window curtains so anyone could look in and see anything I had out, speediness of housekeeping, don't expect much of the breakfast : donut/ coffee or juice.
The A/C didnt work and also there wasnt water runming
The location. It was just a 5 minute drive to Disneyland parks and downtown Disney.
The room was fine. The sheets however, had suspicious stains. We slept on the cleaner bed. There were no hand towels, only the large towels and no laundry bags. The man at the front desk didn't seem to know what he was doing.
The pool was the only ok thing but honestly it too looked much nicer and bigger in the picture.
1. They charged my credit card extra tax fees or a higher price. I read it all the way thru online before I booked the room too double check any additional fees-there were none..and it gave me a grand total that would be charged to my card. When I was charged it came to $27 more then the agreed price online. 2. Online it said a short 10min walk to Disneyland...I have 2 small children and a big double stroller along with our diaper bag and other bags...It not only took 25min to walk there but we had to walk on a over pass on a freeway that cars were getting on and off and the side walk was small & it was up a huge hill. Having kids I went back to the room 2X to change and for lunch...and left Disneyland when it was dark, scary on a overpass with kids. The next day I.had planned on staying another night somewhere but my calves from the walk were killing me from pushing that heavy stroller back and forth up hill. It was awfull and not true. I cant take a bus with a huge stroller and 2kids and bags its impossible. I needed a hotel close to Disneyland to walk. We have passes so I stay at many hotels down here-always book online and never had it mislead so badly. The hotel manager said to me it will take longer then what they said online sorry. 3. The directions it navigated me to... that I recieved from your site was incorrect, it took me around the block to a street it was not on. The hotel is right behind Starbucks right as it tells you to make a U-turns its to your right not on Palm.or what ever that st said all it did what direct us to drive 1.5miles in a circle back to where we started. I was confused 30min with eager kids and so I finally called the hotel.
The staff were warm, welcoming and very accommodating. As we were heading to Disney Land that day we needed somewhere to store our luggage ahead of our check in time. This was no problem! Easy 15 minute walk to Disney too.
Air condition is very old.second night was not worked. And when I complained tecnition behavior is very badly.
The closeness to Disney. I booked because of review. Very misleading. I would never ever go back there. i would never recommend. It was nice the "free" parking and the horrible, toast and coffee breakfast... But "free" breakfast is poop. I rather nothing than that, ended going to McDonalds the following day.
Bed super uncomfortable. Pillows destroyed and awful. Stuffy, loud, nothing like thoe photos. Bad breakfast and tried to charge me for an extra night, thank god I noticed... Never, ever i would go back there and would never recommend. I don't think I will ever go back to booking.co agai to book anything.Your commercial are misleading. I resale believe your reviews. It said this hotel was very good, not even close.
Friendly, location, price
No wifi, misleading advertisement for breakfast. Pictures are nicer than actual property
-Comfy king size bed -Hot water -wifi -fridge and microwave -it was nice and quiet =] -Staff was really nice!
-shower was a bit stained and dirty -towels were a bit rough but thats expected from hotel motel towels -not enough parking. luckily the manager was nice enough to let us park in an employee spot since we had a late check in.
The hotel was very close to Disneyland where we spent most of our trip. It was easy to come in and out of in the morning and night
Parking was limited. Most spots were to small to even get a car seat in and out of. It advertises a continental breakfast which is a joke. The breakfast was the same store bought doughnuts every morning with a small pitcher of orange juice. Our room got cleaned every day but our shampoo and conditioner dispenser never got re-filled. Our shower faucet would also shoot un-tapped hot water straight out when showering and burn your legs. I had to put a rag over top to stop the water jet. Very cheap for the area, but I would rather spend a bit more for a real breakfast, and properly maintained room.
The price was good for the size of my family. There were 3 queen beds with a private room for my spouse and myself
The management charged my room twice on my card. I had to ask them to fix it. It was not very clean. The housekeeping staff would turn off the a/c during our absence and the room would be hot. We would have to turn it back on upon our arrival. The breakfast was donuts on a dish. Cable was out in our room and spotty in the main room.
The air units couldn't keep the room cool and at a comfortable temperature. The paint on the walls (touch ups) were not the same color. The bathroom was atrocious the tile want straight or cit right. The shower head was low lying. Ok for me and the the 2 young children but for the husband and teenager they had to do back bends and or hunch over to get clean. And when the fireworks went off at Disneyland it sounded like someone was knocking down the building. And the whole place was shaking and rattling. Thank goodness it was only fireworks and not an earthquake Not sure how the place is still standing. Staff misrepresented how to get tickets to Disneyland and the breakfast was nasty cold doughnuts and Danish or toast. At least get fresh products, and a decent loaf of bread and maybe some beagles. Of course I was looking for some protein or some healthy cereal for the kids NEVER AGAIN.
The staff was wonderful, very helpful, from front desk to room service.
The beds were a little too firm, but other than that everything else was comfy. Will definitely be back!
I got excellent attention from person at the front desk. Transaction upon arrival easy and smooth.
Room had strong smell of cleaning perfume which masked toilet odor. Bathroom floor sticky. Bathroom by the pool was very dirty with strong odor. Toilet bowl looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months (dark rings inside).
Only the short distance to Disneyland
The TV did not work properly, we were supposed to have HBO but that channel was not there. The wifi connection was terrible and most of the time, our phones kept switching to 3G. One of the staff barely knew anything about the hotel and he could not answer any but one of our questions. The beds' blanket covers were smelly and dirty and looked at least 50 years old. There was a bunch of dust everywhere and the room smelled very badly. The microwave did not have a timed feature and the only way to turn it off was to leave it open. The shower was dirty and much too low (we are average sized people, not very tall, and could touch the shower head with the tip of our heads). The height was good only for young children. In general the condition of the room was not worth the money we paid. This was supposably a three star hotel. If this is what three stars are like then we are afraid to see a one star hotel. In conclusion, we were shocked at the poor condition of this room for the money we paid for a two night stay. Never coming back again.
I liked that it wascfairly close to Disneyland.
The beds were as hard as rocks. The pillows were thin as paper the ac smelled bad when on, the tub was stained and nasty looking. The toilet took forever to flush all the way. We came in to toilet paper almost gone. No where near a fresh roll. It was not worth the money at all.
Staff checking us in was friendly . Even opened the pool later for our group after pool hours. There was plenty of shampoo and conditioner in the room . The price was great !
The continental breakfast was not impressive. Boxed donuts from 7-11, a pitcher or juice and a bag of bread. They could step up the offerings. One of the beds I. Our room was embarrassingly squeaky, the cable was almost non existent. There was black mold in the shower and bathroom corner. Hole in wall behind bathroom door, toilet paper was stuck in the hole.
All the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their ways, each of them, to help me with one thing or another.
poor wifi reception; my toilet ran constantly and in CA these days, that's bad news...I WAS there 4-5 nights, it started night 3, reported it for repair, someone did something, but it ran again that night; reported again. We're in extreme drought here, folks...
