Score from 457 reviews Good
The shower handle was broken it was hard to adjust the temperature of the water, the continental breakfast was ridiculous, we will never stay there again that's for sure
Location Bed was super comfortable Room was clean Staff was really nice as always. (Sorry for waking you late at night!)
Ac is an old wall unit. Took a while to make the room cool.
Free Coffee in the morning and walking distance from Disney.
Some staff friendly others miserable
The service, facilities, location and attention of the personnel is great!
The motel blankets had holes in them the pillows were horrible and there was constant traffic noise.
Wood flooring fridge microwave roomy room
The beds were very uncomfortable and you could hear traffic zooming by all night
Clean tidy rooms, good size beds
Mattresses were a bit to firm for us.
Had a microwave. Had a fridge. Great location. Nice size TV and good cable. Free fast Wi-Fi. Price was great.
The safe was propped on a small box thing and was locked. Air conditioner didn't work well, only cooled down the area near it, not entire room. The remote didn't work very well because of location of the cable box.
Walking distance from disneyland Friendly and very helpful staff
Not a good variety of food places close by
Walkable distance to Disneyland. There is a bus stop right outside the inn, as well as another one a block away. Staff extremely helpful in organising tours and pick ups.
Room was very dirty, although appearances looked neat and tidy there was dust and hair on the floor. Towels had an old, unused smell. Although breakfast was included it was only orange juice and muffins.
I got a room with two queen beds and it was big! I loved that. Though they only had chocolate, banana, and lemon muffins for breakfast I just grabbed a ton of them and put them in my bad and took them to disneyland with me. They were they perfect snack size and since they are packaged no messes. Overall, I honestly don't know if I would stay there again. Considering I was in the hotel for a max of 6 hours per day and it was cheap I would say yes, but they would really need to step up their bathroom cleaning skills, and I would request for a downstairs room.
The bathroom. The shower head has so short if you were taller than 5'4 you would have to squat. The tub was dirty. There was mold on the shower matt that they provided. It looked like the entire room got cleaned every day except the bathroom. Also the toilet ran every night. I REALLY didn't like that they didn't have an elevator. As a person who has disabled members in their family (even though I wasn't traveling with them) I found this to be really offensive. I went to the front desk to ask if someone could help me with my bags and the guy at the counter said no and that everyone has gone. It was 3:00pm basic check in time. No fruit at breakfast. Or any liquids aside from a small pot of coffee. They sell disneyland tickets in the office. Don't buy them it's sketchy. I saw a lady in there at 9:00am still waiting for her tickets to be "delivered."
Very good location !!! Can view firework from Diseyland
Got to watch Disneyland fireworks from poolside it was awesome- plus starbucks was one block away!
the price, staff are accomodating
the smell in the room is so bad, they should at least open the window to let some fresh air in inside the room.
The price, the cleanliness of the rooms and so close to Disneyland
Didn't know when the pool was open, so i didn't work that into my schedule, even though i know that the kids would have loved it
Quiet yet still close to places to eat
A little pricey but overall okay
ART bus was directly in front. Plenty of parking.
1) The bed linens had not been changed from prior guest, pillows and sheets were covered with hair. We had to secure new linens and blankets and make bed ourselves and clean our room, keep reading. 2) The coffee pot had strings of hair inside. 3) Disneyland fireworks are directly overhead and when they are going off nothing else can be heard. 4) Was unable to access wifi from my room which was farthest from the front desk. 5) The TV remote volume button worked, the channel button only worked within 3ft of the TV.
I like that the staff was super friendly and the closeness of the hotel to the park. they also let me park there all day after i checked out.M
shower in room was a little beat up and knobs hardly worked. A/c hardly worked as well
family suite was an ample space; air conditioning worked well; tv worked well; pool was small, but nice; hot water was plentiful; a little jaunt walking to the park, but if you were a good walker, you didn't have to pay for parking at the park; microwave and fridge were very handy, but could use updating.
wi-fi was hard to connect to if you could connect at all; rooms needed MAJOR updating--furniture in rooms was very beat up; very bare-bones in furnishings and not much storage in bathroom or separate bedroom; upholstered chairs were filthy; "continental breakfast" was hardly breakfast--muffin and apple--that's all; some overhead lights didn't work at all; two of the three beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
Everything plan to come back
It was perfect
Flat screen TV and good cable. Hard wood floors. Good air conditioning. Nice new microwave and fridge. Great water pressure. Coffee, hair dryer. Nice, knowledgable front desk staff. RIGHT IN FRONT OF the ART bus stop for Disneyland! And they can put bus tickets on your room(super convenient, no all motel/hotels offer this). Pool was clean. 15-20 min walk to Disneyland. We drank at Trader Sam's enchanted tiki bar and then walked home late at night no problem. No trouble parking in late AUG. Overall we would stay here again.
No alarm clock in the room. Bed was FIRM . I like that buy my wife did not sleep well. WiFi was in and out but I think that was an ISP issue not the hotel.
There were lice in the blankets that our children caught. The plumbing was unbelievably poor. It was a filthy room from the moment we stepped in. Wifi did not work either.
About a 15 minute walk to Disneyland but art bus has a stop right in front of the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean, quiet, good wifi, microwave, and room frig. We walked to the park in the morning but took the bus back at night. Will be a place we will consider staying again.
Had king size room: spacious, price was good being so near Disneyland, bed big enough for 2 people, easy check in/out, room was okay all around.
The bathroom light to low (missing 1 light bulb), they opened up window curtains so anyone could look in and see anything I had out, speediness of housekeeping, don't expect much of the breakfast : donut/ coffee or juice.
The A/C didnt work and also there wasnt water runming
