I liked the location and the price
and I didn't like the fact that the first room they gave us had water standing in the tub.And the second room option also hhd water standing in the tub on the ground floor which we requested,we then had to move upstairs to another room that was fair. The clerk was still very accommodating in trying to get us comfortable and settled in but, once we got in the room the bed was notcomfortable and a couple of the bathroom towels looked very questionable. I couldn't safely say that they were clean. I didn't use them.
the location, rooms were a good size, and the setup with the kitchenette was very cute., the housekeeper was very nive woman
the manager, the pool was green and nasty, vending,
The place was rundown, did not look the way it's advertised on the internet, management, mr. Patel very rude and has not professional training in dealing with people. I did not like anything about this place.
EVERYTHING WAS UNCLEAN AND TERRIBLE FROM THE FRONT DESK!
This was my worst experience with an on line hotel booking . From the begin the overall appearance was a look of neglect and poor maintenance . When we checked in the operated was less than professional and the lobby was a sneak peek ahead of what the room was like . Once we pulled around to our room we saw multiple rooms with their doors as guest came in and out of the rooms . Once we entered our room the size and amendment appearance was not horrible but the smell was smoky and bad . But upon closer review I saw a very dirt and neglected room . Dirty coffee pot , broken shower curtain , hair on the floor and in tub , old dingy towels and the list could go on an on . We had games to attend so I made these observations in about 10 minutes before leaving for the evening . Upon our returned our neighbors had a party of sorts that literally ended at 5:30 (I heard them drive away as the music and conversation subsided) . The next morning I spoke the the operator and his respond was , " yes they have 9 rooms " . No apology or even a word , he does not understand the concept of customer service . My old regret was not returning to the front desk and asking for a refund in my first 5 minutes of being there . I should have listen when my 14 year old said " are we really going to stay here ?" . Avoid these motel or as I think of it " a mini warehouse with beds" at all cost . horrible !!!!!!
Everything was bad!!!!!! Dirty, smelly , loud , horrible management . The problems start at the top with management and ownership.
everything from first going into dirty lobby no facilities for breakfast of plastic honeybun and coffee room worn out old and dirty no shampoo towel skimpy non obsorbent definitely would not recommend no service to clean room want some sort of refund
Location to military base
Blow dryer didn't work and chain on door didn't work
Shower was peeling. Smelled like smoke even though was supposed to be smokeless room.
I wasn't expecting much from this 2 star motel based on other reviews I'd read previous to my stay there, but I decided to book it because we really just needed a place to sleep for one night, and my experience wound up to be pleasant overall. The staff was kind and efficient, the room comfortable and well equipped, and we did not have any problems during our stay there for the one night.
Electricity was in bad state, overall maintenance of the building and rooms needs attention.
clean rooms, quiet location, nice bathrooms, quality service
breakfast was ok.....
near my family
didnt have breakfast as they said they would
it was close to where we needed to be.it was inexpensive.
the web site said breakfast served daily. there was not even any coffee made. we were told breakfast was only on the weekends.there were no toiletries except for hand soap.the alarm clock did not work.there was not even a box of tissues.very run down and would not stay there again. i would suggest booking.com remove this hotel from their web site.
Had fridge and microwave
It is not really breakfast.
cost efficient and great location , also very clean rooms
