Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, front desk staff was very pleasant at check in
people running up and down sidewalk and being extremely loud up til 4:00 am sucked, and beer bottles placed behind tires of people's cars the next morning also sucked.
Good location. It's close to everything.
We were woken up at 4 in the morning when the front desk called to ask if we knew a man who had evidently wandered in and told the front desk he had met us downtown that night. We were not in downtown, or even Austin, that night. The call was both unprofessional and creepy. It ruined my opinion of the hotel.
Room was clean and the bed good for sleep
Got confuse with another guests and did not receive the bed size I order.
Nice room and bathroom
The phone was dead. There weren't enough electric outlets for the appliances. You have to unplug one of these to get the other two to work.......coffee maker, microwave and frig.
I liked everything that came with the hotel
Small parking spots
It was OK for the price. Nothing fancy, fairly comfortable. Basics were there, location and access to the freeway. It was fine for a night if you want to keep it cheap and simple. Breakfast was minimal but OK.
Bed was OK but the pillows were hard and flat, very uncomfortable. Our non smoking room smelled musty and like cigarette heavy smoke.
Clean and comfortable.
Location not great, next to on-ramps but not much else.
I was double charged for one of my stays. I stayed two nights and one night was processed correctly. The other night, I was double billed. Not happy.
Friendliness and honesty of staff. They did not find my reservation directly, however they did not blame it on Booking but said there was an error within the Hotel. Very helpful and allowing me to change room cause it smelled of smoke. Breakfast was okay as well.
They could have handled the situation of finding my reservation a little different. Letting me check in cause i was tired from travelling all day and then clarify details later on. Otherwise really nice!!! I felt very welcome.
We have stayed at this motel for all the UT football games. Every time we have stayed the staff has been very helpful.
We have stayed at this motel for all the UT football games. We have stayed in different rooms each time we stayed there. This time we were disappointed. There wasn't any soap for the shower, and the pillows were flat. It was a bit chilly that evening and there were no blankets for the beds. We tried the heater but the air was very dry and hard to breathe with the heater on. We would have called the front desk but it was already 1:00 AM so didn't want to be a bother that last at night. Other rooms that we have stayed in were much comfortable than this one at this motel.
It was right off the highway. There was free breakfast and I booked the room for a very reasonable price.
The room was supposed to be "smoke free" but it reeked of cigarette. The neighborhood wasn't the greatest, I see why the price was so cheap.
It was clean
location is good, close to the downtown and capital
not clean, noisy, small room space
Comfortable, easy location
Coffee machine broken, Musty smells from bathroom drains
We paid what I feel was too high a price for the Saturday night stay ($259). The room was very small and the furnishings old. It was fairly clean.
The staff were very helpful
Very noisy all night and as we were there F1 race weekend very overpriced for facilities on site.
Location was a little difficult to get to. Although we did not visit for the race, the hotel raised its rates to very high at that time and the property just is not worth it. Older property that was not that clean or in great shape. Old beds and rooms that smelled. Some sketchy characters hanging around.
The place was clean and there was several things to choose from at breakfast...not just coffee and muffins like other places that charge the same price.
The location was good near the Interstate without a lot of road noise. There were multiple very nice restaurants nearby that offered good value. The door key worked every time for my entire 5-day stay,
Other guests were noisy and left trash in the parking lot. I didn't appreciate being called at 2:30 am on the first night of my stay because of some kind of front office anomaly.
The desk clerk did try to assist me in removing the odor in the room, but the ultimate and almost instant deodorizer was the peppermint oil on the A/C filter. He was very nice.
This hotel room had a continual supply of gnats for the four nights I stayed there. Otherwise, it was 'clean'.
There were really noisy neighbors. Felt scary and unsafe.
Light coming through the curtains.
My hotel stays are always amazing when mike is there. he is super professional kind and sweet!
Alexe is rasist
I love the beds an it was really clean smell good too.
I didnt like that the ice machine wasnt workink at the time.
They were able to give us a downstairs room. We did not try the WiFi. The location is great for us and at a reasonable price. We have stayed here twice before and every time the staff so great.
