the air in the room was humid but cool and had a restless first night sleep but they seem to correct it the next day. Also the bathtub faucet had a bad steady leak of hot water-also fixed the next day. Had no second roll of toilet paper and had to go to office to get some at night. The Phone cord was missing when we checked in and had to go to office to get one. The bedside light and clock was not plugged in and had to get staff to take headboard off the wall and pull bed out to get extension cord to plug them in.
Bed is very comfortable
It seemed to be in a fairly dodgy area, and the rooms are fairly exposed to the street. Actually had some angry random guy thump on my door and shout at 2am. Also, room really wasn't clean. Billed as non-smoking, but smelled disgustingly of cigarettes. There were some used cotton buds on one of the surfaces.
Decent selection of restaurants around.
Bad location ...had to keep making sure my car was locked because there were some no so friendly looking people around
The room was smelling like a smoker room though I was told it wasent a smoker room.I did not sleep the whole night maybe the pers on next door was smoking.I requested for a change but I was told it was too late so I had to cgeck out and I lost my money. The guy at the reception was kinda rude.
The room is well equipt
Excellent facilities for Disabled people.
I'm very disappointed with my visit at the facility I stayed in. My room had a problem with an overflowing bathroom. When calling front desk, they sent a maintenance person who seemed upset about the fact tags we didn't turn off the water line. He said that why didn't we! ( I didn't think It was my job to do) then when I went to front desk to ask what happened if they had fixed it or not and whether we could be moved from rooms bc of the bad smell. The front seat agent didn't not apologize and all he said was I'm giving you a refund for tonight. That's it. I feel like the service is very poor and will not be coming back
Room was dirty, smelly, and there was a cockroach in my bed.
Front desk staff was nice. Helpful to have an iHop nearby.
I liked that the beds were very comfy and they were bigger than i expected.
I love the comfort
Other guest, staff at checkout, poor overall quality of the room
Ease of check in
Hair dryer was broken TV had issues Bathroom outlet was broken and remained so throughout the stay
I had a group of young girls there. We had a dance competition in Austin. Half the rooms were dirty and half were infested with roaches. It was late when we arrived so too late to change hotels. There were people running up and down the hall and knocking on doors. People driving up and honking. I heard a girl being chased by a guy outside my room. My boyfriend had to go outside and say something to the guy. Horrible experience. I was very upset as well as the parents that were with me. I did not feel safe. I kept checking out the window to make sure the truck wasn't getting broken into or the dance props werent being messed with.
Helpful staff.no problems with wi fi.very clean.
The room was dirty, smelled horrible, sticky floors, dirty towels in the bathroom. The worst part was was the spoon full O drugs we found & the front desk clerk did nothing about
The bed could have been more comfortable but did not leave us in pain. Some hotel guests down the way were a little loud and a creepy guy hung around muttering and smoking on the walk way, which was not too safe.
The staff was friendly even under pressure. We were sitting and eating breakfast when someone who was clearly beligerant came up and started screaming at the staff and they handled it extremely well and professionally. I always book with this hotel because it is a bed and a shower at a low price and always decent.
We did not like the location of the facility. The people hanging around outside did not leave you with a sense of security.
Our stay was for only one night with late check in and early check out as we were traveling. The staff was nice.
Didn't look like the pictures and would have gone somewhere else.
When we first got to the room it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, but smelled of cigarettes. But they got us in another room no problem and very quickly. The second room was clean and smell fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Neighbors around us were a little loud but that's nothing the hotel can help.
Clean Room, comfortable bed, everything was fine.
The room and rooms next to it stunk so bad of cigarettes and musty that we couldn't stay there. AC didn't work. Location was not a safe area for women staying alone.
The location is noisy. Many people hang out in front of your door and yell.
Very comfortable and clean room. The staff was friendly and helpful.
people running up and down sidewalk and being extremely loud up til 4:00 am sucked, and beer bottles placed behind tires of people's cars the next morning also sucked.
Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, front desk staff was very pleasant at check in
We were woken up at 4 in the morning when the front desk called to ask if we knew a man who had evidently wandered in and told the front desk he had met us downtown that night. We were not in downtown, or even Austin, that night. The call was both unprofessional and creepy. It ruined my opinion of the hotel.
Good location. It's close to everything.
Got confuse with another guests and did not receive the bed size I order.
Room was clean and the bed good for sleep
