Nice stay for the money. Friendly staff. Coffee was ready on time.

Wi Fi was very slow. They had ice, but didn't have water to drink. You couldn't even buy bottled water from a vending machine. In other words, BYOW.
Clean, Nice Bathroom. Furniture was in good condition. Bed was nice- little firm for me but that's a whole lot better then an old soft and uncomfortable one.

Excellent value for the price!

The wifi didn't work most of the time; the tv didn't work or was impossible to use; something like "boiler pipes" in the wall awoke me every morning at 5am. The pipes clanked and tapped at other times also.
The bed was clean and comfortable.

I liked everything about my stay, and would return. I can not criticize, nor had any dislikes.
Very clean room, and great location for my purposes. The management was flexible when needed, friendly and helpful.

when I first came into the room I saw crumbs and debis on the floor. bathroom was the same. and the parking area is too small. other guests double parked.

Door would not close. We requested another room. Denied. Sent repairman who fixed it marginally. Noise all night long! You could hear every footstep in the room above which went all night until 6 a.m. No coffee for the coffeemaker. Password for wifi did not work.
Location and price are about it.

I really have no complaints about this hotel. It was as advertised and good value for the money. However, so people know what they're getting into, the rooms are cramped. There is no closet - just a rack for hanging clothes (although there is an iron and ironing board and a refrigerator, microwave and hairdryer too). In room 106, there were actually two TVs - a flat screen on the wall and a regular large tv on the dresser, which was the one that actually worked. Unfortunately, the tv remote volume control did not work, so it was difficult to control the volume which needed to fluctuate depending on whether the air conditioner was cycling on or off - the ac was a bit loud, but it didn't bother me. I was hoping my tv was not bothering anybody around me, as I was coming back late at night. I never heard anything from another room, until the morning that I left, when the man in the room next to me was playing some loud music and singing to it, I think, in his bathroom. I could hear every word when I was in my bathroom, as if he were in my room with me. I did have some trouble with the shower hardware coming off in my hand, as well as a towel rack. I mentioned it to the staff and the shower handle was fixed. The towel rack was simply put back on the support and it came off again the next morning.
I chose this hotel because it was convenient to Presbyterian Hospital. It is on the downtown side of I 25, less than a mile from the hospital. You could walk it, although that would not be a good idea later at night. It is very convenient to some good restaurants that are also on Central Avenue (the Grove, Standard Diner, Holy Cow). The room was clean, beds comfortable and the bathroom was surprisingly nicely updated. As a single woman traveling alone, I appreciated that the staff would walk me to my door when I came back from the hospital late at night.
