Employees were very friendly and helpful. The location was fairly close to G.C.U. The rooms were very clean!

Continental breakfast... Expected more of a buffet and selection, to be included.

The room was superbly clean and decorated nicely. Not a fault could be found.

Free transportation from and to airport was wonderful.

Free breakfast was a weak continental style served in a very tight lobby standing only. Honey buns abd coffee.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed very friendly. We would definitively stay here again. Location is really good, you're 5-10 minutes walk (young couple ;) away of the center of downtown with a lot of options for restaurants, shops & attractions. You can see they are trying to put new life into downtown Phoenix. It will take more time but it's already worth visiting.

Breakfast was disappointing, it was coffee, 1 kind of fruit and biscuits of some sort. The reception is really small and not really suited for breakfast. But I would suggest to add at least some sort of yogurt with granola or something. Simple stuff which would get you going properly in the morning.

Covenience -- we just needed a clan comfortable overnight after flying in from Canada and going on to Tucson

No Coffee facilities in the room, and not the best neighbourhood if you were on your own.

The quality of the newly remodeled rooms and the HD tv. The staff were excellent and the area was safe. The shuttle to the airport was very handy.

I slept at the Americas Best Value Inn Downtown Phoenix for two nights in February 2013. I really liked the nice rooms where you feel very comfortable. Shower was nice, bed was great (with a lot of fluffy pillows), carpet felt good, no complaints at all. Very conveniently located and with a complimentary airport shuttle. Complimentary breakfast was okay for in the US (with fruit); coming from Europe I am used to having a 'real' breakfast at hotels. Very nice people too. I would go here every time if I would come back to Phoenix and recommend to friends and family.

It was economical, clean, close to the convention center.

It's just a very noisy location with cars and large trucks going by at all hours; lots of sirens.
