Room was huge
Dirty room Smelled of cigarettes and was meant to be nonsmoking Worst room ever
Noting at all
The worst motel ever, yes the price is cheap however when you run a business you treat all customers like you appreciate their business. The room was not cleaned good, there was pieces of broken plastic all over the bed mind you I had just checked in the, there was a light bulb out which clearly looked like they had no plans on changing it. There was also a lot of stains on the sheets. The towels were all stained and hard. Its like the towels were used way too many times. Then my room key didn't work so I called the front desk. This is the killer. When I first pulled up there was a young guy standing by the office he tried to get me and my friends to his room we declined. So when I called the office about my non working room key this same guy came and said he works for the motel. Now why would a motel worker be outside at 1am trying to get customers to his room. He gave me another room key which didn't work also so he came back and used the master key. Once I in the room I noticed the ac/heater was broken and falling a part. Tacky! A few minutes in the room the phone rung and guess who it was? The same young guy who tried to get me and my friends to his room. He called room phone saying "what's up ma come to my room you and your friends" umm why would we do that? If your running a business you should never allow a family member to harrass customers. I want my money back I'm currently looking into filing a complaint with the BBB.
the place is poorly taking care of there's no staff there was no towels how to get a second room because the first room was dirty on a on a rating of 1 to 10 I'd give it a 0 what I didn't like was that I think it was overpriced for the for the place for the accommodations there's no staff nope nothing is just on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it 0
I didn't like the place at all it is it it's poorly run its it's just not taken care of there's no staff there's no nothing for what I paid I feel like I got ripped off
Good staff, they really tried to help me otherwise I would leave after my first night. I had a problem with my bedroom and they changed it when I complained. The price was good.
Unsafe location, homeless people always around and even inside the hotel parking.. the bedroom smells really bad (cigarettes), towels too. Breakfast could be better.
They accused me of having the wrong reservation, even after I showed them my reservation. They still put me in a queen room when I paid for a King. Refused to change my room until 1pm the next day at which point I had been waiting since 10am and called 3 times until I finally went down there and demanded they move us before I called Booking.com. Not once did they clean the room, bring new towels, there was no making the bed, literally nothing. The breakfast was dry cereal and the front office smelled so bad, I would have never booked there knowing how gross this place was. Hands down feel completely robbed by this place and disappointed how poorly we were treated. The first bed was BROKEN and we were told they could not change our room. There were 3 cars in the parking lot :-( Our mini vacation was ruined by how terrible of an experience we had with this motel.
Lack of a restaurant close by.
This place is a joke. Reserved a king, got two twins. One didn't even have a bed spread on it. TV doesn't work. Tried calling front desk, phone wouldn't connect. Will never stay here again.
The lady at the front desk accused me of stealing a towel and tried to charge me for cleaning because i had too much garbage in the room!!!! Found a used condom under our bed and there was red paw prints on the ceiling um creepy!!!! Worst experience ever
I got bit up all over my body because of the BED BUGS they have in beds you CAN'T even see!!! Horrible!! Never Again!! They definitely need to Clean the beds and fix that Bed Bug Problem!!!
the staff are helpful. The rooms are clean and a good size. Ive stayed here twice now and would go back again if in Sacramento. The area isnt classy uptown but its pretty conveniently located and definitely feels safe.
price was inexpensive and located near a great local coffee shop
next to a busy street which made for a noisy day. lots of homeless folks in the area
Room was dated and musty. Bed was soft and pillow cheap.
Staff was rude, rooms were dingy, floors stained, not worth the $.
When checking in the man couldn't find my reservation and then offered me 2 beds which isn't what I wanted so I ledt
Good location at a walking distance from the Capitol park and some of the best restaurants in town. Spacious rooms.
Our room faced the main road -16th str - and was somewhat noisy. and the room had a funky smell...
Staff was very nice and friendly. considering we only slept there the price was right. Proximity was perfect for our event at the convention center 3 min each way.
Location during daytime was very seedy. Lots of homeless in the area. Hotel interior is old and could use remodel. Remote for tv did not work so had to watch one channel during stay. Lastly there was No hot water in sink only in the Shower.
It took half an hour to get in the room because key was not working, tv did not work , heather did not work, dirty bathroom, asked for a wake up call and never got one
it was cheap, reasonably clean
staff not very helpful, carpets were filthy, cobwebs in the shower, no hangers, people smoking drugs of some sort on the stairs leading up to our room, not the most safe feeling location
Someone had very obviously been smoking in our non-smoking room. Smoke alarm was detached and the phone cord to call the front desk went into a never-ending phone jack-less hole in the wall and it didn't work.
The king size bed.
Bad part of town... graffiti all over.. very very limited parking.. room falling apart.. stepped on the tack strip because the carpet is worn out.. sink faucet leaked all over my stuff on the counter... many more horrible things but not enough room to list them.
