I was very pleased, the staff was nice and allowed me to keep my bags in the office after checkout until I was able to get them and they treated me with respect which I've realized is rare being a young female traveling by myself. The location is convenient to the greyhound station but not in the best area which would have been my only complaint but other than that my stay was great and I would definately recommend this hotel to other travelers.

large room, close to downtown, very reasonable rates I was not a very demanding customer so the room and services were adequate for me. I just wanted an inexpensive place to sleep. I was visiting family. I can imagine that other customers would prefer more.

It wasn't that far from the mall. This place seems to be cut off from civilization. The hotel needs serious upkeep and better linen! My comforter had a big hole in it, the towels had little curly hairs and suspicious stains. The room ranked of smell. The lock across the top was broken. A black spider was found crawling on my ceiling. I would've went to another hotel if I weren't for the fact that I did same day last minute reservations.

I needed somewhere fast and cheap to stay. That's the only think that I liked about it. I didn't like the area. I had no idea until I pulled up, I'd be around such a poor area with prostitutes and questionable people watching me through their window. One lady ( who probably lived there at the motel) came through the parking lot blasting loud music. Then she proceeded to get out and dance around the parking lot....unbelievable. Some drunkard/crack/meth addict watched me as I went to my room. Thank God my boyfriend was with me! Never again!!!!

I am sorry but I did not enjoy my stay at all. The area was bad. and I can't believe what I experience while I was there. I will not stay again and I will not go into details. It was not at all what I expected. The Lady attendant was very friendly that's the only plus..

Good price and very comfortable bed. Nice televison and loved that there was a microwave and fridge. There was no second lock on my door and there was no stopper for the tub. Also there was a whole in the comforter

It was cheap and the front counter personel were very friendly. The room was not as clean as we would have expected (dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door, dirt from bathroom ceiling fan on the sink/counter, dust/dirt on shelving, etc). The area of town that the hotel is located in wasn't a great area either. However, as we had never been to Fayetteville, we did not know this ahead of time.
