Very convenient to shopping and freeway

This is my second stay, my first stay was incorrigible and I was hoping it was a fluke no such luck... When I arrived at 5pm the office was shut up, locked and I was in total shock.. About 45mins later here comes a young employee with her McDonald bag. I was given 3 room keys, 1 didnt work, and 2 were not cleaned... Her nonchalant attitude was a bit much, as an elderly gentlemen told her, we could all just walk across the street. This has been my interaction with staff every time, as much as it pains me to say, they do keep the place up. But I refuse to spend my money with folks that act like they are doing me a favor

It was filthy especially the bathroom! The manager was rude - there was a broken down car right in front of my door - people with beers and loud voices were trying to fix it for hours... All the lights were unplugged - and the sockets were behind heavy furniture. It took the manager 1 1/2 hours to come fix those... It was a nightmare and just to let you know this was the only motel out of 9 different ones on this trip where I had a problem. Please please do something about this...

Clean, spacious room for your money.

The breakfast was a joke. Bread, mini chocolate doughnuts, like the ones that come six to a package. Dry cereal and oranges. Pretty sad.

The sheets, towels were clean and it looked like the housekeeper was trying really hard.

Sketchy neighborhood, guy smoking weed just outside my door, first room I was given smelled like smoke. Didn't feel safe there. It did quiet down after about midnight and I did get a solid night's sleep. I jammed a chair under the door and moved the iron to my bedside in case someone broke in. That's the feeling I had there.

Place looked dirty, smelled dirty. Room was not cleaned at all on the second day of our stay.

Being able to move to another room in a timely matter. The last room smelled like urine and there were pencil marks all over the walls and doors.

The woman at the counter is very well no personality no smile now thank you no how are you no nothing. Hospitally is important. Guest like to feel comfortable no uncomfortable.

I love the fact they have smoking rooms.

The front desk agent was extremely slow, and did not seem to want to respond to any questions asked. Then the rest of the staff couldnt speak english, so I was unable to get a remote for the TV for 45 minutes.

This is part of our tour of California, we stayed at Gilroy for 2 days. The Americas Best Value Inn is located at literally 5 minutes walk from the Premium Outlets so it is also possible to leave the car at the parking and go there on foot. Value for money was ok.

We needed to ask the manager to close the breakfast door too many times. Our car outside was frozen, so you can easily figure out what temperature was out there in the morning. The door was not closed and once we closed it the gentleman re opened it. The manager has asked at least 6 times to make comments about our staying, and that also we thought was a little excessive. Moreover, the laundry room was not working and we had to go somewhere else to wash our clothes. Breakfast was ok, no hot food but ok.

After calling the front desk staff to fix the faucet(no water supply), there's water coming but still no hot water at all. We have to use a towel to absorb water to clean our body.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Good location for our event. Everything was close. When we return to this area, we will stay her again. Gerald

Location to Shopping Outlets

Cheap, budget hotel. You get what you pay for! Typical motel, not very secure or clean. Breakfast VERY basic!!

The road to Gilroy from Highway one was fine. Although the pool was freezing cold it was estimated that of the children. Instrumentals were big as to be good when we had two small children with us.

The manager was exceptionally helpful in spite of our very late arrival.

Friendly staff, nice spacious room, good facilitIes and good value for money.

Since the breakfast is only served until 9 am, they could at least refill it until the end cause it got quite poor.

Loved that my room had a microwave, refridgerator & free WiFi. Also had a table & 2 chairs, then another comfortable w/ottoman. Comfortable bed. Free breakfast has waffles!

Only complaint: Small tv. Hard to enjoy from the bed. No other complaints.

We enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable beds and stay was enjoyable.

We thought it was a very neat and clean motel writhing a good breakfast. The manger Dilip was very helpful and would really appreciate his care for the customers. We will recommend this place highly and would like to come back again.

Es war nicht sonderlich gut geputzt und es hat gemieft

Localização do hotel, já estavamos ao lado do premiun outlet. A simpatia e atenção que nos foi dada pelo Sr. Dilip Shah.
