our stay was enjoyable ,being central for walking to the golden gate bridge,or a walk down to pier 39,both are a good half hour walk and as we walk a lot was hardly a challenge, older elderly people may think otherwise

breakfast area small and clustered, but most others are nearly the same

The beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. For budget accommodation you really couldn't ask for much more! The location was also good with easy access to public transport.

The complimentary breakfast was a bit rubbish (no milk at all!!) but it didn't ruin my day or anything.

Size of room. Friendly staff. Near IHOP and Mel's diner (yum!). Near hop on hop off bus stop.

    No AC. Parking limited. Breakfast

    Conveniently located in marina district

Louder facility, needs updating, free breakfast consists of toast, bagels or packaged breakfast rolls in a cramped room off the lobby, i would just not serve breakfast.

Location to Golden Gate Bridge. Staff member David very helpful and patient. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Good as a place to sleep.

Parking is not guaranteed. First come ,first serve. Miscommunication between and the hotel caused some problems, but they were resolved after an hour on the phone. Check-in and Check-out process is long and there is typically only one person available. Noise travels easily through the walls and the floors.

Check in wasn't until 3 pm. The staff let us park there while we went to sight seeing. Good experience.

The noise at night from the street. This was due to the building being enclosed. It was manageable.

Location, free breakfast, free parking, cleanliness

Very noisy rooms with poor sound insulation, very small rooms with little space to store the luggage, overall pricey room rates

As we requested they provided us a room in a silent part of the hotel and the room was king of specious and bright.

The young guy in reception was kind of rude and I can say he didn't know nothing about behaving way with a guest in a hotel. After chick-in, we couldn't find parking space in hotel and we had to leave our car whole the night outside in the street. Unbelievably, we found one of the bed sheets really dirty, with big stains in which we had to remove that from bed. Also, strangely, They asked us to deposit 50$ in reception, just to make them sure that we'll deliver room safe, the thing that I've never found in reservation policy of this hotel and I've never seen before this strange rule in any other hotels that I have stayed til now. The breakfast room was really small and breakfast was really with few options.

Not enough parking spaces, which turns out to be a real problem if you arriving after 5PM.

Easy parking. Friendly reception staff Nearby bus took us to fisherman's wharf and to Union Square.

No space to sit down for breakfast + very small breakfast area. Choice of breakfast poor. eg no eggs or yoghurt. No fresh milk for cereals and not enough choice muffins only sweet sticky cinnamon bun.Air conditioning outside from the room next to us was very noisy. hence no sleep Traffic noise also from the main Lombard street where this motel is positioned.

Comfortable room and beds. Good situation in the city.

Very limtied breakfast. Limited parking. Not "beautiful hotel", but that is not a problem for us. We wanted a clean, comfortable and well-situated place; and this hotel has this features.

The staff were excellent, helping to solve issues and giving tips about the city.

Wi-Fi terrible and parking complicated because there was more cars than supported.

    Good location, free parking

Breakfast is only caffe with a piece of bred in a room for 4 people. Poor wifi, which was not even available 24/7. Corridor smells like pee, even after 3 days noone cleaned it. They charged our credit card 3 times, and didnt want to admit it, now i payed just as much for a queen room in a 2 star hotel that i could pay for a king room in a 4 star hotel... Bed was not comfortable, our backs were in pain after useing it.

Ben in the reception gave us good tips. The nearbu chestnut street with a lot of good And trendy restaurants. Location its good.

Tiny room, a litle high priced for a motel...but consider you are in San Franciaco.

During the check-in, the guy at the reception didn't return my credit card and ID. I only noticed the next day, since I was very tired during the check-in. Even if there was no intention, I think it's not ok to do that and not to tell the customer.

Ben on the front counter was a big help. Gave us plenty of information about how to get around. Well done him.
