Location, cost, free breakfast.

TV was very old, coffee ran out often at breakfast, lack of individual shampoo/conditioner/soap bottles.

Missing light in staircase, it was very dark, dangerous. The staff was not very cooperative. We had to ask 3 times until he called the shuttle service to the airport (after we had already paid it). The room for breakfast is VERY small (4 tables for 2 people). Breakfast is very simple.

This is the second year I stay at this hotel and I won't stay anywhere else when visiting San Francisco. GREAT location, FREE parking, not a noisy or congested area. Free small breakfast, great staff, and decent rooms. Close to shopping, restaurants, and bus stops. I definitely recommend you stay here, you won't regret it!

Staff were very friendly and professional. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. Location was excellent.

The knob on the bathroom might need a change. Change to flat screen, the investment will multiply your income.

The location of my room was right on the street and the windows are not keeping the noise out so did not sleep well for two evenings. Glad to be back home.

The noise at all hours of the night from the other guests, and the breakfast wasn't anything special (oranges, toast, muffins, oatmeal & coffee).

Friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations. The new breakfast room. They gave us the room we asked for.

It was close to our start point on Friday morning. Also an excellent location to walk to stores and shopping and great resturants.

It was kind of gross and I don't know if it was clean or just old that couldn't be cleaned. It was drab an dingy with no light. Maybe to cover the dirt, I don't know.

The location is great, it offers lots of restaurants, it's well connected with Golden gate bridge, North beach adn all the major tourist attractions. There was the possibility to book a shuttle bus to the airport for only 15 usd per person, which compared to cost of public transport, it's a very convenient (and comfortable) option. We had a sauna in our room, really nice!

The rooms (we had 2) were not too clean and the closet quite small and dusty. The wifi signal was almost inexistent so I have barely been able to use it. Anyhow the gustes can use for free the computer at reception.

The location is excelent with fantastic restaurants and cafés the next street along (Chestut). The room was very good, clean and quite spacious. More than we needed really as we are out of it more than in it!

Breakfast isn't all it's cracked up to be. A muffin and crappy coffee. I've found it to be the same at most budget motels. We weren't to bothered tho as there was a fantastic cafe that we ate breakfast at one street along.

Told breakfast was croissants, muffins, tea, coffee, juice, etc. Actually was one muffin allowance p p green tea only and poor quality items. Got a parking ticket because car park full & reception staff member said it was ok to park at meter on street when in fact the street was due for cleaning next morning....managed to get it cancelled by visiting ticket office (took 1hour) floor space limited in room noise from street/lorries passing started at 4am but was expecting that on a main city road
