Ididnt like anything and received a refund
There is no fridge, iPod hocked, rooms smell vary bad even wrest than cigarettes, the bed is a jock and the towels are shopworn.
The hot water in the bathtub didn't work. Hotel very dirty and old. Writing on the wall and in the elevator. Red stains on lamp shade (blood?). Refrigerator didn't work. One of the looks on the door broken. No towels. Had to call front desk 3 times and wait 3 hours to get clean towels and was told by housekeeping to hold on to them because it would be awhile before we could get more.
Price and location were the only thing going for it.It was suppose to be a non-smoke hotel room
Had to go to 4 different rooms before we could find one that was not strong smoke smelling. 1 rm the air& heat did not work. The room we ended up staying in till 8:30p had no fire alarm just the bracket. Stains all over the floor. No coffee for coffee maker. We stayed until 8:30p and the guest next door started Screaming at someone cussing like a sailor and saying he was going to kill them at that we packed up and left and found some where else to stay. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Would not recommend this Place to anyone. When we were leaving I said something about it to the desk clerk she defended the guy saying they had been there like 2 months and not to worry but I am not subjecting my family to that kind of issue. Would never stay here again and would tell all our friends as well.
They did clean the room while we were out
The night we arrived there were no face towels and we had to wait until noon the next day to get some. The mini fridge didn't get cold n we didn't have a remote for the tv. And after I asked for a late check out the 3rd day because they brought our towels late I was told $10 but after I told the guy at the front desk it's not not fair for me to pay when I didn't even get proper service he waived it.not the worst place for somewhere cheap but far from the best.
The room was really bad, the condition of the bed and blankets were awful. After 5 minutes, we cancelled the accommodation and I was told by the management that I won´t be charged. After two weeks, I still have this account in my statement and waiting to get my money back.
Breakfast was terrible. Kind of a joke. Slices of old bread and old doughnuts. Woke up to the neighbor yelling about his he couldn't get into his room and the keycard doesn't work.
Placr was run down in need of updating and repairs. Place is creepy . I think I was the only onr there eBen though most hotels around were sold out. Guest had to sign in and out like I was in a college dorm. Had to change rooms due to the 1st room needed to many repair. Not in a good part of town. Got a very uneasy feeling. If the by the hour hotels weren't sold out I would have rather stayed at one of those!
The fact that I didn't book the rm longer.
Night staff rude, unhelpful, not enough towels, had to ask for more toilet paper on the very first night. So much more.
Complimentary Breakfast is poor. Pool is not maintained. Only 1 staff at a time for whole hotel. Non-Smoking rooms smells of smoke.
Cleanliness & room service
It was quiet.. The customer service at the front desk was great.
The room had an awful odor, and the air conditioner is really loud. The place is kind of dark, so Im not that happy paying all that money for that poor place :(
unexpected expense, website indicated breakfast, only cold ceral and donuts available.
it is not clean
The hotel did have wi-fi. I received a code after I went down to the front desk to ask if they had wi-fi. And when I couldn't find any ice machines, the girl at the front desk did give me some from a small cooler behind the front desk.
Where to start . . . first, there was dried urine on my toilet. Easy clean, I thought. There was also a half-eaten hot dog on the floor by the desk. The room reeked horribly of smoke, but it was a non-smoking room. But probably what upset me the most was that while I was lying in bed reading my book, a cockroach crawled across my pillow. I was horrified. It ran between the headboard and the mattress, so I pulled the bed out only to reveal more bugs - dead thankfully - under the bed. After fleeting attempts to kill it, I took a picture of it to show to the front desk. I showed the picture to the front desk and asked for a different room, where I was told no. She did however tell me that if I catch the cockroach, she would send someone down to kill it. She claimed there were no other rooms. However, the parking lot had 3 cars in it. My guess is that the other rooms were not up to guest standards, as one couple came down after checking in and said, "we don't have a TV or shower head in our room". I spent several hours in the lobby as it was smoke-free and cockroach-free. I did sleep in the room with the lights on, and I managed to kill the cockroach as it climbed the wall by my bed at midnight. Worst hotel stay ever. I am amazed that this hotel meets regulations.
Old and deserted
Nothing, it was horrible
The place is run down... This is not a hotel or an inn or whatever! Take it off ur list, booking.com It stinks all the way from the reception, one person is the receptionist, the butler, the plumber, and probably the cook....eeewww. The rooms have non smoking signs stamped all over them but they stunk. We asked for another room; on gettin there, the toilet wouldn't flush properly. There was what seemed to be blood stain on the duvet. And the man at the desk had the guts to question y we were leaving????? Nobody shld go here!!!!!
the pool was in good shape and the room was in pretty good shape, although some time and effort could have improved some of the issues like buckling door frame that I caught my leg on and the shower wall gaps, etc.
poor contenental breakfast- day old donuts 2 cheap cereals and yuck coffee. the location was in a kind of scary part of town and we were led to believe it was closer to the museum district than it actually was. One of our desk people didn't even speak English and could not help us when we were looking for the place.
Staff tried to accommodate my requests. I felt unsafe on second floor so I moved to first floor close to the reception desk. I asked for a blanket, they didn't have one but they gave me a sheet.
The price was very high (99.00) for the location and quality of the hotel. I've stayed at better motels and paid less.
everything was just perfect
nothing- all good
Very dirty hotel Dangerous location Filtty rooms
Rooms stinks Poor service this is a motel not a hotel
Swimming Pool only except able feature of the hotel.
Customer service. Exterior of the hotel. False pictures of the hotel. Breakfast. There were not working lamps and room microwave was out of service.
It is situated on Highway.
1. Poor Ambience 2. Rude staff 3. I paid for 9 days whereas I stayed 6 days only (early checkout)
