It was very quite, I was on the top floor
It's cheap, and centrally located. Easy to get to and exit from.
The wi-fi bumped me out at every minute!! It's one of those login ones!
The location was excellent and so was the price. I got back from a 26 hour flight at one am and actually slept through the check out time of 11 am. I immediately called the staff and asked for 20 minutes to shower. They were very understanding and gave me till noon.
I had to park behind the building the first time and it was late at night. I was concerned about safety. My biggest problem was having to haul my suitcase up a short flight of stairs. My suitcase was very heavy and it was difficult to get it upstairs without hurting myself or losing my balance. The second time I stayed, one of the staff carried it up for me. There is no ramp or elevator.
The beds need to be more comfortable
We liked the location, easy access to our room. the coffee, and orange juice tasted fresh when we tried them.
The bed was a little too firm, and the bath tub/shower was tough to use as one of us was handicapped so we couldn't use our shower chair
Staff was great. Easy to find hotel. Breakfast was good. great value for the money!!
Mattress was very firm. Location was great for getting to places but was right at the intersection of two busy corners. Traffic noise early in the morning.
Location, and comfy bedding.
Dust on small items and lack of lotions and bar soap.
It was clean and the beds were comfortable.
The bathroom was too small, especially the tub and shower. Breakfast was adequate but lacked variety. It was too expensive for this level of accommodation. We stayed in much nicer facilities during our trip that were priced much lower.
Helpful staff..gave good direction to medical facilities. Hotel very convenient to local medical facilities which was reason for our stay.
One staff told us we couldn't check in til 3 pm it was twenty too 3 so I sat in the car for half hour because she went off shift and never told anyone we were there very rude indeed
Shower had great water pressure, good breakfast choices - bagels, toast, pancakes, yoghurt and mini muffins. Good value
Thin walls Location is not walking distance to restaurants
Two years ago on the 19th my husband and I were in the park on the red bus tour and he was flown to the medical center in Kalispell where he passed away. I was there now to retake the tour.
The willingness of desk clerk to change reservation to a room that did not involve climbing stairs. We had requested such a room in making the reservation
Location is difficult to enter from the highway; room needed a second chair to sit on; had to use bed and not comfortable for reading.
Hotel was easy to find.
No fruit or yogurt in the continental breakfast. There were items in the room that were in need of maintenance.
Convenience to local Stores and shops. Not far from Glacier on main roads. Friendly Staff and information.
Good breakfast Pleasant staff access to WIFI
the bad part was road nose was excessive. I would recommend America's Best Value chain, but in a quieter location
The registration staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and activities.
Room smelled damp and moldy. Found air conditioner was leaking onto floor/carpet. Bed/mattress/pillows very uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep.
Good firm mattress.
I almost thought I would need to have my wife call 911 to help me get out of the bathtub. The assist bar was in a very poor location for anyone trying to get in or out of the tub for a bath. Big stain on carpet. Over priced.
ease of access to our room
coffee pot was not cleaned daily, cups not replaced, coffee we used was not replaced.
The beds were rock hard. Couldn't sleep because of the traffic all night. Breakfast was a joke. Small bathroom. Could hear your neighbors. Need better sound proofing
Very friendly staff very clean easy access to all areas
The location was great, close to intersection of two major highways. All of the staff I dealt with were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were thoroughly clean. I would recommend this motel.
The advertising on-line said "hot breakfast"- what was available was oat meal and pancake batter and toasted bagels - no eggs and no fruit or other cereal choices. No refrigerator and the bed was very hard. All this being noted, I still would recommend this motel
We were excited to go to Glacier but put off by the expense of places to stay everywhere -- and we were pleased to find a hotel that was not far and more reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and we were totally entertained by the pancake maker -- just push the button and in a few moments out came two great pancakes -- pretty fun!
I know that the prices are inflated because of the proximity to Glacier so I guess I shouldn't complain about what we had to pay -- I would say that in normal circumstances you would expect to pay about half of what we did pay for this hotel. The rooms are very small, towels are pitiful and you have to be very careful getting in and out of the shower as it is placed into the wall -- you would have to see it!
The front desk staff, proximity to both Kalispell and Whitefish and bathroom - vanity area design.
Highway 93 was loud with my window open but that's Americana.
It was centrally located to downtown Kalispell as well as newer shops. Plenty of parking
Somewhat pricey but all hotels this time of year(summer) are. Overall pleasant experience for one night stay.
