I never stayed at this hotel. When I arrived, the surrounding of the area was very sketchy and to appeared to be unsafe. I immediately, told the front desk staff I wanted to cancel my reservations. And I would not be staying there. However, this hotel charged my card as if I stayed. I'm very upset and disappointed. I tried to call the hotel, the misses at the front desk, talked over me and hung up.

Easy check in, the rooms were nice, easy to control thermostat, size of room, bright lit hallways, amazing staff, loved the restaurant and bar.
