The bed and in-room jacuzzi tub was nice. Clean.
Fridge leaked, bad location. Hidden $34 charge.
I like how clean it expect the mold in the bathroom shower the staff came and cleaned the room as soon as possible , the location is nice close to a lot of things If you have a car.
The wifi connection was ok only connects to certain devices , and the lack of channels on Tv and the phone didn't make outgoing calls , you have to pay for ice ,thin walls , it was noisy outside at night and a lot of homeless people in the area at night it could of been cheaper
Staff was nice, hot tub nice, quite at night
No microwave in room, no coffee pot in room. Have to pay extra for ice. Stains in bed. Stains on shower curtin. AC dosent work manually
I liked the location.
The washroom was unclean and badly stained.
Location and value
Awful area, you don't feel safe to walk around especially in the night.
A bit pricey for the location with no continental breakfast offered. Twenty dollars cheaper per night would have been more reasonable
Location. Location. Location.
The store across the street on Alvarado that blasts TexMex tunes at earpiercing volume from early in the morning until after dark. What on earth?
It is ok near to Down Town
Staffs are not communicable, they do not respect clients
i like the wifi speed; free parking; and comfort the bed.
i hate the clean...strange smelling and the stuff lack of the happiness; like we own her for 1 million.
Pillows were hard
Parking lot was full, the attendant had to show us to an odd shape parking space. Their children were playing in the parking lot with a ball and got upset when we were trying to leave the premises in our car...like we were rude. We had a drip coming out of the shower heads and the curtain in the shower was too small so water was dripping outside wich created a puddle on the floor.
The walls were really thin and we were awaken more than once in at least two nights by the occupants of other rooms.
I had the worse experience ever here. First, there were roach residue on the walls, carpet, and dresser. Second, the damn tv alarm CONSTANTLY went off while I was ASLEEP waking me up nervously. It went off 4 times before a staff finally came to remove the alarm. Hands down the bed was the best but cleanliness they get an F.
The shower. Was. Not. Clean. And all.
Bad neighbourhood, nobody speaking English in the area so very difficult to ask your way around. Almost nobody present at the reception when needed so couldn't rely on staff for directions and help. Smoke odour in the room although we had a non smoking room
I like the spa room, but it wasn't the best location
A lot of homeless people in that area. One way in and out
Next to a Mexican neighbourhood, cheap food in the area. Downtown is one underground stop away. Nothing wrong with the area regarding safety etc. as seen in previous reviews.
Some drunken Americans were arguing at 3am on Sunday. I did not interfere as was too tired, could have sorted them out easily.
Location, price, proximity to downtown and highway access
Place is only for sleeping, not much else to do
Free parking, wi-fi.
Didn't feel safe in the area, receptionist was rude, somebody lied to us over the phone about continental breakfast, room wasn't very clean.
Close to downtown LA because you are in it. Very close to LA LIVE but a bit close to the action like, police choppers and so forth.
Other than new towels and beds made each day the room was pretty average. But if you are looking for budget price you will get budget accommodation.
Secure parking that's for sure.
Horrible customer service, he just wanted my money didn't care if we were comfortable, was very rude to my guest, I paid for 2 people, no reason for him to threaten my guest with police, that was rude, when asked to use microwave, he said no!save ur $
Security, cleanliness, friendliness of staff, price, centrally located
a bit noisy...it's at the corner of busy streets. But traffic fades later in the evening, and the room fan gives white noise that lets you sleep well.
Ignorant Staff Very unsafe area - especially a solo traveller Nowhere near Pico metro station Very noisey rooms
