Ligging was perfect, 10 min lopen naar Staples Center. Wij waren hier voor Basketbal en IJshockey games. Net naast hotel ligt een Mc Donalds en Subway en 100 meter verder een supermarkt 7Eleven.

Veel mensen schreven negatief over dit hotel maar dat is flink overdreven. Misschien dat er een keer een laagje stof op een kast ligt of dat het tapijt een paar vlekken bevat maar dat is normaal als je weinig voor een kamer betaald.

De service was erg goed. Wij kwamen met onze Camper omdat we graag in de stad wilden zijn , dicht bij de metro. We konden zelfs onze rv parkeren! Prima locatie de metro is op korte loopafstand.

De prijs van 90 dollar is wel goed voor deze locatie. Parkeren kan op de binnenplaats wat een must is voor die buurt. Er zit mooi kogelvrij glas in de receptie. De lakens van de bedden waren schoon maar het beddensprei zag er erg groezelig uit.

Het klinkt misschien vreemd maar de kamer stonk naar verse wiet. Verder was het interieur oud en versletenen en de koelkast was stuk. Op de site staat aangegeven dat er een ontbijt is inbegrepen maar dat is niet correct. Er staat 's ochtends alleen koffie in de receptie.

Worse place to go do not recommend

The location was great, walking distance 2 The Staples Center and minutes 2 Hollywood driving. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised there was a flat screen TV, especially 4 the cost it was 4 the room and there wasn't a lot of noise in the surrounding area. Overall I had a pleasant visit and I'd definitely stay there again.

The bed had plastic under the sheets and it made a lot of noise and there wasn't that many channels 2 choose from: They did have HBO and ESPN though, so I wasn't complaining.

I liked that it was cheap and that there were plenty of restaurants around.

I didn't like that you could see through the windows from the outside. Becuase of this I had to keep my curtains closed the whole time and the neighborhood doesn't seem to be the safest at night.

Everything. It was dirty, we got a spa tub and couldn't even use it due to the amount of soap scum covering it. The location was absolutely terrible and frightening. I honestly cannot think of a single thing I liked.

Easy to access and very clean. Good value.

We could hear the people in the room next to us very clearly talking. One night of our stay there was a live band playing locally that we could hear. On the last morning of our stay there was a live band playing at 7am (on a Monday too). We could hear both bands in our room. It would have been nice to be warned about the bands ahead of time.

Inside the room was mostly clean and comfortable.

So many things. I am coming back to LA but would never consider staying here again. Firstly it is in a really bad area of LA. The metro is close, but the metro is opposite MacArthur Park which has a profusion of homeless people living in and around it. Secondly the Indian management are incredibly rude. I had such an unpleasant experience just checking in I did not want to deal with them again so I left a note for the cleaner on my bed asking her not to do any housekeeping, which brings me to... Thirdly, the housekeeper couldn't read English, and threw out some of my belongings during her cleaning. Despite the cleaning, there were other people's toenails on my bathroom floor and a cockroach hopped out of bed with me one morning. Overall, this place is fairly unpleasant and not worth it.

Wifi was constantly dropping away

It was really quiet in my room, with minimum street noise.

They had roaches and the beds are really hard.

The room was filthy and there was drug paraphernalia in the drawer of the bedside table

It was clean, not noisy, smell free. Very comfortable beds. Good location. Affordable price.

Bathroom clean and bathroom area clean, bed and pillows very comfortable and I was able to get a restful nights sleep; safe area, free parking; front desk person was very nice; free wi fi,

Carperts were filthy could not walk around without socks /feet becoming filthy; the entry door had a 1"gap at the bottom letting light and my concern was bugs coming in during the night I ended up placing a towel along the bottom

The rooms are beyond filthy. Bathroom tiles all filled with black mold. Gooey stuff on the shower walls. Brown stains that look like dried up blood on the shower curtains. Hairs in the sink and on the bathroom floor. Hairs and stains on the comforter of the bed. Stains all over the walls. Leaking toilet. Heater doesn't work properly. Really bad neighborhood. People screaming and yelling at all hours of the night inside and outside of the hotel. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing, even snoring. The guy at the front desk is extremely rude. Screamed and yelled at us because we asked for a blanket. The blankets on the bed are too small for the bed and heater doesn't work. We said we wanted to check out the following day. He said too much of a short notice so he would have to charge a 1 night penalty. We said ok we will stay an additional night than so no penalty. He said no way, no refund. There is a sign that says no refund so they don't care how they treat you or how dirty the hotel is. This man was very nasty and mean, a male chauvinist. He got really aggressive. We slept with a chair blocking the door since we didn't feel safe. On the entrance of the office there is a sign that says No drugs, No prostitution, but I think this hotel is suitable for that and that is what goes on in there.

Drunk guests and making too much noises around the building..! Also don't like the odor of the room.., I don't know what kind of air freshner they put inside..!

staff behavior was not good

It was close to many restaurants, and the metro was just about a block and a half away. I had no trouble getting around without a car. The hotel was comfortable, and roomy for one.

The checkout was by 11am. There were a lot of people (children, teens, adults) hanging out outside the hotel rooms all day long.

We did not like the recepcionist. She was rude, and dismissive.

Everything! This place is ugly, dirty, smells horribly, and the staff is worse than all of the above things I just mentioned the manager has no respect for privacy and women! He is always watching your every move and yells at you if he sees someone pick you up even if its a cab!!!!! No visitors allowed at any time (even prison allows visitors)!!!! And to top it off its in a ghetto area, the rooms are hideous!!! This place needs to look up the definition of the word "customer service" because obviously the dont know the meaning of it and certainly don't respect the main reason why they even have jobs to begin with (the customers) I will never go back there again and I will tell everyone I know not to go unless they want to get yelled at by a dude in a foreign language used as a pathetic excuse of english and that by some Miracle got given a management position by someone with obviously very poor judgement.
