Score from 279 reviews Very good 8/10
Very easy to find - sign visible from I40. Value for money - low price and basic accomodation. Guest laundry and continental breakfast.
Very noisy a/c. Wi Fi can only be used on one appliance eg laptop OR iPad OR phone - WHY?? Also had to reconnect each time wanted to use it.
Bugs everywhere What more can I say!
Friendly staff. Good room. Nice outdoor pool.
Large room, comfortable beds, adequate breakfast, nice pool.
The air conditioner was not adequate for the size of the room and the temperature. It was OK but not really cool enough for me.
It had a bed and I couldn't drive any further.
poor performance with check in; room was very hot and the controls were totally out of reach. The shower was extremely hard to turn on and the water pressure was bad; the towels were skimpy; the soap and shampoo were in dispensers both in the shower and on the wall and the soap was empty in both places.
Took a long time to check in and had to switch rooms because tv didnt work
Friendly Staff Plenty of TV Channels Plenty of Nearby Dining options Pool Parking Location This was the 3rd America's Best Value Inn I stayed at on my trip from TN to CA and 2nd best (really a tie for first). Although my GPS had me get off at the exit before and go down a desolate winding road, it is actually right off the Interstate if you go down to the next exit. Restaurants are available at the next two exits and the night manager was more than willing to give guidance and directions when it came to food and gas. At his recommendation, I went back into AZ to get gas, before continuing my trip, because gas is literally 80 cents more per gallon on the CA side. This is the only location where I was comfortable leaving my vehicle unattended. The satellite included movie channels. I didn't use the pool, but others were. The fact that it was available was a welcome thought as when I first arrived it was 110 degrees out! Once the sun set, if felt great outside.
Air Conditioning No coffeemaker in room Breakfast The air conditioner was a window unit that had been rigged up on the inside wall. I didn't see the switch by the sink and initially climbed up in a chair trying to turn it on. The switch is on/off, there is no high, low or otherwise, but it doesn't matter, you want it on high. There was no coffeemaker in the room and the coffee at "breakfast" (cereal and bread) was HORRIBLE! I poured it out and went to a restaurant.
pool, flat screen tv
breakfast of dry cereal, loaf of bread and a toaster. broken tiles in bathroom
The hotel was in a perfect location. The price was great and the young gentleman that greeted was very nice. Hotel room was clean overall great stay for the price.
Good budget accomdation that would be ok for a couple of days. The WIFI was fast and free!!
Everything was fine! There are no restaurants close by but that was ok!
We enjoyed our stay at this location nothing to complain and that everything was good to us.
Ease access from freeway
Lobby smelled of curry - sickeningly strong. Rooms are old and pourly repaired. Sheets were old and thin, pillows were flat. Stained carpet.
The incense smell in the office. Being given a smokers room - don't think these should be allowed
The swimming pool was well maintained
Below average breakfast
The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and competent. There was a bit of a mix-up with our reservation, but he worked it out with no problem. The next time that we are in Needles, we will definitely be staying here. You cannot beat the value.
Included breakfast is poor quality, but for the price it's understandable.
That they accept dogs and are inexpensive
Run down facility
adequate for travel
breakfast, internet, bed
Clean, comfortable and an excellent value. We would definitely stay there again.
very good price and good quality...Romina Chang from Taipei,Taiwan
Buon rapporto prezzo per notte
Molto rumoroso, sporco
Worst hotel ever. Pool was closed during spring break. Housekeeping is optional depending on how they feel that day I guess. The lady that works there just sits there chain smoking right outside the door which makes the place smeel like an ash tray when your near the office. Thought there was some kind of ordinance that says you need to be 25 feet from the door for smokers. Stinks up the whole place. If your passing by, just keep going.
Price and location Room had a flat screen tv
1) even though it was supposedly a non smoking room....it smelled of smoke or some other smell 2) 2 of the 3 lamps in the room did not even have light bulbs. 3) room was dusty....you can tell it had been cleaned after last guest....but since I was there at a slow time of year for Needles....you can tell it had sat vacant for quite some time and even vacant rooms get dusty. Even the upper corners of the bed sheets had dust on them. I had to brush them off and wipe down things. 4). Overall you could just tell it was a base value motel. Things were warn and walls had misc bad patch jobs etc. 5). I was in town for a funeral and a lot of guests stayed here...rooms were full....so I did not have the option of moving to another room.
The price was about right for the value.
The bath/shower control was faulty.
Bed was comfortable and the linen had a fresh clean smell, like they just came out of the dryer.
Carpet was coming up and the tack strip was showing (really hurt when I forgot my slippers!) and there was one light switch for the two part bathroom. So if someone had to use the restroom in the middle of the night, both parts (inside toilet/shower area and the outside where the sink was) lights came on!
Staff was very friendly and helpful in finding us places to eat.
Soap dispensers were an unpersonal touch
