I love the location.

Cleanliness: NONE Customer Service: Just OK, I had no toilet paper, I had to go ask for it. The bed sheets were never changed. Bathroom shower stink horribly.

The price was the best from nearest hotels, big and clean room, a lot of facilities in the room: hair dryer, tv, iron, fone etc. Near the hotel is 24 ours opend pub.

Breakfast was very poor, but it was included in price.

We had to be moved to another room, due to issues. The second room was only slightly better. Was told that the section we were in had just been re-opened due to their busy season just beginning and had not had a maintenance review yet. Seemed a flimsy excuse.

Located near to niagara falls and can easily get shuttle there. American falls just 10 min drive away. Wifi was good. Tops supermarket one mile away.

U hardly find anyone at the front desk. Laundry facility is poor. Staff is not friendly. Breakfast is fair but it seemed to be supervised breakfast. The old lady responsible for breakfast is extremely non professional and nonfriendly.

Sadly, there were only 2 positives, ample parking and location.

Owner/front desk person was far from welcoming or friendly. The room was supposed to be a patio room but the doors did not open. When we asked, we were told the doors were sealed shut for security reasons. Then why was there a security bar? Room definitely needed a full makeover, it was dark, grungy and smelled bad. Yes, it was a smoking room, that's why we booked the patio room so we could open the door to air the room. If the patio door was sealed for security reasons, then use an air freshener! House keeping did not replace our coffee + condiments for use on our 2nd morning, tried to get replacement, but no one was manning the front desk. No one came even after we dialed "0". If we could cancel the reservation upon arrival, we would have. We have stayed at other budget hotels, but this has to be the worst. I guess management does not believe in repeat business....

The location was excellent! This is the best thing this hotel had to offer.

My bed was made daily however, the sheets were never changed. The reason I know this is because there was a tear in the sheet that was in the same place each day. There was also a leak from the bathroom toilet that they simply wrapped a towel around. Didn't bother to give me another room nor did they come back to inspect the leak. Cleanliness very disturbing.

I can not believe as an on line booking company you oviously do not go and look at these facilitys This faciulty needs a complete over haul The smell in the hall and in the rooms was be on cleanniness I had to go to wal mart and by spray deoderizer and lysol snd i spayed the whole room and bed I even slepted in my clothes It looks like this place go's to other hotels that are shutting down and puirchases there used items I was disgusted in this hotel there are better ones around in the same area

it's so cold in the room even the heat is on, not a good option for winter

My husband got robbed in the parking lot at 730p.M. They sent us to a room that was being fumigating then told us they had no bed bugs. My husband woke up in the morning being eaten by bed bugs. I had to fumigate my car as well as all my stuff. My husbands $600 phone got craked while being robbed. Very unsatified. Will never return.

Location was good as far as shopping is concerned. Price was good. All you want is a place to sleep. Clean and cheap.

You get what you pay for - in this case not very much. Like all the motels in the area, it's in dire need of an update.

I called the female receptionist in the hotel to provide one more bed a day before I arrived. She promised to do so once I arrive. When I got to hotel and asked her to provide the extra bed she said I didnt call her. She raised her voice and insulted me many times. She wanted to call police 2 times because I was asking for an extra bed. She was very impolite with me. I asked her to call police but she couldnt because she has nothing to say. If you want to deal with such people dont make calls its better to be via emails that they will not be able to deny. I will not go again there while that receptionist still in her position. I advise all my friends not to go there. She really impressed me and put me in a critical situation.

Many bus tours stay here. Their guests are very noisy in the halls on their way to breakfast.

The spa in the room was very nice along with the location of the hotel.

There was a bunch of someone else's hair that needed to be cleaned out of the spa before use.

Nothing stood out to remember. I would rather forget. Your web site is misleading.

Security was an issue. Big signs in the parking lot signs says remove all items from your car. I parked near the street in front of building under the street light. Usually I park near my room. Room 116 needs a paint job, bathroom needs repair, hall ways needs air refreshner and upgrades.

This property needs to be levelled and rebuilt, it is old, falling apart and discusting. While staying there for two nights, our bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was a pill on the floor in the corner very visable and it was still there after 48 hours. As well it had a musty smell, as well the pipes rattled all night. This was not a very good experience / I would never return there again, at any cost.

bathrm tiles in tube were not clean,and also did not have a small frig to keep water in or drinks other then that the room was clean oh except the linens were stains on them ....

price was good.

I came at 1 pm but they do not allow me check in until 3 pm.
