Everything, from the dirty beds, to poor customer service. .shower curtains, linen on bed..worse experience every.
The room wasn't clean as I thought it would be, beds were not comfortable, cigarettes smell was very strong( I requested non smoking room) which woke me up twice
Staff nice Facilities awfully poor and deteriorated Coffee very limited Very poor service I would not recommend at all
cleanning the staires is rusted the bath room is rust all over the towels is very dirty and old. and the area it self.
Location was great for seeing a concert at Susquehanna.
Property itself is less than desireable and a bit of a slum. Loud abnoxious residential guests caring on conversations outside at all hours. Room wasn't bad but make sure sheets have been changed. Also, was told prior to arrival there were mini frigs in every room but ours didnt have one. Was given the run around about getting one which ultimately never happened. Local eateries (Dominos Pizza) advertises late night delivery but told us not taking delivery orders when we called. Room served its purpose for a place to get ready for a concert and crash afterwards. I couldnt wait to leave the next morning and I didnt shower.
Room were large
No Micwave electrical outlet did not work and staff did not clean room after we arrive
Close to Camden Waterfront amphitheater, fair value for the money
A/C didnt work that well, one of the two beds was practically on the floor
Could have been cleaner, surroundings were a bit 'shady'
Location was great. Rooms spacious. A/C unit worked great.
Not enough towels Wifi signal was poor Shower head was in bad shape.
The sheets were not changed when we got there. There was still someone else's hair all over the sheets. Most of the outlets in the room didn't work. There was smeared blood on the wall in the bathroom and the room was extremely dirty. On top of the poor conditions, it was clear the clientele at this motel was of a lower standard, most of the people we saw were visibly on drugs and we feared our car could be compromised during the night. I would highly suggest anyone looking in to booking a room here reconsider.
They changed my room from very basic to almost an efficiency. Once inside room it is spacious and met my needs Rooms are being renovated on a regular basis The location was perfect for getting into the city for attractions without the hassle of finding ANY parking Loved the lake/park on one side of the hotel for walking paths
The building is rather run down, I.e. rusty, well used stairways
Restroom without hair dryer. And we didn't even find button to turn on the light when we got in to the room. The price is exactly tooo much for what it is really worthy.
location and able to check in late.
paper band around toilet that says "sanitized" means nothing. Opened lid to see gob of hair & a used hair conditioner packet. picked up extra toilet paper on vanity to find several long hairs under that, as well as dirt. Stayed here in the 80's when it was HoJo, and it hasn't been upgraded since.
Location to the venue I was attending.
I have stayed at the facility previously. Something has seriously chaned since i was last there in August of 2013. The room was physically in bad shape. Serious cosmetic damage. The sink would not drain in the bathroom. There was feces smeared on the toilet plumbing. When we brought this to the attention of the desk staff they assured us it would be fixed. When we returned at 10pm that night nothing was fixed. they tried to placate us by moving us to a different room. This room was cosmetically worse. There was duct tape on the walls. No towels, no hangers, no luggage rack, and the refrigerator sounded like it was going to explode. We will be following this dreadful experience with their corporate office. We did take pictures and video.
Price Value for sure
Person at the registration - not friendly at all.
Location near Cooper River Park
We had booked 2 rooms, then decided we only needed 1 room. We got some money back!
The first room had a fridge and a microwave but no working electrical outlets. The one outlet that did work crackled and sparked. The other room had no microwave, and no fridge but had no electrical problem. So, we stayed in that room. We will never go back there again! Oh, I didn't want to forget to add, on that one and only stairwell. Someone had puked all over the stairs and it was there until we left(3 days) So disgusting!! Young hoodlums were always hanging about which made us uncomfortable.
It was clean, the cheapest in the area and served the purpose, but I would not use it again. I would drive to my final destination and use the motel 6 in East Brunswick
The tub had been re-painted several times and the paint was chipped and in piir condition
