The guy working at the front desk was helpful, but the place is a disaster

Sheets bleed Red onto my sleepware. Breakfast ended at 9am instead of 10am. Staff quite inconsiderate, and quite uncaring. Dust accumalaiton from where new carpet was installed. Almost hour wait for shuttle after 3 seperate calls. Sign on desk states "shuttle every half hour", however that is false. When you go down they say you have to call and schedule the night before or hour before you want to leave.

We slept

Staff not trained. 3 times before card key entry worked. Dirty room. Breakfast was stall muffin. Cheap and felt every bit of it!

Previous comments I read about the hotel being of shoddy quality with an uncaring staff were unfounded. I found the room to be fine and the staff as well.

My toilet was stopped up for over 8 hours and I received poor service in getting the matter resolved. I was told to go back to my room and wait tell service comes in which it never did and the next morning I approach the owner and demanded someone come to fix it

I thought the staffs were lousy and the morning breakfast was horrific. Their juice machine didn't work, they were out of milk and just poor food quality. Very unhappy.

This hotel was not very well maintained.I Had booked two nights stay online, upon arrival the clerk could not locate my reservation. The clerks spoke extremely broken english making communication difficult.The second evening I realized since working till early am I would not be able to make the eleven am check out time without sleeping so I decided to book another night just to be able to sleep in before travelling. I booked the third stay late at night with the desk clerk who agreed to give me a discount, paid with cash. After work I finally got into bed around 0700 hrs.I Was awoken by house keeping,turned them away. Had cell phone on silent and went back to sleep. I was again awoke(approx.1300hrs.) by a banging on the door from a man saying to call the front desk...room phone started ringing and noticed several missed calls on cell phone.The daylight manager(all names are impossible to remember let alone pronounce) was yelling that I owed him twelve dollars.I Showed him the card from the night employee and he said he basically did not care and there must have been a "miscommunication" Well now the whole reason of paying the extra night was shot do to this miscommunication.The manager refused to give a refund and insisted to recieve his twelve dollars so I can "enjoy" my stay....needless to say I just left..lost my paid nights money,over twelve damn dollars,and travelled extremely tired. I would not recommend this dump of hotel to ANYONE....oh dont get me started on the cleanliness .....health department will be notified.

Price I thought originally what I was to pay was a good price.

I guess due to my lack of checking out info completely, I was charged an additional fee for leaving my vehicle parked at the hotel for a week.

Easily accessible, very budget friendly, clean, friendly staff.

Continental breakfast was already out of items by 8:30 am, our room (king size bed) did not have a hair dryer, iron/ironing board, and a fridge.

It was close to the airport and provided a shuttle.

We arrived late at night and this hotel was so close to the airport. Good value for money. Beds very comfortable. The breakfast was very nice that was included in room rate. We are returning in one week to fly back to JFK and will definitely stay here again. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

They are refurbishing, but the building was just kind of dumpy. It was clean, but not very inviting. It just seemed old and dated--in need of updating.

It was clean, comfortable, economical, and had shuttle service to the airport.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom needed repaired and was very loud. Also I do not smoke and I was in a smoking room.

The location was excellent. The price.

The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom floors had dirt in the corners which was obvious there for quite some time. The room also had a musty smell. With a little revival, this would be an awesome place; although I must say, for the price, I'd rebook and put up with the musty smell and the kind of dirt wasn't the type that I consider a dealbreaker (get out of dodge & find room).

Close to the airport

This is close to one of the worst hotels/motels I have ever stayed in. Motel 6 is much better, and less expensive. The only reason I stayed here was there were no vacancies at Motel 6. The motel furniture was home made and of poor craftmanship. The bathroom was exceptionally small. And the room stank of smoke.

The room smells musty. We ask if we could have more pillows and we were told that housekeeping is close. The fan in the shower is so loud you couldn't here someone is at the door

This place is a disaster. It had structural problems, air conditioner did not work...which may be good since it was mold-laden.....stained mattresses....dirty shower......it was awful. I slept in my vehicle instead of staying in the room.

I can't really say anything positive.

Well, let's see, the staff seemed unhappy, there was dried blood on our comforter, and the breakfast can best be described as meager.
