We had a very poor experience: bad smelling room, dried urine on the
toilet, broken towel holder in bathroom, dead skin/soap scum in hot
tub, UN-vacuumed carpet, non working a/c (worked- but did not blow
cold air), UN-flush able toilet, black mold on windows & sills,
ripped screens, dead bugs on sills, Large blood or rust stain on bed
skirt, and false online advertisement. Online stated the bed was
"King Size" and there was a microwave. Neither were true!
There were more adversaries but these were our majoring contributors in
our decision to not stay. Also when we brought these issues/concerns
up to the owner, she stated that she had never heard of any of those
problems before and would only be able to credit us for 2 of the 3
nights we paid for as it's "hotel policy" even though we
spent less than an hour there! Four days after this we still have not
been credited a refund at all in any amount.
The owner seemed very nice even though she wasn't very professional
having her baby with her.
