It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the shower lots of hot water.
We had to cut our vacation short, and needed a place to stay in St. George since it was about half way home. It was a great price, especially since we couldn't get a refund from our other hotel for leaving early. It was also pet friendly. We had our 3 small dogs. The room was convenient to the outside, and it was warm. The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom was not clean. There was a build up of soap on the shelves and the tub had a black film on it. We also found long black hairs in the sheets. So although it meet our needs, it was dirty. I cleaned motels while in college, and I know it doesn't take much to keep a room clean.
Not bad quick in and out place. I would stay again
How loud the hallways were. Could hear neighbors easily.
The dirt, dust, crumbs behind the bed and under the table from other guests. The bath tub was clogged, left notes to please have it fixed after no one would answer the phone at the front desk. Lacked greatly in the cleanliness area. The photo of room online looked nothing like our room. Maded reservations to have my two children stay with us and was only left 3 towels and on the second day we were left one wash rag 4=3? Left one day early couldn't take it anymore!!! I am sure this chain has standards (that is why I booked with them) this motel/hostel is not abiding by them.
No elevator breakfast was okay but would of liked more fruits
The guy on shift needs more help. He was the receptionist, the breakfast cook, the owner, etc.etc. He had the same shirt on from the night before.
Second night there were no bugs in my bed.
When I checked in my toilet was already backed up and there was toilet paper in the toilet. First night had bugs biting me. They were little flat things that looked like ticks. They switched my room but did not refund any of the first night.
Ice machine. Close lol
We only had 2 towels for a double room. No hand towels or wash rags. You can here every move from other guests.
Room was clean
Breakfast was a joke. Towels were small and rough as sandpaper. Doors and walls were very thin. You could hear everything in the hall.
cafe da manha fraco
It was clean
Outdated tv, Cheetah chairs, carpet was bubbling up by the bed
The mattress was the highlight
The staff was not very accommodating The heater was on the room. It was at least 100 degrees and took until 4 AM to cool off. The hair dryer didn't work. We had to get one from the front desk and there were two people there. Facility was dirty and unkept.
like the location very much, water was hot for shower.
parking area dirty full of cigarette butts and trash, carpet in rooms and hallway very dirty, odor was bad in rooms. not what I expected from pictures on internet. bed was not clean
Dirty floors. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Towels were dinghy. Someone in the room above us kept moving things around all night. It was a very unpleasant stay
The management was helpful when we complained about how dirty our room was and that there were other problems with the room.
How dirty our room was. The freezer part of the fridge needed to be defrosted. The ice was so thick that the freezer door wouldn't close. The top drawer of the dresser would not open properly and two of the light bulbs in the vanity and bathroom area were out. There was also long hairs all over the room, on towels, sheets, and in the sink. There were dirty smudges all over the shower, phone, and floor. The ironing board had no pad on it to be able to iron clothes. I have been a maid and if I ever left a room like that I would be on my own time re-cleaning it. And for the cost of the room $78.00, I don't feel it was worth it and will never book at that hotel again.
Floors were tile so it looked very clean.
bathtub could be sealed better along edges
Very welcoming staff. Quiet with comfortable beds. Close to many dining options. We got in late with a very active toddler. The staff allowed us to swim despite it being kinda late(9:00pm).
Older facility. Needs new linens, but over all clean.
I felt like the room was very nice. I booked late in the week prior to the fourth of July and there was not much available in St George. I was a little apprehensive because of the price. But I was surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price.
I was on the first floor and it seemed like there was nothing between the first and second floors. You could hear every step that they made above us.
location and price
need new tv
the confort of the room
we were using this hotel as a stop over on the way from the North Rim to Las Vegas. Worked out great for us. Location was good ..and found a nice restaurant within walking distance.
The complimentery breakfast was great.
Cheap night stay - that was about it.
Hotel was pretty beat up. Not up-to-date. Breakfast was lacking, staff was lazy.
