4 outlets only 2 worked. And it's easy to small for it to be a double. And wasn't very safe feeling, we put the iron board in front of the door.
Receptionist was very friendly
Wet towels behind front door from previous guest, dirty ash try, holes in walls, mold and soap scum in tub, cover off smoke alarm, wallpaper falling, cracks in bathroom door and screws sticking out to catch clothes on, trash on floors, actual dirt in drawers, loose plug in under desk, no bedspread, air conditioner was going off and on and making a horrible sound all night, bed broke down in middle and we rolled to center of bed all night. Carpets were soiled and there was holes in the couch where you put your arm. I took pictures and plan on sending to the health department and hotel assn.
Our door didn't shut properly. The locks worked, but it didn't fully seal. We heard a couple arguing outside very distinctly, the sound proofing wasn't great. Two of the three towels had stains and the breakfast provide was apples, individually wrapped cheap breakfast cakes, and granola bars.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The initial look of the room was clean and well presented.
Mix up on my room, but they took care of me
Great staff, lots of bikers which was loud, but over all I would stay again, best housekeeper in any hotel I have ever stayed, friendly, helpful
Everything. The pics on the website must have been taken a zillion years ago. It is nothing like it looks in the pics at all.
Absolutely nothing. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
WiFi was terribly slow in the week I stayed.
The room smelled like smoke and bathroom was not clean
Parking garage is kind of scary-looking. Was not always sure about safety, but there were no incident. The facility could use some fixing up, but it did the job.
That my brother could smoke indoors during the freezing winter cold. Also, the location is great, less than a mile from the arch. Never had a problem with the Wifi.
I'm a pretty tough guy and walking through the homeless people to get to the hotel from the convention Center was traumatic. Maybe you think it is bc I live in a small town but I am well travelled. The homeless people (who I feel sorry for) tried to approach me several times. It was scary.
The rooms were ok and the staff was friendly.
Staff was really helpful, I got lost call them and they put me back on the right path
We know have bedbugs after stay at the hotel just great. Now we have bomb the house wash all clothes and bedding in our place
In need of good house keepers and maintenance.
The gentleman and security guard were very friendly and nice. The rooms were in need of cleaning and maintenance. Front office said they were short staff as far as cleaning crew. He made every attempt to make our stay pleasant. Considering last minute booking for late night stay just to get some rest and leave early morning we were ok. Thanks
there was very light bed covers the noise from the free way the elevator felt as if it was going to breakdown
it was a short walk to Morgan St Brewery which had a great assortment of beer and a great meal
Room was disgusting, locks didn't work, front desk lady was rude and blamed me and didn't offer any help, unsafe feeling, view of stairwell
Overall cleanliness was poor. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. One bathroom still had used soap and a used wash cloth in the tub. Very shabby looking overall. Good for a bed, that's it. I expected a little for since we paid $100.
Location near highway and Savis Center
Being next to the casino at a great rate for a weekend trip!!!!!
Breakfast consisted of: Coffee from a thermos, a pastry. The room was WAY overpriced!!!! There was no plate in the microwave, no iron, towels felt like sandpaper; light bulbs had blown and there was only one light working. The desk was broken and there was someone elses clothes in the drawer and used feminine "material" on the shelf by the closet. The bed shirt on the bed was torn and hanging. AND those were the good parts!!! The staff was excellent and kudos to Theresa and Jay. I thank them for making my stay bearable!!
I liked the bed. It was comfortable, and I was tired.
dirty room, floor looked like it hadn't been swept forever
could smoke in room and large bed
Nothing in breakfast
Bed was fine
I was skeptical of the stay due to the reviews before the stay. The noise from the highway truly was extremely loud and prevented me from falling asleep. The non smoking room smelt like smoke. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a food processor when you turned on the light and I was stuck taking a shower with very minor light because of fear the fan would short out and cause a fire. The fridge stunk so bad when I opened it, so much that I had to open the door to the room for fresh air. The next morning I tried to use the microwave and it would not work. I figured out that it was the wall outlet that was loose like some of the others in the room so it was a chore to see which ones worked so I could move the fridge and use, also charge our phones. There was also a man who circled the property looking for his friend "Matt" for two hours beating on doors and windows. This individual came to our door three times beating on the door yelling Matt three different times I suppose due to the fact we had a do not disturb tag on the door he felt as if his friend was inside this particular room. Calling down to the office did no good as the man at the desk said the individual was just drunk and looking for his friend and asked if he was there and the office staff said they could not give out that information so this drunk individual then stormed off on foot and took it upon himself to try and find his friend. I told the staff member to have his manager call me in the morning and as you would suspect I received no phone call. I would not recommend at all due to the fact you can get a peaceful working room somewhere else for the same price.
noise of highway tub could of been cleaner tv was out of date
Staff looked after us and even gave us a late check out!
The facility reminded me of a Motel 6. The price was ball park for me, but I prefer a more upscale lodging.
I liked the location because it was walking distance from the Organo Gold Convention site. Also, the room had a microwave and refrigerator. I had a private entrance; no long hallways to walk.
The room was terrible. Old and nasty.
The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly.
