Score from 166 reviews Very good
it was a short walk to Morgan St Brewery which had a great assortment of beer and a great meal
there was very light bed covers the noise from the free way the elevator felt as if it was going to breakdown
Room was disgusting, locks didn't work, front desk lady was rude and blamed me and didn't offer any help, unsafe feeling, view of stairwell
Location near highway and Savis Center
Overall cleanliness was poor. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. One bathroom still had used soap and a used wash cloth in the tub. Very shabby looking overall. Good for a bed, that's it. I expected a little for since we paid $100.
Being next to the casino at a great rate for a weekend trip!!!!!
I liked the bed. It was comfortable, and I was tired.
Breakfast consisted of: Coffee from a thermos, a pastry. The room was WAY overpriced!!!! There was no plate in the microwave, no iron, towels felt like sandpaper; light bulbs had blown and there was only one light working. The desk was broken and there was someone elses clothes in the drawer and used feminine "material" on the shelf by the closet. The bed shirt on the bed was torn and hanging. AND those were the good parts!!! The staff was excellent and kudos to Theresa and Jay. I thank them for making my stay bearable!!
could smoke in room and large bed
dirty room, floor looked like it hadn't been swept forever
Bed was fine
Nothing in breakfast
I was skeptical of the stay due to the reviews before the stay. The noise from the highway truly was extremely loud and prevented me from falling asleep. The non smoking room smelt like smoke. The exhaust fan in the bathroom sounded like a food processor when you turned on the light and I was stuck taking a shower with very minor light because of fear the fan would short out and cause a fire. The fridge stunk so bad when I opened it, so much that I had to open the door to the room for fresh air. The next morning I tried to use the microwave and it would not work. I figured out that it was the wall outlet that was loose like some of the others in the room so it was a chore to see which ones worked so I could move the fridge and use, also charge our phones. There was also a man who circled the property looking for his friend "Matt" for two hours beating on doors and windows. This individual came to our door three times beating on the door yelling Matt three different times I suppose due to the fact we had a do not disturb tag on the door he felt as if his friend was inside this particular room. Calling down to the office did no good as the man at the desk said the individual was just drunk and looking for his friend and asked if he was there and the office staff said they could not give out that information so this drunk individual then stormed off on foot and took it upon himself to try and find his friend. I told the staff member to have his manager call me in the morning and as you would suspect I received no phone call. I would not recommend at all due to the fact you can get a peaceful working room somewhere else for the same price.
noise of highway tub could of been cleaner tv was out of date
Staff looked after us and even gave us a late check out!
I liked the location because it was walking distance from the Organo Gold Convention site. Also, the room had a microwave and refrigerator. I had a private entrance; no long hallways to walk.
The facility reminded me of a Motel 6. The price was ball park for me, but I prefer a more upscale lodging.
The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly.
The room was terrible. Old and nasty.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Run down room. Poor water pressure for shower. Needs a remodel!!
Great room, Excellent front desk staff (Sandeep). Comfortable.
A little dingy looking but looks are deceiving
The staff was really friendly, they gave us a nice room with a perfect view of the dome, and the colorful ferris wheel. They even let us keep our car in the parking lot after checkout time, so we could still attend the conference and not have to worry about parking. The room was very comfortable and the beds were nice to sleep in. I bought my own towels and soaps, but they were very generous with the towels. Great location!!!
The Wifi was not that good, worked very slow.
Room was clean Carpet felt clean with in walking distance to Dome Friendly staff
Refrigerator didn't work Microwave didn't work need a small coffee pot in room. As a solo traveler and female, I didn't like going outside and down to the lobby for coffee at night.
You get what you pay for. No complaints here.
Pretty good value. The beds were comfy. Room was clean. TV and heating/cooling unit worked well.
Bathroom vent did not work. No sink stopper. A little noisy right next to I-70.
Location is everything with this hotel. Great for attending games or casino, and you can see the Arch, river and City Museum (ferris wheel on roof looks great at night).
Ask about parking beforehand if a game is going on at the Dome during your stay.
It was a smoking room I do not smoke, my daughter is 6 months pregnant and my 10 month old grandson were with me and never are anywhere near smoke. The guy at the desk refused to accommodate me in any other room or return my money. Never would I have chosen a smoke room even for myself as I detest smoking.
I liked the location and the helpfulness of the staff was superb.
Other guests were very loud and noisy early in the morning. Not the fault of staff, but disturbed sleep quality.
Location good for the blues festival
Old and run down. Wet carpet doors that won't close hole in bathroom wall noisey and way over priced
Loved the location, right across the street from the Edward Jones Dome and down the street from the Arch.
We only got one channel on the television. There were holes in the walls.
Location was great for an event at the Edward Jones Dome. Staff was very nice.
Facilities were dated. Our room door was bent as if someone had tried to break in. Questionable people hanging around outside building & in parking garage. Very minimal continental breakfast (ie packaged pastries).
