Clean lots of room got a suite
The room looks very old (color, decoration...) The bathroom smelled
I liked the prices of the rooms. Very economical for our business.
I didn't like the fact that during my online booking, I was asked if I would like to pay now or later. Using my personal credit card to book the rooms and wanting to use the company credit card to pay for the rooms, my personal card was charged the first day before I arrived at the hotel. This caused my account to overdraft. Extremely upset about that.
It's cheap and close to the bush international airport
I forgot I had stayed in much better hotels so I was a bit disappointed with the quality I met there
Size of the room
Cheap on towels No creamer with coffee Housekeeping barging in--several times had to get moved from first room tv wasn't working then the second rooms furniture etc was way better the hotel wasn't sold out but why wasn't that room offered to begin with...#CustomerSatisfaction
The shuttle for the airport, The room size,
The shower and handwasher was poor, spliting wather everywhare except as should be. Internet didn't work at all.
Price, rooms were large
Good Value for money.Airport shuttle-free.Spacious room.Comfort-ok.
1.Horrific staff particularly the lady in blue who mans the reception at night, no sense of customer hospitality 2.Stayed for 10 days but same TINY breakfast everyday. You wont like it if you are a food lover 3.You will be charged $1 for one printout if you need one 4.Only option for food in walkable distance-a small restaurant called waffle.Otherwise only 4 people in entire Houston deliver to this hotel, Dominos, Pizza Hut, One chinese restaurant and Indian grill(note the timings though)
Good and prompt shuttle service from and to airport.
Part of the hotel was a temporary housing unit for the Houston highway crew and other displaced or homeless people. The free breakfast had almost nothing available by the time I arrived to eat at 7.30. I could smell food frying permeate from my room wall. It's the worst $117.00 ever spent.
It's an average hotel particularly when you want a cheap hotel near the airport
It looks like an ancient building that have seen many years and been sustained by many layers of paints
Location, it was close to my family I was visiting and close shopping, restaurants.
Staff was rude, could never get towels, breakfast was put out in very small amounts, on top of that they watched you like you stealing something. My door was left open by housekeeping staff. The an employee that look like he had just come off the street came to one of our rooms telling us we had to leave. That turned out to be a mistake. Just so much. I did speak with the manager and got the impression that nothing would be done as he only tried to explain everything away. Never again will I book at that location or may no location. Thanks for allowing me to share my experience.
Size of room
AC not working well and 105 degrees outside. Took all night before comfortable. 1 TV did not work and other one had poor picture. Breakfast selection was limited and horrible.
i liked the clean room and the quiet enviroment all around..totally recommended
They ran out of towels and when we ask for more the lady on Sunday July 27, 2014 had a very nasty attitude. The hallway was very hot I will not stay at this location again
This place was disgusting. I would not even let my kids sit on the couch. There was mold all around the room. Furniture and TVs were outdated by about 20 years. The pool area was disgusting. We got in late the first night of a planned 4 night stay... Otherwise we would have checked out after seeing the room. We stayed at the drury inn the next three nights.
I used to like that they had a sofa bed in the living room area and a separate tv so that the kids can have that part to themselves, and I had the other part with my own tv, but now they have gotten rid of the sofa bed, and that sucks, but they still have two tvs, and also they used to have two air conditioners and now they only have one, and it was very hot. They should have left well enough alone, I liked it the way it was.
The fact that I had to ask for towels every time I go their, the first time I didn't have a problem, second time, they kept promising to bring me towels, but I never received any, and the third time I bought our own towels.
Lots of room
The lady at kitchen was rude
I liked the location, and the space provided in suites.
Most of the hotel clerk's we in countered were rude. They watched us like we were criminals, made us feel very uncomfortable. Some refused to give us towels as the maids never brought any back. My door was left unlock by maids. It was never reported to management as I found out later. The rooms had a mold smell. Just can't list every thing. I will not stay in this hotel again. Oh, I did talk to the night manager but he only defended the employees and I didn't feel like he cared at all about me or my stay there.
There is a waffle restaurant 3 blocks away
The staff really unhelpful the shuttle leaves whenever it wants to, there is nothing around the hotel, the hotel was filthy, they don't even have normal size towels, ac really noisy, the cleaning lady didn't want to make my room, I doubt the bed sheets were cleaned before I arrived.
Room was nice and cold.
This hotel needs remodeling. The only thing that was clean was our bed sheets. Look like there was mold on the ceiling in bathroom. Faucet sink in bathroom was rusted. Little black ants in room. We couldn't control the ac unit in the dining area of our room. It was taped up, but it was ice cold the whole time we were there.
It was so nasty. I even took pictures to send to corporate. The sheets were dirty and comforters had several I mean several cigarette burns. Lamps where broke hole in the walls. No toilet paper no towels. Nasty nasty nasty. Worse of all the beds were like bricks. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed.
Close to freeway
The room smelled, the air conditioner leaked water mold/mildew in bathroom, Wi-Fi choppy, elevator broke lack of staff professionalism
It looked like public housing.
Suite room was nice. Enjoyed separate sitting/tv room from sleep area. Was pleases that manager called to let us know the room was available the next evening.OTC was in town for a convention. We we disparate for a room.
Grumpy manager. He was nice to us, but not to his employee who was doing a good job and giving ya good customer service. He woulda not take time to listen to what she was trying to explain to him. She knew what was going on and had it under control, but came in and took over. He treated the employee with disrespect in front of everyone.
They all behaved like a scamer, they are not honest, they behave and treat consumers so poor, that is the worse hotel I have ever live in my whole life,to me it is a waste of money!
