They had a room available with no reservations in advance and very short notice. The front desk clerks were polite, helpful and the check in process was really fast.
The second room of the "suite" while a good size, had what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet in the entrance as well as a very poorly cleaned wall to the right of the sink that looked as though the wall had blood on it and it had been sprayed and smeared with a rag, not having been fully cleaned up. The towels are unbelievably small the bath tub/shower took ten minutes to figure out how to use it because it was stripped out and would turn in any direction. And last but not least: spiders! Eeew! Over all I can not recommend this hotel.
Nothing about this hotel was attractive and worth paying for.
Lack of parking. No elevator. Staff was unprofessional. Noisy traffic in the halls all hours of the evening.
The hotel was in close proximity to the Portland airport
1. Sparse and stale breakfast items 2. Unknown bug in bed 3. Cockroaches in the bathroom 4. No kitchen utensils or cutlery 5. Cleaning staff not vacuuming the room
dirty sheets (had hair on them) remote did not work no lid for coffee pot so coffee did not drain ants in bathroom dirty I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got 1 queen bed with a pullout that was so gross we did not use
Extremely close to public transportation. Close to airport.
Breakfast was skimpy... just toast, eggos, and cold cereal.
Large 2 room. Small price. Only about 3 miles from the Airport.
size of room, beds were nice,
Ants were coming into the eating area
Our room was not ready until. 440 PM. We waited 40 minutes. The client service girl didnt know where our room was located. Parking is very tight. Hand towels were not in the room so i called and asked for 2. She said just give me a couple of minutes then you can come and get them. TV very snowy picture. No remote for bedroom TV. Never could get the WiFi. Girl at front desk said she had same problem. It is. On 82 Ave which is the red light district in PDX. Poor experience.
Near the airport
This suite should be called a apartment complex for the homeless
The lobby, especially the floor, was filthy. The room smelled horrible. The staff was rude an unaccomidating. Stood at the desk for over an hour before they gave me the key to my room. I f Had arrived after a 6 hour flight. I was tired and needed rest as I had to catch an early flight out the next morning. Due to their incompetence, both in picking me up at the airport and processing my reservation, I only had time for 3 hours of sleep that night. Very displeased. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.
Gigantic room with a living area and a separate bedroom, full-size refrigerator, conveniently close to the airport, morning coffee, pool
The hot water was almost non-existent, parking was a little tricky
good rate good location big room with sofa and diner table with small "kitchen" area
people smoke in non-smoking room
Pool, wifi, location, airport shuttle
Weird tenants, poor maintenance, understaffed, old and dirty fixtures, creepy carpeting, noisy from the street, lousy breakfast.
NO ELEVATOR! Poor cleanliness. Understaffed (waited 30 minutes to check out as "desk clerk" also shuttle driver). Left after one night (scheduled for 3). Avoid this place!
The staff was very unhelpful, the room was dirty and the security was horrible.
The staff and facilities were very good. I enjoyed my stay and the hotel was very convenient for everywhere I need to go. It was nice to have parking easily accessible.
The wifi was hard to use and did not always seem to work when 2 of us needed to be online... The breakfast items were very limited, I would like more variety and maybe some hot cereal, like oatmeal or a waffle making machine...
The hotel was very quiet and the staff was polite.
There was a hair ribbon in the bathroom floor and a pen in the bedroom floor and ants on the counter.
:Price . Proximity to airport. Ample space
no ac in bedroom towels were paper thin and rough cigarette burns on bath tub
Close to Market Street
Rooms are not clean
When we got there they gave us the key and when we open the door the room was dirty with towels on the floor. Of course they gave us a room at second level and they had no elevators. The room had a terible bad smell. Everything was dirty, old. The towels were so old, dirty , and stained rough. We had ants in the room. The breakfast was so poor. We had only cereal, toast and frozen waffles. The staff wasn't friendy at all. Overall such a bad experience for us. I won't use or recomend this line of hotels to anyone.
i got a kick outta the broke pimps begging. not that i like prostitutes, but sometimes i would walk my dog kinda late.
the owner Maria gave me a really hard time about my service dog although the pimps & hoes seemed to be very very welcomed there.
The staff was excellent in getting us to and from the airport . We even left something in our room and they went above their duty to locate it and return it to us.
The room was old and the only air unit was in the living room so therefor the bedroom was very hot and never did cool off very much. The bathroom was very small and a bit outdated.
Arrived late after being on road all night. Checked in....sketchy part of town. Once in our rooms we found the conditions disgusting. Floors dirty, fridge had dark brown/red hand smears. Hair all over bathroom. Beds stained, carpets filthy and there were left over Mc Donald's packages in the room. My husband fixed toilet so we could use it. Due to the lateness of our arrival we slept in our clothes for a few hours, got up early and left not daring to try showers. Another couple across hall checked in at same time husband was a large body builder tough looking guy who asked us if it was safe to stay here to which we shrugged that we didn't know.
The location was convenient to downtown. The pool was clean and we used it quite a bit. The hotel is definitely worn down somewhat but our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and free.
The WiFi was very slow and we had to re-login constantly. The staff was not very friendly but they did get the job done. They advertise a continental breakfast which consisted of Eggo waffles, bread, and some cereal. Our room had a stove but no dishes or pans with which to cook. Also, no microwave in the room which was very inconvenient.
ROOM WAS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY, WATER COMING OUT OF THE TUB FAUCET WAS BROWN, BED LINENS WERE DIRTY, COUCH HAD WIRES STICKING OUT OF IT, BUGS IN BATHROOM AND VANITY AREA. AIR CONDITIONING HAD MOLD AROUND IT AND NO VENT AND DID NOT COOL THE ROOM.
